Chapter 59 Worthless

Chapter 59 Worthless
\[Lilia\]

“You okay, kukla?”

Kael rasped out, keeping himself buried deep within me while my legs curled around his waist as we both came to our peak, blasting all his essence into the chasm of my pleasure. My body still thrummed from the exhaustion, and I was still catching my breath when Kael put me down on the rock surface. He was carrying me the entire time of this bonanza, pounding deeper and harder while I desperately clung to him.

I could not imagine how our position would look like, but to hell, I care, we were the only ones in here, and this arching rock formation, along with the moon, is the only witness of this passionate moment we shared.

“I’m fine,” I say to him, unwrapping my arms around his neck, feeling his shaft soften inside me before he slowly thrust and slid out. Almost an inaudible moan passed through my lips, having my crevice hollowed as he completely pulled out, arching my back as I leaned on my elbows. However, what I did seemed to have an effect on him as I felt his heavy glare fixed on my face. His brows furrowed deeply, and the corner of his eyes squinted.

“What?” I gaped at him, feigning myself oblivious to what I did.

“Stop it, kukla,” he warned in a low guttural voice, leaning closer as his lips hovered close to mine, prodding himself between my still parted legs. “Don’t tempt me if you don’t want to stay here till morning. Cause I wouldn't mind one bit if I pounded the very last drop of my seed fast and very hard till I heard your voice become hoarse and had you walking around like a crab with your bow legged legs.”

My mouth drops with what he said, another wave of knots coiling on my lower belly, and I don’t know whether I would be threatened by it or consider it a wonderful idea. I bite down my lower lips, keeping my mouth shut to avoid mutteringstupid things that I would sooner regret…or maybe not.

However, the waves around us sounded a bit louder than the last time I remember. I averted my gaze away from his scorching stare and looked around us. It came to my attention that the tides had gone high, and the water was now lapping on the rock that I was on, ankle deep. Kael followed my gaze, and he seemed to have read what was on my mind.

“This whole islet would be submerged before dawn,” he said, leaning away from me and veering his gaze towards the distant shore where Aya and Val were probably waiting for us. They sure must be wondering where on the green earth were we, but knowing Aya, she probably had an idea what was happening at the moment, and I cannot sue her for that.

“We should go back then,” I responded, moving on top of the rock to make some more space between us before anything could happen again. I am honestly still sore down there, and I don’t think my legs could even hold my weight if I tried to stand. They’ve become jellies, sapped off with strength.

“Before sharks come out from their lairs?” I quipped half-heartedly, and Kael chuckled deeply, shaking his head as he stepped backward, tugging his trunks up to his waist.

I closed my legs and crossed them. My hands went to my exposed breasts and covered them as I turned my head from side to side, looking for my bikini. However, I could not see them.

“Where’s my….” I shifted my attention to Kael and was about to ask him since he’s the one that took it off from me, but my inquisition trailed off as I spotted a couple of black fabrics floating in the water. My eyes widened frantically as they started to get carried away with the waves, but Kael saw them as well and went after them, plucking them out of the water before they could go any deeper. Then he sprinted back to me after retrieving them, the waves splashing on his side.

“Stand up, kukla,” he dictated soon as he halted in front of me. I scooted over the edge of the rock. However, my legs were shaking, and he became suddenly impatient with my snail pace movement. Kael clamps his hands around my arms, easily lifting me off the rock and putting me down. As soon as my feet come into contact with the sand, I feel a slight sinking sensation, and the waves are constantly crashing on my legs, getting higher with each passing minute until it almost reaches deep on my knees.

His mouth set into a thin line as he took my arms, spreading them to my side as he put on my bikini top on me, tied the straps around my neck, entwined the extra laces around my midsection, and ensured that my bosoms were completely covered. After that, he began to fasten the straps of my bikini bottoms before I lowered my arms. However, Kael caught my hand. He looked down at my fingers and rubbed his thumb over them.

“The ring,” he said, shifting his gaze on me. I didn’t expect him to find it right now.

Did he expect me to wear it everywhere? I mean, we were at the beach, and who in their right mind would wear a hundred million dollar diamond ring out in the open sea?

“I kept it somewhere safe. I wouldn’t want to lose it to the sea,” I blatantly replied, taking my hands away from him. “Otherwise, you’d kill me.”

“Hmmm.”

I stared up at him, discerning the reaction he wore on his face, and I could tell that he was quite disappointed with my response. Skeptical at most.

I let out a deep sigh and fidget with my finger where he put the ring and shrugs my shoulders.

“I can give it back to you if you want,” I mumbled begrudgingly. Perhaps, he regretted giving it to me. He must be thinking now if I was telling the truth or had already stashed it somewhere and selling it when I have a chance.

Well, I did think of that, but I know there will be consequences that I am not willing to take if I let my intrusive thoughts get the best of me.

“No, kukla. It’s yours.” Kael’s voice broke my trance, and his visage cleared of any emotions but remained soft.

“Kael,” I uttered his name, contemplating for a moment before I finally found the courage to ask him. “Why would you give me something like that?”

“You’re my prized. Have I not told you that? I can make you wear anything I want.” He immediately replied without even pausing to think it over. It even sounded so automated that I thought he wasn’t the one speaking it up.

“You mean your possession,” my throat constricted as I uttered those words, feeling the sharpness of the phrase like a knife pressed against my neck.

“I own you… isn’t it kukla?”

And just like that, a spear lances straight through my chest, knocking all the air out from my lungs, wanting me to burst, but I held myself up and steeled my emotions from showing my face.

Right, I am a certified fool.

His stupid little bitch that opened her legs whenever he wanted to. The things he was showing me were all his facade, an illusion that somehow, even the tiniest bit, he saw me as a person.

Yet, he does not. I am still his kukla. He had said it clearly, and I could never mishear it.

It hurts a lot. It’s like a mallet smashing on my chest.

I inhaled sharply, locking my gaze stoically to him, and lifted my chin.

“That ring is twice my price. It can be more important than my life,” I said sternly. “I could not have it.”

With that, I started walking away from him, sloshing through the waters.

I don’t care if I can’t sustain swimming all the way from here back to the shore. Maybe being attacked by a shark isn’t going to be a bad idea after all.

Maybe, the only way I could be free from all this is through death.

Maybe I could just drown myself and let my body sink into the bottom.

I was mad and furious, and my mind flew just when I realized that I was already in my chest-deep. I didn’t bother looking over my shoulder and see if Kael was following me. Instead, I took a deep breath and held it before I started paddling my feet.

My arms flailed on the side. My legs paddled for dear life, ungracefully, yet somehow, I did manage to stay afloat. I keep on paddling, gasping for air. I didn’t know how long I was splashing on the water and when I tried to stand, my feet could no longer touch the bottom, so I continued to paddle even though my arms were straining.

The next thing I knew was a large arm looping over my waist and pulling me upright. I was struggling to breathe, but I did not need any confirmation about who it was carrying me.

I cleared my airways. My nose stung from the salty water while Kael glided through the water as though I did not hinder his movement. I keep my head above and let him drag me to the shore.

“Lilia!” Aya’s shrilly voice greeted us. Kael let go of me soon as we hit knees deep.

She ran towards us, her lacy cardigan billowing behind her with her smile stretching wide. “You must be starving, come, try the chicken I cooked—”

“I am sorry, Aya, but can we go now? I wanted to take a rest.”

Her face immediately fell, and she looked over behind me, seeing Kael heading directly to the counter bar where Val sat all by himself.

“Oh, okay…”

That was the only response I heard from her as I began trudging back to the villa. To be honest, I feel a little awful that I vented my frustration on her, but all I wanted to do was crawl into bed, close my eyes, and hopefully forget about whatever it was that had just transpired.
