Before Nadine could reply, Romeo came in.

He actually sneaked Ixora into this hospital during the drive to school. Stonia mustn't know about it, else he's dead.

"We have to go now, Ixora" he said, and Ixora nodded.

She took another look at the crying Ortega family, her eyes full of pity for the mother.

"Ixora" Romeo called again, and she finally followed him out.

They got back in her car, and Nadine hopped into hers, the two cars riding after each other.

Built like a rich, expensive castle-architecturally designed like a upscale institution that it really is.

Imperial Levels is an ivy league college for rich kids who think they're above anyone and can get anything they want. The school tuition costs millions of dollars.

Before you can get in, it's compulsory to get A in all the entrance exams, and you must have a clean and brilliant record on your highschool portfolio.

The students might be rich, but everyone is brilliant, and good grades are important for your family status, so students strive to do well.

Bullying is forbidden, but it still happens.

Rich kids tend to do what you tell them not to, they believe it makes them superior and adds width to their horizons.

Students like Tina Quinns who's currently in the major hall, screaming her heart out with flyers of her party sitting on her hands.

Tina Quinns and Evelyn Ortega are the two queen bees in this campus, but now that Evelyn is dead, Tina becomes the one and only. Evelyn's death is a total breath of fresh air for her.

"My competition is gone!! It's worth a celebration, isn't it? My mansion tonight, it's a rave party!" She poured the flyers in the air, shutting her eyes and widening her arms in victory.

Students surrounded her like bees in a honeycomb, asking her questions about the party.

Being the center of attraction is Tina's hobby.

Amidst the clamour, a tomboy rode into the hall on a skateboard, her dress sense totally boyish with the beanie cap on her short hair.

Monty Blair, the school blogger.

Every student in this school depends on their parents money, but Monty is rich on her own.

She's into Bitcoin and crypto.

Rumours says her dad taught her how to trade, but she has never confirmed nor denied it.

Bottom line is...she's madly rich.

She caught one of Tina's flyers, getting down from her skateboard before carrying it.

"Don't conjure any excuse, you're coming to my party" Tina told her.

"We'll see about it" Monty replied with a shrug, walking towards their first class with Tina.

It's still beyond human knowledge how they became friends.

At the park, Serena is just getting down from her car with Kelsey who's laughing loudly.

"So your aunt scolded her?" Kelsey said, both making their ways to their class building.

"Seriously, It's just sad that she's her mum, not mine. I want Aunt Stonia to be my mum so bad. Having her as my aunt ain't enough" Serena grumbled.

Kelsey checked her phone, sighing out like a frustrated bîtch.

"Warren still didn't call you?" Serena asked worriedly.

"He didn't. Do you think he found out about the guys I fuçked when he was in jail? He can be creepy, and I haven't even seen him. I miss him" Kelsey replied.

"Find out? Impossible. He'll surely call before the end of today. By the way what's gonna happen to his education? He just got admission when he was jailed, otherwise he'd be in his third year right now. Damn Evelyn and Ixora" Serena cursed.

"His friends also just got admissions before he went to jail, but those crazy guys dropped out because of him. Now that he's back, they might wanna start over" Kelsey shrugged.

"What! Meaning they'd be in our year? I can't wait!!" Serena jumped, and Kelsey laughed as they entered their building.

Ixora and Nadine's car stopped next, and immediately they alighted...

"Romeo!!" A petite girl screamed, rushing to them and taking Romeo's arm.

She's Bethel, Romeo's junior sister.

"You didn't wait to eat before leaving the house to pick Ixora, and dad was very worried" she said.

"Seriously? Romeo?" Ixora blinked.

"You should eat something" Nadine spoke.

"Let's get to the cafe, I'll buy you breakfast" Ixora said.

"I'm fine, your first class is starting soon, you should go" Romeo replied.

"Ixora you can give me the breakfast money, I'll spend it on his behalf" Bethel said.

"Bethel!" Romeo said through his teeth.

Ixora didn't argue before giving Bethel lots of dollar notes from her purse.

"Thank you! I'll spend it well!" She squealed.

Ixora left with Nadine, and Romeo faced Bethel.

"Who payed you to disgrace me? How could you ask her for money!" He said, looking pissed.

"Cos she's rich! And don't act like we don't need it. We're the only poor students in this school and I'll take every money I get" Bethel rolled eyes, leaving him.

Romeo sighed out in frustration.

Truly, he and Bethel are the only broke students in this school.

They passed the entrance exams to get in, but their expensive tuitions comes from a secret source.

It's a secret that'd stay buried forever.
