Chapter 20: Bullying

After asking Lee some specific information, Suzette headed to Mandy's office.

Suzette tidied up herself, and then she knocked on the door, "Excuse me, is Mandy here?"

It took a long time to get Mandy to respond, "Come in."

Suzette opened the door and what was showing in front of her was Mandy sitting on the swivel chair, and she looked at Suzette with sarcasm.

It seemed she was dissatisfied with the visitor.

Suzette was not stupid, she could sense Mandy's attitude, but she still smiled at her.

"Hi, Mandy, I am the first day here, Lindsey tole me that the information that I need is with you..."

Mandy stared at Suzette and snorted, "It's with me, but I won't give the information to an outsider, so you can get out now."

She wouldn't acknowledge Suzette's identity in the company without receiving a notice from Roderick.

Back from abroad? Mandy thought that Suzette used some tricks to get into the company.

"This is the contract that has been signed. "Suzette took out the contract from her bag because she was considered a newcomer, she knew that there would be people in the company who was dissatisfied with her, so she kept the contract with her, "I'm not an outsider. I'm sure you are literate, I came here is for work, not to play, so please give me the information."

Mandy heard her words and shivered with anger. This woman in front of her was here to provoke her. She had been working in this company for a long time, how can an outsider question her?

"Get out of my office now!"

Mandy threw the contract which had placed on the table into Suzette's face.

Lee had been hiding outside. When he heard the commotion inside the office, he took out his phone to call Roderick's assistant immediately and requested for help.

The other employees were hearing the noise too. All of them started to gossip.

After making the call, Lee went inside and tried to solve the situation before Roderick came, "Mandy, Suzette is hired by the president, she is a well-known ace agent in Europe and America."

Mandy saw that Lee was helping Suzette, and her whole body was shaking with anger.

Mandy stood up from the swivel chair, she pointed at Lee and yelled at him, "Who are you, you both get out of here!"

Mandy picked up the cup of coffee and threw it at Lee.

"Watch out!" Suzette was shocked, and she was using her body to cover Lee without hesitation.

The cup smashed into Suzette's arm, the hot coffee inside the cup was spilling out, and her arm was scalded.

The cup of the coffee fell to the floor, and the cup was shattered with a clatter. The office became quiet for a moment.

Suzette covered her arm, and her face was turning pale.

The coffee was brewed freshly with the boiling water, and it would be strange if Suzette not to get hurt when it spilled onto her skin!

Lee tensed up and stammered, "Suz... Suzette, are you alright?"

"I'm fine." Suzette said as she looked at Mandy.

It seemed Mandy didn't care it at all, she was satisfied with what she had done and didn't mean to apologize.

"Mandy, do you know where you are? Who gave you the right to vent your temper in the company?"

Suzette still wanted to reason with her.

Mandy didn't think so, and she was able to join the company because of her father, so no one dared to snitch even though her temper was so bad.

She hadn't received any news from her father about any vital person will come to the company, so she didn't take Suzette seriously.

Maybe her so-called foreign identity was fake.

"I don't need an outsider to question my attitude, both of you get out of my space! It's really dirtying my eyes."

Just at this moment, a male voice sounded behind.

Roderick appeared in the doorway with a cold face, "Who did you ask to get out?"
