Chapter 27: Challenging The Devil

Edelweiss got up from her seat and immediately approached Leviathan. "Follow me!" He said as he pulled Leviathan's hand to follow him out of the cafe.

"Hey, what's wrong? The coffee isn't finished yet!"

"What are you doing here? And why can everyone see you?"

"I want to drink coffee casually like those humans!"

"Then, do you have money to pay for the coffee you drank? Don't tell me after this you're going to make yourself invisible so you don't have to pay for it!"

"Hey, today I have money. Look at this!" He said while showing a pink wallet that looked expensive.

"W-wallet? Whose wallet is this?"

"I saw a car and there was a wallet in it, so I just took it!"

"You stole?"

"M-my wallet? How did it get in your hands?"

"Where did he go? The guy I was with earlier!"

Leviathan stared at him for a moment then smiled. He didn't expect it to be this fun playing with human emissions.

"I've allowed you to sleep at my house and I've also fed you, is that still not enough?"

"Giving me food and a place to sleep is your obligation."

"Then what do you want?"

"Your soul? So when do you plan to die?"
