Chapter 31: Debt Collector

Janet Stanmore:

2 months later.

We've both been working a lot these days and it's really tiring but none of us said it. We are really happy to have each other so we can give support to each other.

Me and Sky currently in LA to work, we both sealed a couple of deal. Now we just finish everything and I can breathe a little bit for a while.

After Sky's statement 2 months ago, I wrote one too. I apologized and explained everything. Their comments weren’t nice at first but as the time goes by it's getting better. I made a novel too and it will be out in 2 months, this is so exciting.

"Let's go to dinner." Sky said as he stood up from his table and walked to the sofa where I'm sitting. I was sorting a file and made a contract for next week's meeting.

"Wait wait, let me save the file first." I said and quickly save the file. I shut down the laptop and put it on the sofa. He kissed my cheek and sneaked his hand to my waist. We stood up and walked out from his office. We went down to the lobby.

"What do you want to eat today?" He asked as we got into the car.

"It's your turn to pick." I said as I put on my seatbelt on.

"You can pick you know."

"You can pick." I said and I turned to him.

"You won't regret it right?" He smirked and I looked at him with a questioning look.

"I think I will." I said and he laughed. He drove out and I looked at my phone.

"So how's your book going?"

"Great and it will be out in 2 months." I squealed.

"That's my girl." He said and the car stopped at the side of the road. He took off his seatbelt.

"Wait here, okay?" He got off the car and I looked his back entering a pizza restaurant. 5 minutes later he already walked out with a big box of pizza. I smiled in happiness.

"Regret?" He asked and I shook my head.

"This is like the best meal ever." I said and he chuckled.

"Uhmm, Sky?" I called while he's putting on his seatbelt.

"Hmm?"

"Why are we taking away the pizza?" I asked.

"You'll know it on the way." He smiled and I nodded. He drove his car at a quite fast speed, hearing Justin Bieber’s Cold Water and jamming to that song.

My eyes widened as I saw a Mulholland sign, I turned to Sky and can't help but smile. I love that place; the night view is the best. I can't believe he's taking me back here. We reached the top and we got off from the car.

We sat on the porch of his car and started eating the pizza. We talked a lot and our relationship is just getting better each day. After finishing the pizza, Sky walked towards the fence to see the view clearer. I followed him and inhaled the fresh air up here.

"Are you tired?" Sky suddenly asked.

"No."

"Janet Stanmore, I think it's time for you to pay you debt to me." He suddenly turned to me and I looked at him with questioning eyes.

"How?" He reached his pocket and took out a black velvet box, he opened it revealing a really beautiful diamond ring. He kneeled on his knee and I can't help but shock. I closed my mouth with my hands.

"You have a lot of debt Ms. Stanmore." He said and I chuckled because of that statement.

"I do have a lot of debt."

"So Janet Stanmore, will you pay your debt for the rest of your life?" I laughed seeing him proposing with another saying besides 'Will you marry me?'.

"I will Mr. Locason, gladly to pay it for the rest of my life."

"Change your name into Locason?" He asked and raised his eyebrows.

"Yes." I smiled with that he put the ring on my left ring finger. He crashed his lips to mine after that and I circled my arms around his neck.

"I love your proposal." I chuckled.

"It's more paying your debt kinda thing." He kissed my forehead.

"You're a debt collector to me." I said.

"I love you." I froze as he said that words, he never said it. I turned to him and looked into his eyes.

"Sorry it took me so—”

"I love you too." I hugged him so tightly.

"Can you repeat it again?" I asked.

"You know I don't like to repeat what I say." He said and I glared at him. He chuckled.

"I love you Janet Stanmore, should I record it and set it for your ringtone?" He joked and I smacked his chest lightly.

"I love you my bad temper guy." I circle my arms around him and looked into his eyes.

"Of course Red Heart." He winked.

"Oh damn it, I love you so much!" I gave him a peck on his lips.

"No cursing sweetheart." He caressed my cheek.

"You're the one who make me like that."

"I don't want to make your sexy little mouth dirty so no cursing for you love." With that he crashed his lips to mine again.

Epilogue Sky Locason 7 years later.

I was moving my hands around, but I felt nothing. I opened my eyes to see the empty spot beside me. I quickly got off my bed and went to the bathroom.

I walked out from our room and walked into the room across mine. I looked at my little princess still sleeping, curling herself like a panda. I walked to her and kissed her forehead.

She suddenly moved and opened her eyes slowly. Revealing those beautiful blue eyes, she smiled at me.

"Daddy." She slowly got up and I sat on her bed. She attacked me with hugs and kisses. Her physics might be a copy paste of her mom, but she acts like me.

"Come on, let's see what your mom is doing?" I said and she nodded. She circled her small arms to my neck and I carried her downstairs.

I saw her cooking and giving our 3-year-old son food. I walked to her and kissed her cheek.

"Morning, love." I said and she smiled.

She's still beautiful as ever and I just can't get enough of her every day. After having 2 kids, she's still looking so beautiful as ever.

"Morning, mommy." My 4-year-old daughter said cheerfully.

"Morning, Sky and Cailey." Janet kissed us both and I put Cailey on the chair.

"How's my boy doing?" I hugged my 3-year-old boy.

"Good, good." He answered.

"Sky, can you grab Aiden's milk on the fridge and put it on the small cup for him to drink?" Janet said as she cracked an egg putting in on the pan.

"Sure." I carried Aiden and opened the fridge, taking out his milk and put it in a small glass. As for Aiden, he's a little me. He really is but his calm like Janet while Cailey on the other hand really active.

"Here you go boy." I gave him the milk and he started to drink slowly.

"Daddy." Cailey called me and I looked at her raising my eyebrows.

"Can we go to the beach today?" She asked with her puppy eyes. She does know how to make her dad fall on her feet just like her mom. I smiled.

"That's a great idea princess."

"Sky you have a meeting in 4 hours, why do you—” I stopped her by back hugging her while she's cooking.

"Cancel it." I whispered to her ear.

"Again?" She asked.

"Yes, again. The princess wants to go to the beach." I said.

"You spoil her too much, Sky." Janet shook her head but she's right. I spoiled my daughter too much but I love her so much. She's a little ball of sunshine. She's a little mini of Janet, but thank God she's quite feisty, because when she grows up she can shove guys with her feistiness.

"What can I say? I love her." I said.

"She will be a spoiled girl when she's grown up." Janet said worried.

"Relax." I kissed her cheek before taking a mug to make my coffee.

"Mommy, where is Zeus?" Aiden asked her mom and I can't help but laugh, Janet must have put that dog outside because I can't see him anywhere inside the house.

We got a golden retriever and Aiden want to named him Zeus, he's quite handful but he's a good dog. Janet hates him because he likes to lick her while she doesn't like that.

"I gave him away." Janet stated and we all three looked at her in horror.

"Mommy!" Cailey squealed annoyed.

"You can't give Zeus away!" Aiden said angrily.

"Why can I?" She said carelessly while her children glared at her. I walked to the garden to see Zeus laying down scratching his body. I laughed.

"Since mommy throw Zeus away. let's buy a new dog" I said and Janet's eyes widen.

"Don't you dare!" She glared at me.

"Yesyes!" Aiden said excitedly.

"You're the best!" Cailey said.

I laughed so hard to see my wife's reaction, she glared and gestured to kill me. I walked to the door that connects to the garden. Whistle to call that Zeus, he quickly ran to the door and walked inside.

"Zeus!" Aiden walked down from his chair and that dog walked to him. Aiden hugged him and Zeus just licked him.

"You didn't give it away mom." Cailey said while looking at Zeus.

"I was planning to and maybe in the future." Janet said and I walked to her.

"I hate that dog." She said to me and I chuckled. I circled my arms around her slim waist and took that opportunity to kiss her pink lips. She cupped my face and kissing me back hungrily.

"I love you Sky Locason." She smiled.

"I love you too Janet Locason."
