“Athena are you okay?”. She seemed to snap out of some trance

“Yes I'm fine, let's go to lunch”.

We left and headed to the restaurant right around the corner . I kept my eyes on her even though she said nothing was wrong. I noticed she didn't drink her wine but I didn't say anything . After lunch I kissed her and let Greg take her home . As soon as I was in my office I called Dr Marshall .

“Hello Mr Chase”

“ Dr Marshall, my wife came to see you this morning?”

“ Yes she did, she's better her Cast's have been removed just let her not strain herself too much ”

“ Okay thank you ,quick question, was she behaving strangely?”

“No, she was smiling when she came and smiling when she left”

“ Okay thank you” .

I called Natalie.“ Hey Daniel, is everything okay?”

“ Yes, I guess, did Athena seem strange when you left her ”

“ Umm no she was normal, made joke's with Cyrus then left with Greg”

“Thanks Natalie”

I ended the call and called Greg . “Was she behaving weird all day or after the hospital? I know you'll know because you look deeper ”.

“After Mrs Chase came out of the examination room she faltered a bit, Your brother and his wife did not notice it ,on the drive to the office she was quiet .I asked if Mrs Chase if she was okay she replied saying she had a lot on her mind”

“Where is she right now?”

“ Mrs Chase is currently in her room. I presume”

“ Thank you Greg ”

Only Greg noticed the change.

I need to get this shit under control. He accidentally touched my face and I moaned what the hell . All through lunch the only thing I wanted to do was jump him . If I kept acting this way he would know as soon as I got home I would read the pamphlets Dr Marshall gave me .Mrs mendez was in the kitchen when I walked in.

“ Hello Mrs Chase, would you like me to prepare lunch for you?”

“ Thank you Mrs Mendez but no, I already had lunch with Mr Chase. I'll just be in my room if you need me”

“Okay Mrs Chase”

I headed straight into the room. I turned on the bathtub to full. I pulled the pamphlets out of my bag and started reading them . I would need prenatal vitamins . No raw food ,no alcohol. I think Daniel would notice if I wasn't drinking wine . Hormone levels will increase , sensitive and bigger breasts . I was in deep shit Daniel was going to notice that .

What was I going to do , I don't think Daniel is ready to be a parent , Hell I wasn't. I just walked into the bathroom and soaked in the tub and forgot about it for a while because it Made my head hurt. Today was Monday, Riley would be here on Friday and she would help me figure this shit out . After my bath I laid in bed for the rest of the day .

Daniel came home around seven and found me in bed the minute he saw me he came over to me.

“Princess, are you okay? Are you sick?”.

“No jae I'm okay just tired , mentally physically and emotionally”

“Talk to me, love what's wrong, aren't you happy with me?”

“ Nothing is Wrong. I just don't feel like myself ,of course I'm happy ”

“Why? because we got married?”

“No, I don't know . I'm just tired”

“Do you want to see a therapist?

I just looked at him . He really was extraordinary . Always concerned about me .

“ No love if I do, you'll be the first person to know ”

“Okay I'll take a shower then we'll have dinner . How about we lay in bed and watch a movie”

“ ok ”

Throughout dinner he kept looking at me . I felt bad lying to him but I just didn't know how to feel about this as yet .

Daniel

After dinner we were laying in bed watching tv. I just heId her close to me. I shifted to hold her better when my hand brushed against her nipple and she let out a moan.
