Chapter 99
They all look to Allie with concern and she nods. They all leave the room but stand right outside the door. Christian knows it a little weird but doesn’t say anything.
“We’re just waiting to go back in once their done.” Heather finally says to him.
He smiles and nods.
“Daughter, can you tell us what happened now?” Jasper asks as he sits on the bed beside Allie.
“Honestly, I don’t know. Everything was fine and then we just started arguing. I don’t even know what it’s about.” Allie says as she breaks into sobs.
“It’s okay Allie. I’m sure we can get this figured out. And if not, you can always come back here.” Gloria says with a smile on her face.
“You haven’t been overdoing it with your training, have you?” Jasper asks.
Allie shakes her head. “No just doing what you told me to.”
“Good. We don’t want you getting too strong…I mean too worked up.” Jasper says with a smile.
Gloria throws him a glare.
“Don’t mind him, Allie. He’s just tired.” Gloria says with a smirk. “We should give you something so you can sleep tonight. It doesn’t look like you are using the lotion either, I’ll get you some of that.”
“What are you going to give me to sleep?”
“Oh, you don’t need to worry about it. You will just sleep like a baby.” Gloria says.
“I don’t want to hurt the pups though.”
“I can’t believe you still want to have them after the twins made you cry like this.” Jasper says with a chuckle.
“They are innocent. No matter what we have been through they deserve a chance.”
Gloria stands up and goes to the door and locks it. “This is for your own good Allie.”
“What are you talking about? What is for my own good?”
“It’s amazing that you never remember any of these conversations but you remember all the good ones.” Gloria says with a chuckle.
“What?”
Gloria and Jasper both get on their knees on the bed over Allie and hold her arms down as Gloria brings out a syringe and as she lowers it to inject Allie the closet and bedroom door burst open. The twins subdue Jasper while Damien, Chris, and Christian subdue Gloria and secure the syringe.
“It’s wolfsbane.” Christian says as he holds the syringe.
Allie gasps. “You tried to kill me and my pups. Why?”
Sophia and Heather both close her bedroom door and lock it.
Once they have Jasper and Gloria in silver cuffs and tied to a chair, Chris leaves to go get David and Ralph.
Christian looks at what is going on and is pissed that he missed it. “I’m sorry Luna. I should have seen it.”
“It’s not your fault. Thank you for helping.” Allie says.
Liam and Josh both shake his hand and thank him before they make sure that Allie is okay. They pull her into their arms and allow David to secure Jasper and Gloria.
“General?” Christian asks.
“Christian it’s good to see you. What are you doing here?”
“This is my pack. After our last mission, I came home for a while. What are you doing here?”
“Allie is my daughter.”
“What?”
“Yes. And these assholes are the ones that took her from me when she was three. They are even running the group trying to get her even now.”
Christian’s gaze snaps to Jasper and Gloria. “You fuckers.”
“Christian, is there a way that we can transport them out of here without anyone knowing or do you think the pack will want to know?” Allie asks.
“I think the pack needs to know. I don’t think anyone knows.” Christian says. “They will stand behind you Allie.”
Allie nods and looks to the twins. “Let’s go. We will tell you when to bring them out.” She says to David. He nods to her.
The twins and Christian follow Allie out of the room and down the stairs. The group is followed by Chris, Damien, Sophia, and Heather. They go into the dining hall since everyone is there for supper.
They all cheer when they see Allie come in. She smiles to herself that they are excited to see her.
“Hello everyone. I wish we could say we are here for good reasons but unfortunately, we are not.” Allie starts as she looks down.
