Vincent POV

The moment she said that she was waiting; my heart felt like it was going to explode anytime soon. I mean, I'm not being corny or whatever but f*ck my heart skips beats, I think.

I was hoping for that response. I said, and I saw her flushed.

I mean, of course, we're in a relationship, and I do understand our situation. I know you'll come back. She said, smiling. But her smile looks sad somehow.

Of course ---- you'll never know, when you wake up one morning, and I'm already by your side looking at you in the eyes and maybe kissing you. I said without a beat.

When I look at her, she's blushing. Someones blushing. I tease.

Because you're being cheesy, and all She replied.

Oh! Am I? I said, and she nodded. Can I ask you something personal? She then asked. My heart is now racing. I don't know what shell asks.

She smiled at me and then stared for a moment.

How many women have you dated? She asked, not forgetting to look at me directly in the eyes.

Two I simply replied. But that was years ago. I added, and she nodded her head. I don't know but it feels like Im being interrogated by the police. That kind of feeling

I was shocked for a bit but then regained myself. Well. The first one was named Amelia Victoria. I don't know if she still lives in Melbourne. The second one is Margarette Ray, I also don't know if she's still living in Sydney. I don't know their TIN numbers. I replied simply.

Seconds later I saw her smile, and that smile became a grin, and the grin became a chuckle, and then finally I heard her laugh. Laugh like never before.

You're teasing me huh? I said as I reached for her cheeks and pinch it.

Ouch! She said. You're so bad mister Victoria-Ray. She added

The dinner was very spectacular, and the food they served was very tasty.

What's the plan now? She asked, and I shrug.

What do you want to do? I asked back. When I look at the clock, and it's just 6:30 PM, I realize that it's still early to call it a night.

Alright! I'll bring you somewhere but first, let me check the city map. I said as I fished out my phone, and looked for the direction.

Let me see! she said, trying to peek at my phone but I put it higher so she couldn't see it.

She stamps her one foot, and I find it so cute. It's like she's having tantrums.

You'll ruin my surprise. I said, and by that, she stopped reaching for my phone.

When I knew the direction of the place I wanted to spend, I smiled at her and held her hand as I guided her back to the car. Let's go.

Aella POV

When he grabs my hand and guides me towards his car, it feels like we're in a fairy tale story. Like when the prince and his love are already married. You know? The happily ever after

Well, it's not yet even the middle of our story. Were just getting started.

When he turned to Nassau County, I was greeted by the Long Beach. It's very good in my eyes. The sun is starting to set when we exit the car.

You know where to go, mate. I said in a very Australian accent, and he chuckled.

You sounded like you're an Australian. He replied. One day maybe, you'll be, and legally be like us. He added making me crease my brows.

Do you mean I'll work in Australia? I asked, confused.

Maybe He said.

Wait, are you proposing already? I asked, shocked, and he laughed.

Not yet my love, because when I do, I'll be down on my knees, and looking up to you. He said, giving me a smile I had never seen before. The smile that says you mean the world to me.

He's grinning at me when he lends out his arms for me to hold. Walk with me? He said, and my heart melted.

The moment my arms snakes around his muscled arms, the way he looks at me, his smile, and his genuine heart, I know, I just know that thats time that I fell for him more.
