Chapter 17

Stumbling a bit, Ashton pushed me inside the dark room I was before and locked it shut.

Everything hurt.

My arm where Ashton cut still has blood flowing out, my ankle is broken, I have a cut on my stomach and I'm covered in bruises. I can't open my left eye and I feel weak.

I feel horrible, I was in that torture chamber for hours, hours of nonstop torture, hours of none stop punishment.

He punched, kicked, slapped, stabbed with a knife and whipped me. That was the most horrible thing to happen to me in my entire life.

I heard someone walk towards me and place a comforting hand on my shoulder, I relaxed, I didn't notice that I tensed.

I felt someone, Melisa, carry me I gasp sometimes because where she touched me hurt and my scars are still fresh that blood is still oozing out like a waterfall. I might die of too much blood loss.

I gasp loudly when she touched one of my wounds, "Sorry," I heard her whisper and I nod, closing my eyes.

I can't bare the pain. If Ashton would do this to me every time, I would better off die.

If you die, won't you miss Jordan and the others? What will they feel if they knew you died without putting up a fight?

I thought about it, my conscience is right though.

What if I survive from this? What if Jordan saves me from this? and What if I don't survive?

So many what if's.

I slightly open my eyes to see Melisa's Silhouette tending with my scars, I slightly smiled, Melisa's a kind girl, she's helping me even if she doesn't know me that well, I hope that she'll survive.

I close my eyes, letting the dark consume me.

I snap my eyes open looking around my surroundings.

I'm in a beautiful field.

Its sunset so the sky has the colors blue, pink and orange painted on the sky.

I noticed that I didn't feel pain anymore; I glanced down at my body and let out a light gasp.

My body wasn't covered in bruises or scars anymore, I looked... Normal. Like my old self.

I don't know if I'm naked or clothed because it's just a blur to me, I just know that I don't have scars or bruises is because it feels like a dream.

Where in the dream you already know what things are going around.

But I am still confused of how I got here and why am I not covered in bruises and scars.

"Jess," Someone called out and I froze for a minute before I relaxed, I spun around and found Jordan standing In front of me.

I looked at him for a minute, he changed physically, When I saw him at the basement he looked haggard, lifeless, his eyes dull , his skin oily and his hair shaggy.

Now, he looked normal, his muscles now are bulging from his shirt, his eyes are shining with happiness, he now has healthy normal pale skin.

"Jess," I heard him say again and I closed my eyes, remembering his vocie when he always spoke to me, soft and comforting.

I felt his soft hand being placed on my arm and I opened my eyes looking at his face.

I raised a hand placing it on his warm cheek, he smiles softly at me and I managed a slight smile, "I hope I never wake up from this dream." I mumble, caressing his cheek.

"This isn't a dream, Jess." Jordan tells me while placing a hand on the back of my neck and on my waist, hugging me.

I placed my cheek against his chest and breathed in his scent.

"It feels like one"

"But it isn't, it's a spell, a spell that can let me contact you through your mind, making you think it's a dream." Jordan explains but I just enjoyed the moment I was in his comforting arms.

"Don't leave me," I begged, my eyes getting glassy.

"What do you mean?" Jordan asked pulling away slightly to look at me, his arms still on the back of my neck and waist.

"He's hurting me, Jordan, save me, please." I whisper, crying.

"Who's hurting you, Jess? Tell me," he tells me softly and when I opened my mouth, everything's gone.

I was back at the basement.
