I was feeling so weird and uneasy... the moment I realized that he is back!!! And he might have seen me... dancing with... Avi... he was sweet and possessive back then.. but now I don't know...

My stomach was uneasy... and it was doing somersaults. I decided not to pay heed at him now and go to sleep...

Next Day...

I woke up and luckily I got up on time today. So I decided to complete my morning routine and rush to work. I grabbed a simple black crop top with loose bell bottom pants. I let my hairs fall down. I never apply any makeup but today I was hoping to see him....

I applied a little mascara. I still wear my glasses so it looks a little classy. After stuffing myself with fruits, I left my apartment.

When I was waiting for a fairy to drop me to my office. I do have my vehicle but I sometimes feel lazy to use it. I was searching for a cab or a bus... but none came...

I was still having a second thought whether to use my scooter or not... The very next moment a very posh looking black car stops in front of me. I was sure that it was not for me so I continued staring towards the road ahead waiting for any public transport.

Suddenly, I heard a familiar voice... He was Jacob. I turned to see, it was Jacob sitting on driver's seat and smiling at me. I ignored him and continued starting ahead. When he called me again," Hey, specsy want a lift from me, going towards your office?". I turned to have a closer look at him and saw him wearing black shades with a white formal button up shirt with few top buttons undone. I didn't realize that I was checking him out until he cleared his throat. I said," thanks but no thanks". He smirked and said," Okay... still please I won't bite... Please... if you remember public transport has a strike today... so there is no chance of getting a fare... i asked but you didn't want to... Uuhh.. its okay... bye".

So dumb of me... it will take few minutes... For me to return to my place and I will get late... I was frustrated when I turned around and saw Jacob smiling and he was out of his car and leaning on the door. I was having my time to loathe myself and when he asked again," Shall we go...? ". I nodded and moved towards the passenger seat. I heard him chuckling but I decided to ignore him.

The drive was silent until he broke it. He asked," Really nice locket... Maya... From where do you got such a pretty one". I forced a smile and looked at my locket and said," I don't know... it was given by someone.. special...".

I felt some known feeling after I said those words, I was feeling somebody's eyes boring hole in me... I turned and saw him staring me with a little frown on his face...

I asked," What?". He shook his head and asked," who is this special.. cause I don't remember anyone whom you hang out with".

Why is he bothered, I thought. I answered plainly," it's none of your business, concentrate on road.."

He was disappointed clearly, he said," look, I am trying to be nice... but why can't you act normal... huh... I don't know why you are so foul mouth to me?".

Wow, now he is angry...

I ignored him and the whole ride went silent. He dropped me and went towards the parking lot.

Wait a second! Why did he came with me to my office?
