Chapter 4: Trapped
Akira's P.O.V
Never in my life had I thought I could be a marathon runner. I was usually the type who was too lazy to even do chores in my own house unless my mom paid me for it. No, really! But thankfully, both my parents stay away most of the time for business matters in Montana and I usually have my older sister looking after me...who was more interested in breaking hearts than taking care of me. So in short, I have all the time in the world to laze around.
But the instant Mr. Sexy Sadist let me out of that classroom, I forgot that I had three more periods left in school, since he pretty much wasted one of them, and ran back home like my ass was covered with gasoline with Prometheus thyself running after me with his stolen torch. You get the picture?
I have to call the school later on to inform them that I’m suffering from a sudden hemorrhage down south and describe in detail how the menstrual pain works so that the Principal’s secretary gets grossed out and tells me to stay home for the rest of the week, but that can wait till I was safely home and far, far away from that perverted, sadistic, sexy-UGH!!
Seriously! That guy is trying to get into my pants and the only thing I keep repeating in my mind is how sexy he is!
Darling there's no shame in admiring a very fiiiinnnneee piece of art.
I growled. Even my conscience is siding with my enemy.
Since when do you have wet dreams about your enemies?
Grrrr!
I slowed down when my picture perfect two storied house with its white fence and huge lawn came into view just a block away. By now I was completely exhausted with my tongue hanging out like a starving, rabid street dog and I'm ready to collapse any minute.
I looked around once to see that the coast was clear and let out a sigh of relief...just as a car honks behind me. I look down at my feet. Nope, still standing on the sidewalk. Then why the hell is the car honking?
I turn around slowly, and just like in the horror movies, my worst nightmare is right there, standing right behind me with one hand inside a sleek black car, with which he kept pressing the horn and his head out the window, that signature smirk plastered on his face.
At least it wasn't a psycho with a butcher’s knife.
"What the Hell do you want?" I yell at him throwing my hands up in the air, frustrated. "And why on God's green Earth are you following me!"
His grin widens as he gets out of his shiny black car. I’m no specialist so don’t ask me what it is. I can hardly distinguish between a bike and a cycle! "First, I already told you what I want", he did that creepy head to toe check out of me, emphasizing his point. "And second, I live exactly two blocks away from your house."
Creepy Sadist lives next to me? No wonder he’s seen plenty of me. Thankfully, he doesn't know about my library visits are to the erotic section. Or does he?
"Keep pouting like that, and I just might be tempted into giving you a nightly visit", he said.
Was I pouting? Anyway, major problem here, let's solve that first. "You have anything to say or did you follow me all the way home just to get a nice view of my butt?"
"Giving me ideas, are you?" He arched an eyebrow. "As I told you, I live here-"
"School isn't over yet!" I snapped.
"But my classes are." When I gave him a suspicious look, he continued, "I'm a trainee teacher, just out of college, so I don't have classes all day. Either morning sessions or afternoon ones and I'm done for the day. So then, your place or mine?"
My jaw hit the pavement...retracted back...and then I exploded.
"What! Do I look like a cheap slut that you can just pick up from the roadside! My parents are respectable people and I come from a respectable family and this is a respectable neighborhood-"
"And that respectable neighborhood is going to hound you down if they see you talking to me on a roadside, and a car waiting around the corner." I didn't have to look at him to know that he was smirking.
Damn him and his logical brain! But I couldn't go to his house either, since it would look even more sluttish. The only way I have got was to take him home and apparently no one was there since my 'nanny' came in the evening and went away in the morning, the same time I went to school. She’s an intern at the City Hospital. I sighed audibly. " Fine, let's go to my house. But no monkey business!" I snapped before turning and heading to my house, him following soundlessly behind me. And damn those radish nosed neighbors, who, I'm pretty sure are spilling out of their windows right now, thanks to all the honking.
I opened the door with my lock and dropped my backpack on a nearby couch and headed for the kitchen but his voice stopped me midway.
"Aren't you going to invite me in?" he asked from outside the door, hands tucked in his jeans pocket.
"Seriously? What are you, a freaking vampire that you need my permission to come in?" I said, crossing my arms across my chest.
"Just being polite", he muttered under his breath as he stepped inside and closed the door behind him. He then went straight to the couch and dropped down onto it.
"Have a seat, why don't you?" I said sarcastically as I went into the kitchen and took out some frozen pasta carbonara from the fridge and popped it in the oven to heat. I didn't have any lunch today, so why not?
"Well then", his voice startled me since it came from right behind me. " Why don't we finish what we were discussing outside?"
He had me trapped with my back against the counter and his hands on either side of me palms down.
"Di-di-discuss w-what?" I stuttered as I turned and looked up into his eyes.
"Why, it's time for your first lesson Ms. OG", he smirked, eyes twinkling wickedly.
I gulped.
Oh crap!
