Chapter 119 I need space
Without wasting any second, l marched out of my room then made it straight to Idris’s door.
However just as l was outside, l heard voices but I didn’t care, l just hurriedly pushed the door. When I opened up the door, my heart instantly fell through the bottom of my heart and twisted inside my stomach painfully. As unbelievable as it, Leslee was here and she had her arms around Idris’s neck together with her lips pressed to his. Idris pushed her away and looked towards his door at whoever who interrupted him.
When he saw me standing up there, he paled and his face fell. “Raelynn”, he called as I took a step back. “I apologize, I should have knocked”, l curtsied quickly.
“leave”, He snarled and I snapped up to turn and flee. “You heard him”, Leslee cooed in a sickly sweet voice. “Not her. You”, His voice was harsh and gravely. I found myself rooted in the place. Leslee looked at Idris and scoffed before looking back at me.
Her cobalt eyes shot poison darts in my direction before she huffed and stormed past me. I felt my heart falling into pieces. It was me who told him to stay away from me but I didn’t think he would quickly get himself a woman to pleasure him. “I shouldn’t have come here, I’m sorry”, l fumbled over my words and my limbs trembled.
My breathing became quick and short as I turned away from Idris. But before I could leave, he was on me in an instant. Those strong arms wrapped up around my shoulders. I instantly gasped at the feeling of his face against my shoulder. “Raelynn, no that wasn’t what it looked like”, He pleaded with me to listen but my heart was racing and l heard it pounding in my ears.
“It didn’t look like anything l need to concern myself with, am used to being betrayed”, l spoke while struggling to get out of his embrace. “Raelynn please look at me”, He quickly held my arms and turned me to face him. However l kept my eyes to the side and down , refusing to look into his ocean blue eyes after what I had just witnessed.
“I didn’t invite her here”, His hands were strong enough to kill a beast yet they held my face so tenderly now, forcing me to look at him. “I did not invite her here, she pounced at me just as she heard someone opening up the door, please believe me”, He spoke then collapsed on his knees, grasping at the layers of my skirt with his head down.
The Alpha was begging, he was begging. This wasn’t the harsh Alpha l met at first.
Something was seriously strange.
“Whether you did or did not invite Leslee into your room it doesn’t matter.. l was once betrayed so am used to it and am nothing to her”, l was breathless trying to swallow the tears that were fighting to breach my eyes. Men were really different, Jack didn’t even apologize when l caught him with Amanda but the well known feared Alpha was on his knees. “Raelynn, everything matters where you involved, these days without you have been agony, l will never invite anyone here, you my fated mate”, When l tried to step back again, Idris moved his hands to my hips tight, keeping me in place.
“I decided to give you space because I thought it was necessary but it was killing me to walk away from you”, My entire body buzzed and I felt like my heart and mind were warring with one another on what to do in this situation. It made me melt to hear that he had been in agony the same as me but the image of Leslee was still fresh.
“Why are you pretending?, you bought many sex slaves, you can have any you want in my absence”, l bit hard on my bottom lip as tears finally broke free and spilled down my cheeks. As soon as I said, Idris rose to his feet once more but he just cupped my face and wiped my tears with his thumb. For a moment he just stood there shaking his head with his disagreement trying to pin me down with his eyes.
“You right, l bought them and used many but it was only you , only you Raelynn , you different from them not because you my mate, you different”, He pressed his forehead onto mine and a sob wrenched from my lips. “The moon goddess fated me to you with a reason, you different”, He added. “It can’t be”, l trembled with the force of my tears and sobs but Idris just held me tight against his chest and began to soothe me.
“You are, just don’t ever give me the cold shoulder again, l don’t know what the moon goddess is making you become but it’s still you”, His hands were holding my face again, tracing his thumb over my bottom lip as he uttered out those words. “I feel incomplete without you”, He spoke in a low voice. “Kiss me then”, It was all I could think about as he held my face and stared at me with those ocean blue eyes burning me from within. Despite the fact that I found him with Leslee, my pussy was still throbbing for him.
My mind was reeling with how quickly this had escalated but I didn’t have the strength to stop it now. Idris I’mmediately pressed his mouth into mine with such force, l wondered how my lip didn’t split in half. There was so much passion and urgency in his quest to devour me.
I didn’t realize that the heat of my arousal was almost enough to make me lose myself completely. “Da…Idris”, All l could do was to repeat his name as l felt him trail hot kisses down in the crook of my neck. There was something I needed to tell him but my mouth was numb and my mind was hazy.
“I know it has been a few days but l missed you so much, l felt like l was falling apart”, He admitted while peppering kisses all over my face.
“Sorry it was my fault”, l spoke. “You were right, you needed space”, He quickly swept me off my feet and into his arms. My arms quickly wrapped up around his neck and l kissed him with everything, l could give him. After making sure that the door to his room was locked up securely, he then whirled around and marched towards the bed.
