Chapter 100 Camilla’s Pov.

Chapter 100 Camilla’s Pov.
“You can say I'm cruel all you fucking want but you're no different than me, chica.” He muttered, his face straight but his gaze was hard and cold on me. “With the difference that I'll never think of betraying you.”

His words played with my mind. I couldn't tell if he was manipulating me or simply telling the truth. I was suffocating in his presence with his words on repeat.

“You say all of this just to play with my head.” I almost screamed through tears. My body shook while he still relaxed on the bed with his deadly eyes piercing my soul.

“If that's what you think, then you should leave and never come back.”

I should. I know I should. But at the same time, I know I can't. I feel small and helpless in front of him as if I was the one cuffed to a bed and tortured for days.

Again, my heart was winning over my brain as I approached the bed with tears still in my eyes, bending down to kiss him on the lips with everything I have.

A kiss that burned my entire consciousness. A kiss that meant so much more to me than it should. And even though his hands were literally tied and he couldn't push me away with his hands, he was still capable of pulling away but he never did.

Instead, he closed his eyes, deepening the kiss, sliding his tongue into my mouth, making us both moan at the sensation. I knew he was kissing me back with everything he had too.

My body was burning, arching, needing more. I wanted to feel his hands on my body and his lips everywhere on me. My pussy was throbbing with desire for more, showing me the control he'll always have over my body. Our lips moved in sync roughly against each other, our tongues fighting for supremacy as we both moaned softly into the kiss, taking each other's breath away.

I didn't care that they were guards outside the room who could hear us or come in and see us. Only Àlvaro mattered.

I pulled back when I felt my air started to run out, placing one last gentle kiss on his lips and one on his forehead. He was out of breath too, letting me touch his handsome scarred face.

“I needed to do this.” I whispered, my hands caressing his face. “I needed to kiss you even if it's for the last time. Even if you hate me.”

He shook his head, meeting my gaze. His eyes looked tired, broken, betrayed. “I don't hate you, Camilla.” He muttered. “I know I should but I don't think I'm capable of hating you.” His lips curled into a tight smile as he met my eyes. “God, I can't even think of hating you.”

I kissed him again and again until our lips were swollen and his scent was inked on my skin.

I'm screwed.

That's the only right way to describe my life right now. I couldn't even tell what was right and what was wrong anymore.

Two voices were fighting inside my head and I didn't know which one to follow.

I'm torn between my family, my father, who literally faked his own death just to keep his family safe and on the other hand is my heart, Àlvaro, the man who kidnapped me and made me experience things I never thought I could or would.

My mind was playing twisted games with me. There was no right decision in this situation. Someone would definitely end up hurt or even worse, dead.

My blood was running through my body, filling my ears as I made my way to the garden with the big pool, trying to find my father.

I didn't hold back. I wanted to be heard the moment I opened the glass door to the garden, making all of my father's friends and business partners turn their attention to me. Some of them smiled at me, some of them greeted me and some of them just remained silent.

But either way, I ignored all of them. My focus was on my father as I pierced his soul with my eyes.

He knows that look.

My father sighed heavily, his gaze already withdrawn as he waved his hand to all the people gathered around us to leave us alone.

Once we were left alone, his whole attention was on me and he didn't look pleased with my actions.

“What's the problem now, Camilla? I know that look.” He sounded irritated and displeased. I must've interrupted the meaningless conversation he was having.

The calmness in his voice infuriated me even more. He didn't even bother to take off his sunglasses and look at his own daughter in the fucking eyes.

“You lied to me.” I spoke, taking a few steps closer to him as he raised his brows in confusion. “Right father?”

“I don't remember ever doing such a thing, Camilla.” He replied, shaking his head.

“You told me that Àlvaro knew about all his father's schemes and that was one of the reasons he abducted me.” I was getting angrier with every word coming out of my mouth but at the same time, my father looked even more calm, just sipping from his expensive champagne. “But that's not the truth, right father?”

“That's not a lie either, my daughter.” He spoke with an amused tone, turning his head to look at me through his sunglasses. “It's just a different point of view.”

“You're unbelievable.” I laughed humorlessly. “All these months, you turned me against him, you wanted me to hate him, to despise him. You wanted me to take revenge on him for something he never even fucking knew about.”

“But he's still a Castillo.” He interrupted me in a cold tone, his voice rising. “He did kidnap you, didn't he? The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.”

“Just because he's a Castillo doesn't mean that he's like his sick father.” I mumbled through gritted teeth and he clenched his jaw. “Just like I'm nothing like you.”

“Watch your mouth, young lady.” He spoke in anger. Looks like that hit him deeper than expected. “You're overstepping on my kindness.”

“Just like you did Leonardo, from the moment you told me all those fucking lies about Àlvaro.” I raised my voice and something inside him flipped because he broke his glass on the ground, making me take a step back.

“I told you to stay away from that bastard.”

“That bastard might've kidnapped me but he's the only person who has never ever lied to me in my entire fucking life.” I yelled, pushing his expensive bottle of champagne to the ground and it shattered into a thousand little pieces. “He did everything to protect and save me from the bad guys but all you cared about was hiding the fucking truth from me.”

“You actually think he was protecting you?” The way my father sneered at me made my body freeze in place. He raised his eyebrows in a mocking voice as he stood up from the chair he was sitting on around the big table in the garden. “He fucking used you and you were stupid and naive enough to fall for the bastard's games.”

His words were like a slap that hurt more than I would like and by the look on my father's face, I could tell he was doing it on purpose.

“Do you want me to prove it to you?” He asked, the vein kn his forehead bulging it from anger. “Because if I order his chains to be removed and lock you in a room with him, the next time I open the door, you'll be lying on the ground dead by the hand of the man you believed was doing everything to protect you.”

I could feel myself choking kn my own saliva. The disgust in his voice took me back. That couldn't be true. Àlvaro kissed me just an hour ago. I held him close. I know he'll never hurt me, right?

“Get your shit together, Camilla and stop being stupid.” My father scolded, wiping the tear from my face that I didn't even realize was there. “He'll be better off dead just like the whole of the Castillo bloodline. The spanish mafia can only have one Don anyways.”

“I won't let you hurt him again, father.” I said in a whisper, my whole body trembling from anger as I looked into my father's cold eyes. “You mess with him, you mess with me.”

“Careful, Camilla.” His voice sent cold shivers down my spine. “I don't like being threatened, especially by my own daughter.”

“I don't like being lied to especially by my own father but you did it anyway, right?”

He clenched his jaw, something dark flashed through his eyes but he quickly covered it up. He shook his head, taking a few steps back away from me.

“We'll have this conversation later.” He mumbled, avoiding my gaze and I quickly wiped my eyes. “We have more important things to do.”

I stayed silent, waiting for him to speak. I could see it in his eyes that he despised Àlvaro even more now. I decided to let it all go for now but I'll definitely have my way with him. I'll save Àlvaro even if it's the last thing I do.

“I'm sure you know Dmitri? He told me about your silly little escapades in the Maldives.” My father started, chuckling. He actually chuckled. “Anyways, he's here with his brother and I believe they have some information for us.”

I didn't even have the time to respond before one of my father's servants burst through the glass doors followed by two men, looking around the large garden with interest until their attention fell on us.
