Chapter 30
I looked about, thinking to myself, "Sir? Where is he?"
I went to the window and peered in because I hadn't seen Xander when I had looked in the bathroom. I noticed him washing his car outside.
You just arrived! Why did he not even announce that he was coming out? The fact that his home was completely dark at first led me to believe he didn't want the sun to shine on him.
I was about to leave when I suddenly remembered something I had seen earlier that looked like a gun. I went to his cabinet and opened it. Nothing, hmm? His clothing is all I can see.
Maybe I was just laughing since he couldn't have a gun before. Tsk, I wonder what he's going to do with the gun.
I just walked out of the house and the room. I watched him as I washed the car.
There are secrets, Xander muses, nodding. I will soon find out. I want to get to know him better and I want to know all of his secrets. But if I just ask him a question, it will probably take us years, so it might take a while. Why does it take him a few additional minutes or hours to respond to my queries?
I walked up to him and said, "Sir Xander, did you see inside the dress I was wearing yesterday?" As usual, there was no response, and as a result, I grew bored.
I was about to open the door when he said, "All right if you don't want to answer, I'll just peek inside your car." I froze at what he said.
"I throw it in the trash."
"What?" I questioned.
"I trashed it."
I couldn't help but tell him, "F**k you," and he gave me a serious look. I approached him more closely, and as he began to back away, I cornered him in the back of the automobile.
I added genuinely, "Just attempt to throw my things away again, and you'll die," and I fixed him with my gaze.
Annoying! Although he is my boss, he does not have the authority to discard my belongings. If it belongs to me, it belongs to me; if it belongs to him, it belongs to him. That's it, really!
Hayst! You're annoying, so I'm going now. Tsk. I'll ignore you.
I crossed my arms as I sat on the sofa out of frustration. I glanced at my phone because it started to ring unexpectedly.
I didn't answer it because it was only an unknown number and I was annoyed, but a short while later it rang again.
"What do you want?!"
[This is me, ija]
"I'm sorry, Mrs. Ferrer, I misunderstood who you were."
[It's alright. I called because I learned what happened to your daughter, and as a result, I paid the hospital's fees.]
My heart seemed to immediately light up after hearing what Mrs. Ferrer had said.
Contrary to her son Xander, she is nice! He has such a nasty temper that his expression is always grave.
"Mrs. Ferrer, thank you so much; by the way, how did you get my number? "
[I spoke to her on your cousin Mindy's behalf. I'm currently with your daughter at the hospital here. I brought my nephew's son along so we could converse and play.]
