Leonardo took a sip of his drink and while opening the file he brought.

We are usually like this in private, he is my bossom friend and he's the only one who dare to call me by name.

"The Russian Alpha is getting restless, this deal need you to visit Russia to finalize it. And judging from your rugged appearance, you need a vacation to calm your mind." He clicked his tongue and shook his head at me.

I picked up a throw pillow and shrunk it at him while he dodge it. I let out a sigh, it's true I've been occupied both with the pack cases and my companies.

I rubbed my stubble and remember it's been a while since I've shaved but that doesn't make me look less attractive.

"Does this deal really require me to visit? I don't want to see the face of the lowlife Alpha of Russia."

The deal is worth trillions of dollars even though the Russian Alpha is a lowlife who is jealous of me.

I nodded my head with a smile. "Vacation, the hell it is!"

Leonardo stood up with his drink in his hand and lean against my sofa, he then offer me a tricky smile. "Does that mean I get to have a vacation too."

I rubbed my stubble as If I'm thinking, his eyes were on me with expectancy.

I finally let out a smirk and replied. "Too bad. Nope. You're going to be the ruling after I've left." His face fell and he pouted.

"But I don't want to stay here and settle matters with those old hags when I can be chilling in Russia."

I shook my head. "That doesn't change my mind."

"Cruel Feral Alpha!" I heard him mutter under his breath and smile at his antics.

Leonardo was a friend and like a brother to me and he is the only one I can tolerate.

I can't help but to remember the previous day when Clarissa has caught me stroking my dick.

I thought she would ran away immediately after she saw me doing that but she didn't run and continue to stare and that even make my dick more excited.

And I can't forget the blush that clouded her cheeks when I caught her and how she stiffened from embarrassment.

Damn! I cursed as blood has started rushing to my dick with the only thought of her. This girl is going to be the death of me.

I heard a clear of throat and I turned to see Leonardo smirking down at me. "Is it what I thought it is? You are thinking of her again?"

I put on a blank expression the one that it's impossible to read. "And who could that be?"

His mouth opened in shock while he stare at me in disbelief. "You don't I don't notice how you are staring at her. And I also know that the perverted Connor must be having dirty thought against her.

Leonardo also love Arthur than Connor, he thinks Connor is a trouble maker.

"There is no such thing like that and she's just a maid." I tried to divert him away from the topic.

"Of course, your personal maid and mate." He snickers.

"I think this meeting is over, get my private jet ready. I'm going to Russia by dawn."

His eyes widened in shock. "That so soon? The signing of the deal is supposed to be until next week. Why does it seems that you are running away."

I patted his shoulder and replied. "I'm leaving early so that you can start your duty as my replacement early."

I walked out of my office while I heard him shouting after me. "What have I done to deserve you?"

I smiled while remembering how Leonardo doesn't want to be the Beta.

He thought his elder sister was going to be the Alpha but his elder sister fell in love and got married. He was forced to be the Beta and although he doesn't want the position, he performed his duty well.

Next day

I left the meeting hall after having a meeting with Leonardo and the elders informing them about my business trip to Russia.

And they willingly accept Leonardo as the acting Alpha of the pack till I come back.

Clarissa was packing my things and my bodyguards assisted her with the luggage. Like every other girl who would try to ignore me and shy away after that day.

Clarissa didn't do that in fact she was smiling happily while packing my things. What could be the reason for her smile?

My lips curve into a smirk after guessing tht reason why she's happy.

She thought she will be rid of me since I will be away for a while but she didn't know anything.

Smirk was still plastered on my face while waiting for the reaction on her face while I shattered her hope.

"Clarissa, go and get your things ready." She looked up at me, the smile disappearing from her lips and replaced by a frown.

"Why do I need to pack my things?" Her effontery, no one has ever dare to question but she did that repeatedly already.

"Because, you are my personal maid and you are going with me on this journey."

Her face fell and I saw her gritted her teeth.

My smirk widened as I enjoy seeing her suffering.

It seems I caught her off guard. She gritted her teeth and forced out a reply. "Alright Alpha."
