Ivy's POV

I walked to the same restaurant we had met the first time. I sat there, well covered. I was there to get the information that he said he had for me, and I can not afford not to get myself prepared.

My eyes were all over the place, I looked at the people there and the way they reacted to things. I wanted to be certain that no one was monitoring me or following me about the place.

I saw him coming, Joe was here. He looked different from who I saw the first time we met. He was not covered like the way he was covered.

I am the one who was now covered.

He grabbed a chair and sat down.

" Hope you are good?" He asked me.

" I am," I said.

I was eager to hear what he wanted to tell me.

" I got into some serious digging and I found something" he said.

" Okay, what did you find out?" I asked him.

He looked around the place before answering.

" She visits this club house that is down the City road, and there's a particular house she goes after, he is a different man, he is not Oscar" he said.

I knew that Lily was up to no good, she was a part butterfly, but I do not expect her to follow a man home, she had a husband. What the hell was wrong with her?

" What else?" I asked him.

" This has been going on for a long time, even before their wedding," he said.

I did not feel a single pity for Oscar. I felt happy that such a thing was going on and he had no idea about it.

Even though he finds out about it, she was going to twist everything and Oscar will believe her as well. He has no choice.

" It is so shameless that she carries that pregnancy to another man" I said.

He shook his head.

" Except there is no pregnancy at all," he said.

I was quiet, he must be joking. Okay, maybe it is because I did not give him that information.

" You got that wrong, she is pregnant, that was what was used in ruining my wedding" I asked.

He let out a light chuckle.

" And you all believed her? How many more lies has she told and made you all believe?" He asked me.

I was still confused about what was going on, what the hell was he talking about?

" What does that mean?"

" It means that she is not pregnant at all. She just said it and Oscar believed her. Are there any changes in her body?" He asked me.

" How did you know about this? How did you find out about this?" I asked him.

" I'm sorry, but I can not tell you. But I did my job very well and you can see it" he said.

I badly wanted to know how he got that information and if it was true as well.

" Are you sure about what you are saying?" I asked him.

" I am very sure of it," he said.

He gave me that look that he can never be wrong with what he has found.

I rushed to the house and found my way to their building. I got there and met her maids there. I wondered why she had lots of maids attending to her while I had just Jane with me.

I sat in the sitting room, waiting for her. She came out after a while and was shocked to see me there.

I could not pretend, my eyes went to her stomach immediately, before I realized myself and looked at her. I smiled.

" Isn't it such a shocking thing to see you here? You have never been in this place before and right now, you are here, with me, in my house, how good" she smiled.

" Lily, I do not have all day, I just want to ask something" I said

I moved forward. She moved backwards and we did that till her back was against the wall.

" You see? There is nowhere for you to run to, so just calm down and let me speak to you" I said.

" You do not have any good thing to say to me, I swear it" she said.

I smiled. I raised my hands and placed them in her stomach. My eyes went to her face as I squeezed it.

She hit my hands off her.

" Stop what you are doing?" She looked at me. Terrified that I now know about her little secret.

" What do you think you are hiding? You can not even carry on with this for a long time. What lie are you going to say? You lost the baby?" I asked her.

I could see the fear in her face as she stared at me. Her voice was lost as she tried to say something but she could not.

" Ivy" she finally said something and it happened to be my name she called.

" Yes, what can I do for you? Is there something you want me to do for you?" I asked her.

She came closer to me but I moved away and asked her not to come close to me. I know what she can do and I know she is capable of killing me right here and then lie about how I died.

" I can hear you from there, you do not have to come closer to me" I said to her.

Her face still held so much fear.

" I just want a little favour from you, please," she said.

It seemed she had been taken over by another and I can not place it. Did Lily just say that?

" What do you want me to do for you?" I asked her

" I want you to keep your mouth shut about this. I do have a plan and it is going to work out well for me" she said.

She was still being rude, I

thought she was beginning to get humbled, but I was wrong. She was never going to be humbled.
