Chapter 17: DAY 9 – Moment with him

Jano’s Point of View

I wake up when I heard something from the out side, I don’t mind it so when I turned in my right side, I saw Giro sleeping peacefully, this time I can say that he’s having a nice dream, He looks happy while sleeping.

I’m not sure about how I felt a while ago when I’m with giro. But I feel good at the same time, I’m comfortable with him even we’re not the same, I grew up with my Grand father alone, we had a nice house, a car and a nice clothes, but still my grandfather wants me to grew up in a simple way together with the other kids.

I even tried to jump at the river while doesn’t have any clothes, climbing the trees to get some fruits, trees of mango while fighting against the ants, Hide and seek. I even went home while crying, go back home with a lot of mud around me. That is the reason why I went here in manila, grand father passed away a year ago, and I really missed him so much, I came here moved on. I came here to accept everything.

And again my tears fell down to my side face.

I wipe it and I went out to have some fresh air, and besides I need to take a bath room. I think everyone is asleep even our teachers. It’s already 2:30 am in the morning.

Since the bath room are very far from here, I looked around to find a placed where can I pee. I saw a tree out of the field so I went there and pee.

After I pee, I’m about to go back in my tent when I saw a strange shadow at the area, every tent there doesn’t have a lights so I guess that person is on out of the tent.

I slowly walk towards to the area, I was about to saw him when someone’s covered my mouth.

“SHH”

He said, my eyes became wide open when I realized who it is.

I forcedly moved his hand in my mouth, and he signed me to be quiet.

He grabbed my hands and we run. We headed at the little forest and using our flashlights we ended at the centre of little forest it was like a small field where there are no trees here,

“Oh! It’s been a long time when I ran like that!”

He said while reaching his breath, we sat down and lay his back in the grassy ground.

“Sir? Wha-what’s that?”

Yes, it’s fred, I saw him like a thief finding something in the bags outside on the tent.

“Ah! Haha”

He just laughs and open it.

“I’m hungry! And besides I couldn’t sleep”

Then he gets snacks out from the bag.

“WOah! That’s not allowed right?”

I said then I sit down.

“haha want some”

He offered.

He’s hands are ready to feed me up, I feel uncomfortable so I tried to take it with my hands but he insisting.

“AAHHH”

He said like feeding a child.

I don’t have a choice so I bite it.

“You’re Cute!”

He said and laughs.

I feel like I’m blushing so I turned my face away from him.

But something caught my attention.

My heart beat so fast, and it’s not because of Fred or I’m nervous and afraid. It’s beating too fast because of the amusement.

I stand up and looked around

“WOAH!”

I said while looking around.

It was like there’s a bunch of Christmas lights around the forest, it’s shinning and shivering.

“Wow!”

I said and I looked at him, He looked me up and smiled at me.

There are a lot of fireflies around to the forest, and I can see it from here at the centre.

After a minute of being amazed and amused I sit back.

“Woah! Did you see that?”

He said like he’s very amazed, He points his finger at the sky so I looked at there.

I guess he saw a falling star, I look back at him and stared to his face, He looks happy and amazed, and it was the first time that I saw Fred like a child seeing a falling star. He chuckled and it’s cute.

I laugh a bit because of that.

“W-why are you laughing at?”

He strangely asks me. I couldn’t help m self so I laugh so hard as I can.

“Hey! I said why are you laughing?”

I don’t mind him and continues laughing.

“TSS. Stop it! Or else I’ll kiss you”

He threatened me. I quickly covered my mouth with my two hands when I heard that.

“so-sorry”

I apologized.

“Tsk!”

I smiled when I see his faces, He just like a robot that could able to change his presence and mood anytime. And now, he look like a man. How adorable.

“Jano!”

He called me in a deep voice

I looked at him, and I see his eyes, He like had something to say, but he just move his eyes away.

“N-never mind”

I don’t know but I feel like he’s sad?

The Moment here becomes silence, and it’s full of awkwardness. I feel his heavy breath like we wants to talk something. My heart was beating too fast because of the presence and I couldn’t help my self so I decided to stand up!

I’m about to say something when He hold my hands and pulled it down.

Everything went strange and it turned into a slow motion. I feel my body losing my balance and I slowly drop to his chest, I can hear his Heart beating so fast. It’s not the same beating at Giro’s heart. It’s too fast and very loud. Its sounds mixed with the sound of his breath.

And It’s confused me, It’s very strange, because his heart beat are synchronized with mine, to the point that I couldn’t feel m own.

What was that?

It’s not the same feeling with giro. I think I’m going to passed out.

He placed his arm around my back and hugs me tight. I smell his scent like there’s no sweat.

“Just stay here, please?”

He whispered in my left ear.

I heard his husky voice, begging me to stay with him in this kind of position.

I quickly moved up but he hugs me very tight.

I try it again and he just looses his arms, I moved a little and lay beside him.

I see his serious face changed. His lips curved up a little and closed his eyes.

I just staring at him for the whole night, I don’t know but I feel like I started to like how he treats me.

He moves a little bit and placed his left arm into my back head then right arm in to my waste.

He smiled a little while his eyes were close.

In some point, over all I found it’s romantic. And i was happy because of that.

Maybe I starting to like this way..
