She was looking at everything around her except at me. “I’m listening Olivia? Trying to get my attention again. “Olivia if I’m so boring in bed and my parents are such big issues in your life why would you want me back?” She started to look everywhere except at me. I was sitting in Coops parents SUV outside John’s hotel, John was going to phone when I should go in and rescue Coop, so far nothing but we didn’t move, Cynthia was still sitting next to me holding my hand. “You look absolutely stunning Jojo.” “Thank you, Cynthia, and thank you for today, I know it was for this plan you had tonight, but it really did me good, to have a girl’s day and just do girl stuff.” “It’s my pleasure and you and me will do it more often I promise.” I squeezed her hand and jumped when my phone buzzed in my lap. “Show time.” Cynthia said. I was a bundle of nerves, I knew I looked good, my nails where done, my hair where blow dried in golden locks my make-up was done to bring out my eyes and the dress, just wow if I could say so myself. The heels was a plus because I know Coop is going to love them. “You ready?” Cynthia asked me for the 100th time. I wasn’t so sure, but I knew I had to save my man from the evil, wicked witch of the South or that is how the rest of them described her. “Well here goes nothing.” I said as I got out of the SUV. Before I closed the door I leaned in “Thanks again Cynthia.” “My pleasure sweety now go claim your man.” She winked at me.
The valet staff greeted me as they noticed me and even helped me up the stairs. When I reached the bar area the first person, I saw sitting at the edge of the bar was John, the question was do I go to him first or do I walked to Coop and Olivia. John pointed at Coop and I could see he wasn’t happy something was said that he didn’t like. I made my way over to them, when he looked up, he looked straight into my eyes and suddenly his whole face changed I could see he was happy to see me not shocked not surprised just happy. He got up and walked towards me I heard Olivia say, “Hey where are you going Jaden?” Before she turned and looked at us. When he reached me, he pulled me into his arms “You came.” He whispered in my ear. “I did.” He took my arms and made me stand a few inches from him, “And you look amazing angel.” “Thank you, Coop.,” Olivia was standing behind Coop clearing her throat, we both took our time before we gave her any attention. “Jaden.” She tapped him on the shoulder “Coop turned around pulled me to his side and said, “Olivia, I’d like you to meet my girlfriend, Joelle.” The look on Olivia’s face was priceless she was stunned, shocked and in disbelief. I pushed my hand out to her to greet her but she just look at my hand and turned up her nose. I let my hand fall to my side again. “You invited your new girlfriend to our meeting?” She asked him with her hand on her hip. “No sorry I thought you would be done by now, so I was surprising him.” I told her with the hugest smile on my face, I had enough training in pageants I know how to handle a little hussy like her.
