Bella stared at her phone and she sobbed at the derogatory messages for her on the internet, she was being trolled and called all sought of names.
"You bastard, you'll rot in hell" she whispered, although Jeremy was dead, she didn't feel any pity for him, he had succeeded in ruining her life once more and she would never forgive him for it.
Daniel hadn't spoken to her and always has disgust in his eyes whenever he stared at her, he always used her like a whore when he pleases and walked away when he was done, his face was always void of emotions and he always makes sure that she doesn't get satisfied.
She threw her phone away from her as if it burned, how could everyone just just judge her like that?
There was a knock on the door and the cook came in
"Ma'am, your meal is ready"
"I'm not hungry" she replied and the cook frowned
"Ma'am, you have to eat something, you haven't eaten for days and you look terrible" The cook turned to leave but paused, "I don't know about that video but I think you are a good person and that you love Sir Daniel very much"
"Thank you" Bella replied, "it's good to know that I still have someone who is on my side"
"Of course, I am always at your side too" Brittany's voice came in and Bella's head snapped up, tears formed in her eyes as she rushed to give Brittany a warm hug
Brittany was way into her pregnancy and coming here would not have been easy hence Bella was touched by her visit.
"Oh, Brittany! The world hates me" Bella cried and hugged her friend a bit longer
"I'm sorry about everything, I believe that Daniel will come around, he is just angry"
"He doesn't talk to me anymore and he treats me so badly, I don't think I could bear his scorn anymore"
"You are strong and I know that you can get through this"
Brittany stayed with her for a while before finally going back home and Bella was left all alone once more.
Desolate, she walked upstairs and into Daniel's room, she stared at the bed where they had made love countless times, she missed him and she wished he could just forget everything that happened and they would go back to being the normal couple that they were, she entered the room and ran her hands through the bed, she sat in there, lost in thought that she lost track of time.
"What the hell are you doing here?" She jerked at the sound of his voice and turned to see him standing at the doorway, his face void of emotions
Pain seared her heart, she wished she knew how to reach out to him, to make him see her pain and see how much she loved him.
Without thinking, she rushed toward him and wrapped her arms around his waist, "Please Daniel, I can't take it anymore, I can't take your coldness and hostility anymore, please forgive me" she cried but he only stood there like a rock"
"Get your freaking hands off me" he clenched into her ears and she stilled but made no move to remove her hands
Daniel gripped her hands and forcefully unwrapped them from around him, he pushed her away from him so violently that she fell on the floor, his gaze was cold as he stared down at her, "I warned you to stay away from me"
"Why won't you forgive me? I am sorry that I didn't tell you about it but that video happened before I met you. I didn't plan to fall in love with you but I did and when Jeremy showed up again, I was so scared of losing you....so, I couldn't tell you about the video" she sobbed as she stared up at him from where she had fallen on the ground, tears streamed down her cheeks and she didn't bother to wipe them off
"Nice" he replied and turned to leave
"Nice? Is that all you can say? I thought you loved me, why treat me with so much scorn for a mistake that happened before I met you"
Daniel paused and turned back towards her, his expression unchanging, he walked to her and crouched so that he was at the same eye level with her.
"My love for you died the moment I found out that you are undeserving of it"
"No, no, don't say that, your love for me cannot die" she cried, "why don't we concentrate on our present and forget about the past, that video was in my past"
He clenched her jaw tight and stared hard at her, "that video was not the only thing, I caught you kissing that freaking bastard right in my house" Daniel yelled as his anger bubbled to the surface and she flinched in the face of his anger
"You were still his lover, the two of you did meet up in school and he kissed you there also, you did this behind me and probably had another roll in the hay with him"
"No, no, we didn't, he was blackmailing me....and then he kissed me before I could even stop him, I..."
"Do not waste your breath because I do not believe you, Joana showed me a clear video of everything, including how you both planned to run away with my money"
Bella's eyes widened, So Joana was behind this?
"She is lying..."
"Enough! I would have believed you some other time but not this time and I will not forgive you for this, now get out of my room and do not show your face to me again, you disgust me" he snarled
"No, please " Bella cried struggling to reach out to him but he grabbed her angrily towards his room balcony, opening the door, he shoved her outside, "That's where you belong" he clenched out and banged the door shut behind him.
The weather was frigid and Bella was not dressed for the cold, she shivered as she banged on the door, "please, let me in" she begged but got no response from him, she could hear no movement on the inside either, had he locked her outside his balcony and went out of the house?
When she got no response from the inside after banging on the door for a few minutes, she slowly sat on the ground, she watched as the sky became black as night fell, still, there was no response from inside that she could go in, cold, tired and hungry, tears fell from her eyes as she wrapped herself into a ball and placed her forehead between her knees, slowly, she closed her eyes. Seems like this was where she would spend the night.

Bella couldn't sleep, it was damn cold outside and she could feel her toes going numb from the cold, she shivered and rubbed her palms together, "Oh Daniel, if only you could believe me, I never lied to you. The liar here is Joana" she thought sadly as she coiled herself further, looking for warmth within herself, she was comforted with the fact that Jeremy was rotting in hell for all he had done to her, she must say he succeeded in ruining her life the second time and age cursed the day she met him.
Bella was already turning purple by the time it was dawn, her toes were numb and her fingers felt tingling from the cold, her ribs ached from folding herself too much, she sneezed severally and her eyes watered.
Daniel finally opened the door and left immediately, probably, avoiding to see her. She was too numb to even stand up immediately and she sat there for a moment.
She kept sneezing and slowly stood up from the ground and walked inside the house.
She made up her mind to stay away from him until his anger dissipated.

Daniel walked out of the house but not before asking the housekeeper to give Bella mint tea, he wanted to hate her so badly and he treated her so coldly but deep inside, he was the one suffering the most but tried as might, he couldn't get her off his head and heart, the same way he couldn't get her betrayal off his head. Seeing her hurt so badly and he decided that he would do the one thing that would make him forget her forever and that is to divorce her.
