Chapter 51
"I'm here," I answer, then sniffle. "Besides the appreciation, there's also the ceremony of the moons, where the male mounts the female in front of all the guests, and then she must open her legs and show them how happy her holes are to be fucked." His words are said seriously, but the content is so absurd that I choke on my own saliva from nervousness and start coughing. "Are you serious?" I don't even blink, that way I can see when he starts laughing and says it's a prank. "Very serious." Kaleo furrows his brow, and I feel even warmer, even though the water isn’t very hot, so he can handle the temperature too. "And when there’s more than one groom..." I can’t even finish the sentence. "All the grooms mount the female in front of the guests, and then she shows off her holes flooded with cum." "This is crazy!" My eyes are wide, and my mouth is now open. "But don’t worry, there are rules for it to happen, and only those who want to watch do." "What are the rules?" I squint, now not knowing what to expect. "Family members and children stay out, and the males or females in the audience must be single and cannot touch the grooms unless both want it," he says, looking confused by my confusion, which doesn’t make sense! These guys have sex outdoors, in front of each other, like a millennia-old tradition, and I didn’t know about it until now?! "Good thing family and kids don’t see it!" I exclaim, and Kaleo starts laughing, a rough, deep sound that makes me smile like a fool. I think I’ve never enjoyed hearing someone’s laugh so much. "Have you been to many weddings? Or... have you seen a lot of people do what we did today?" I can't contain my curiosity or my jealousy imagining that this Kaleo I have now, has already been like this with so many other women. It hurts my chest just thinking about it. "I’m not interested in seeing what I can’t have," he says seriously, his tone lowering more than usual, and his whole expression changes to something serious, which tells me he's thinking about my desire to leave. "I get it..." "The lilaris also do it, if I’m not mistaken. But you liked what we did, didn’t you?" He decides to continue the conversation and looks away, but I know what’s going through his head now, and it seems to create a shadow in his gaze. "I smelled it, and after I started, you didn’t ask me to stop." "I liked it, I just got a shock because I never expected something like that from you," I confess. From the men I’ve met, both online and in real life, whenever they had a fetish, they showed it right away. If they wanted anything sexual with me, it was usually said at the beginning of the conversation; they didn’t even give me time to get to know them or care to get to know me. "I don’t want to share, Melisha, but I like seeing the envy in the males’ eyes, seeing how you become open and desirous knowing you're being watched." With each word that comes out of his mouth, I pulse a little more between my thighs. This heat thing is crazy! "Virg complained that you were human when you arrived, he took forever to accept us getting married, and now he was almost drooling over you. I like that, seeing how he had to swallow his pride." The alien’s gaze becomes determined, as if he's looking at Virg. "You’re so vengeful, Kaleo," I joke, and he smiles maliciously. "I’m a war general; being vengeful is my job," he teases, his smile growing into something almost evil now. "And I’ll be even happier when Virg is sidelined by his female." "What do you mean?" "The right thing is for only single males to observe, so only Timoé should have watched," he reveals, making me raise my eyebrows. "But Virg isn’t an honest male, and I bet that when he gets home, if he can’t hide the smell of excitement, his female will get furious and find another male to add to the wedding as punishment." "He can’t get another female too, to add to the wedding?" "It’s very rare for a male to have two females, I’ve only seen it happen once, and only because they started liking each other and wanted to join officially. But when a female doesn’t want a male anymore, they usually find another to add to the wedding and stop paying attention to the previous one as a form of punishment." "I understand," I murmur, trying to imagine how this happens, but with little success. The azuris really have a complicated society, and honestly? I’m getting more and more curious to see the village, even though I’m scared of what might happen when more lonely males see me. "A message just came from Cirion, Kaleo," the hologram suddenly speaks and interrupts our conversation. "Read the message, hologram," Kaleo orders, now with even more familiarity with the device after seeing me use it. "Hello, Kaleo, I’ll be at the post near your cabin today, you can come pick up whatever you want with me," an unknown voice sounds through the environment. "Who is Cirion?" I ask, and the alien in front of me visibly tenses. "A faleu."

POV Kaleo
"The faleus have some underground hideouts in Selvaria to monitor us and make sure we will honor the treaty of not warring anymore. These places are like buried ships, and technically they shouldn’t be on the azuri side, but of course, these bastards don’t obey that, and I’ve known for a while that hidden posts exist. What Melissa and I are in now is a short distance from the cabin, and, surprisingly, Cirion is a faleu that I don’t hate, so I don’t mind that he’s getting so close to the village. He’s just a scientist and doesn’t harm anyone, completely obsessed with Selvaria's fauna and flora. Once, this male spent almost an entire day glued to me, wanting to document how the azuris manage to live well on such an inhospitable planet, and his curiosity about my species is immense. Normally, Cirion would stay two days from my house, in a bigger place doing his experiments and taking notes. In fact, I had to go to that place when he helped Melissa understand me, setting up a mini-device for us where I just pressed a button near her head. The scientist worked magic to get a translation from my language to Melissa's in no time. But today, he decided to come to this small post in the middle of the Dark Forest, and since he knows I’m with a human and need more technology, he decided to warn me. “Our house isn’t well protected. If any azuri from the village has a hologram and wants to use it, they could try to invade. So I want something better, something only I and my female can access,” I tell Cirion, who nods in agreement. Like every faleu, the male has four arms, two on each side of his torso, his skin is completely red, and his hair is long and black, just like mine. Or at least I think he’s young, I’m not sure. Now he has all his arms crossed while he listens to me, sitting in a chair in front of a huge table full of holograms and small machines that I have no idea what they are. I don’t like these “underground cabins” the faleus invented, and I don’t even know how they managed to build rooms with metal walls like this. The entrance to this place is a trapdoor in the middle of the forest, and then we go down some stairs and arrive at this strange room. But Melissa felt very insecure after the Noar attack, and I want her to feel as comfortable as possible on my planet, so I decided not to let her leave anymore. “I understand, Kaleo. What exactly were you thinking?” he asks, struggling not to look at Melissa again, because he knows I’ll get irritated if he tries to study her closely. Selvaria is from the first sector, and technically, no one should enter or leave this planet. But Cirion is not like the others, even though he looks like them, and when I said I was thinking about meeting a human, he told me a lot about their species instead of discouraging me. Of course, I don’t like to share my thoughts with him, a faleu, and I never gave him any certainty that I was actually going after one. But the outsider male never alerted the high-ranking faleus about my protocol breach, so I feel I can trust him at least a little. Also, there’s something in the eyes of this faleu, a kind of sadness that always makes me feel more pity than anger for him, unlike the rest of his species, who act arrogantly all the time. “I want weapons that stay on all the time, but can recognize the difference between an animal and an azuri, and I want something that will send me an alert before firing at intruders, so I can decide what’s best to do,” I explain, and Melissa nods in agreement. She seems very interested in everything around us, and it worries me that she’s keeping quiet and not asking a lot of questions. I had to bring her because I can’t keep lying about the presence of faleus here in Selvaria, especially since she promised she would stay until the end of the heat. And besides that, I had to bring her anyway because I’ll NEVER leave this female alone to do anything. It seems like every time I leave, something goes wrong, so from now on, wherever I go, she’ll go with me. “Alright, I’ll consult the list of weapons I have here that can help you and your female,” Cirion murmurs, and for a brief moment, his eyes slip and stare at Melissa, who is fiddling with one of the holograms on the long metal table, but all I see is the same sadness as always, a strange and silent dejection, so I say nothing. “Are you going to give top-tier weapons to place in a cabin of a savage in the middle of nowhere, Cirion?” Someone asks suddenly, another faleu, who suddenly appears coming out of one of the corridors of this underground ship, putting me on alert. I didn’t know Cirion was with another male here, and I’ve never seen this one before, I’m sure. He’s shorter than me and looks older, but the age of the faleus is something complicated to measure. “Who is this?” I ask the scientist, with a low growl coming from my lips, and from the corner of my eye, I see Melissa take two steps closer to me. She knows I’ll protect her, and a part of me feels proud to notice that in moments of tension, it’s to me that the female comes. “This is Salton, he started his mission today. He’s very new to Selvaria,” the scientist explains, standing up immediately, placing himself between me and this other strange male who’s walking closer."
