Chapter 27: "Looking "Hot"
Onyx:
I forgot how much I hated this city as I made my approach to the roof top of the ARIA with clothes tucked in the far back corner.
The strip lights dancing in its disgusting temptation to the lucky loser, who would end up in debt, or borrow money from the “Sharks” that roamed the city looking for their next victim.
“I’m here for Lea and Byron.” I reminded myself as my feet touched down on the cooling rooftop, grabbing my clothes so I could head back to my room to get ready for the club.
My Dragon stirred angrily, skipping down the emergency stairs to the access door of the hotel, feeling energized as I entered the long hallway to my room.
Queen Mei had a separate room ready for me when I arrived shortly after them, catching the “Showdown” in the lobby with the guys and some woman. Lea filled me in “who” she was, and the fact she was involved in the current situation running parallel to the “Wedding”.
“Now! What to wear.” I thought tapping my finger to my chin as I dug through my bags, pulling out the royal blue silk dress and matching stilettos.
Crawling into the shower, basking in the hot pounding water, scrubbing and shaving feeling the swirling sensation of fluttering in my stomach. It started shortly after the lobby incident, feeling like tickling inside my flesh.
“Better than the fucking throbbing.” I huffed darkly, wrapping myself up in the fluffy hotel towel as I went to work blow-drying my locks.
My nightly flight was longer than I anticipated, so everyone was already at the club when I looked at the digital clock on the nightstand, slipping on the soft silk dress, adjusting my chest in the built-in halter top, zipping up the side as I slipped on my stilettos doing a once over before I slipped out the room.
Atlas and Dominic managed to get me an ID so I wouldn’t have too many problems with getting in.
The bouncer was a douchebag, making me write out who’s guest I was with, then checking me out with a twisted smirk. Rolling my eyes as he let me pass, catching Lea and Byron slipping from the club in a heated state.
“Oh, it’s one of those nights.” I laughed lightly as I slipped into the heavy aroma of arousal, sweat, and booze.
Weaving my way through the hoards of grinding, sweaty bodies as I found Celia and Seb leaning against the bar in a heated exchange of tongues and hands.
“Onyx!” Celia squealed as she launched herself into my arms as Seb checked me over with a wink.
“Looking “Hot”.” Celia stepped back, checking me out with a solid smack to my ass.
Smirking at her drunken state as Seb pulled her back into his chest, handing the bartender my drink order with a raised brow.
“She’s mute.” Seb corrected his perked expression as he nodded his head at my request.
“Thank you.” I signed as the bass tingled through my body, causing a sensory overload as the bartender returned with my drink and a napkin asking for my number.
I smiled at him, scrunching my nose as I nudged Seb, pointing to the napkin.
“No offense dude, you’re not her type.” Seb smiled, shaking his hand as an apology.
The alcohol was heavy, but pleasantly soothing as it slowly slid down my throat. Celia grabbed my hand, pulling me out to the dance floor pumping her fist in the air as the beat thumped through my body. The tingling sensation grew in intensity as the alcohol pumped through my body.
“Onyx?” Celia motioned to me as a large, muscular guy stepped up to me with shaggy blonde locks and greyish eyes.
“This Lenny, he’s a friend of Byron’s. Have fun!” Celia laughed as Seb scooped her up into his arms, swaying to the music as Lenny offered me a soft smile.
Lenny was quick at pulling me into his strong muscular frame, swaying to the beat as we laughed, having fun with the heavy bass thumping through my body. He kept close to me as the atmosphere got heavier with arousal and intoxication. His large warm hands holding me closely to his chest, swaying, grinding in a heated embrace as the waitress refreshed my drink with a soft smile.
“You’re a Dragon, right?” He spoke softly next to my ear, causing this weird tingling to erupt in my belly.
I nodded to his question as his nose brushed along my neck.
“You smell good.” His growl vibrated against my back, causing a giggle to slip from my lips.
Turning around to the beat as his hands rested along my hips, gripping gently as I motioned with my hands.
“I know.” He smiled softly as he kissed my hand with those soft, pink tinted lips.
“Dragons only.” I signed with a pouty face as he understood what I was saying.
“Doesn’t mean we can’t have fun, no sex.” He laughed darkly against my chest as his hands held firmly to my back, dipping me back playfully.
Laughing softly as he pulled me up, feeling the change in the beat to a dark bass thump. “Bring out the Devil” by Black Math caught my attention, causing my Dragon to go wild, grinding in a fluid belly dancing sway as Lenny followed my rhythm.
“You’re a “Bad DRAGON”.” He purred in my ear as it got heated between us, watching as his eyes followed my body, grinding heavier against his hip as the alcohol coursed heavily through my body.
“Can I eat you?” He growled in my ear as his arms wrapped around my waist, inhaling my scent as my body buzzed to life at the realization he was turned on by me.
“I’m a DRAGON.” I signed questioning his motives.
“Doesn’t mean I can’t make you feel good.” His smirk grew as my face grew hotter by the second.
The music overloaded my senses as his hands slid down my back, cupping my ass in a gentle caress, causing me to pull back from him. His face twisted in a sad frown.
“I’m sorry. You’re just so “Beautiful”.” His cheeks tinted pink as I placed my hand on his chest with a soft smile.
“Thank you. But this is all new to me.” I signed as I turned to find the Ladies’ room.
A warm, soft hand grabbed my elbow as Lenny slipped me behind him, weaving through the crowded dance floor of steamy, erotic grinding. He stopped turning to me, nodding to the Ladies’ room with a soft smile.
“I’ll be right here.” He smiled as I slipped by him with a heavy exhale.
A bathroom never felt safer than now, relieving my bladder as a heavy ache filled my chest.
Feeling panicked as I tried to focus on the sensation, overloaded by the alcohol and heavy bass thumping through my body. Slipping out the bathroom, finding Lenny leaning against the bar with a fresh beer in his hand.
