Chapter 36: Sound travels

After my speech, I thought how amazing it was when everyone was there with me and applauded me. My heart felt amazing with how I was able to get to them to believe in me and everything I said was true. My way through the crowd back to Stark and as I come up to him, I see him dancing with a bunch of little kids. He was gonna be a good dad. I see how he is with all these kids and they all love him it just smells my heart. All the kids start pointing at me and waving which gets Starks attention. He looks at me and smiles, and says, "you were wonderful you look so beautiful tonight you up on that stage you are the most powerful woman I've ever seen. I'm so proud of you. You have no idea." I smile and take his hand, and he pulls me to him and dips me. Well, enjoy enjoying this moment with him. I decide to put my arms around his neck and kiss him and whispered to him, "I have a surprise for you your last so final surprise for tonight when everything is over with." he looks at me with waggly eyes and says, "you're amazing. You don't have to give me anything else unless you know. Finishing where we left off at the lake." My heart skips a beat at the way he looks at me. I touch his face and he covers my hand with his and says, "I'm so happy that I get to marry sooner than later too. I can't wait." "You should see how much we already got done with just planning the decorations. I got some of the food decided, but I do need your help with some of it. It's gonna be awesome. It's not gonna be too overboard so you know how I am. I'm not too big on all that but the theme colors is silver light, pink and white and the girls they're gonna wear any shade of pink they want and they can choose their style address. It's gonna be the best day I already know it." I was ready to take the next step in my journey I'm already halfway there got a baby on the way, getting married and now working on the way getting our own home. While we were dancing, I could hear some screams coming from the distance. It was crazy. I don't know what or who they were coming from but everyone stops moving because everyone heard at this time the screams kept coming loud and loud and loud that's what I start off in a run Stark and my dad and Sam behind me As I run after the screams I heard the girls screaming for help, "somebody help me please help me they got me, Daddy help me please." it was one of the head packs daughter that was taken. I run as fast as I can and I see her. I look over my shoulders and I see Sam and start shift into their forms. They seen them too and ran after them. As I watch. See my dad launch on top of one of them and Stark catches another, letting the girl loose I run out to where they were to catch her to help her. She clings to me crying and says that they were trying to take her venom from her in her blood that right there was when I knew that it was Stephanie's goons that were after her. They tried to get a wolf, even if it wasn't a wolf from our pack that's what they tried to do. My heart broke as she clung to me. She was in danger because of me and it was my fault that Stephanie was after her. I thought to myself the only way that this is gonna stop as if I catch Stephanie and just bring her in. I hold her and say, "I got you. I'm so sorry that this happened to you. Let's get. You back to your family come on. I get her back to her family and I stand up and let everybody know what's going on. "sound travels. I am truly sorry that this just happened that something like this could've happened with you guys. Here we have been dealing with some horrible things and I want you to know how deeply sorry I am. We had no idea that this would come to what it has, but we are in the process right now of trying to catch someone who has some people who are reliably dangerous to us. We were gonna figure everything out tomorrow but now that's something here has happened tonight. I must take action. I'm sorry to say, but I am going to have to end tonight with the ceremony everything if if you feel safe enough to stay that's fine, but I think we all need to call it a night so that we could take care of what's going on This poor girl just almost got taken for something that she didn't even know what for and I'm not gonna let that happen. I will not let this go, and this has gone on long enough. Stephanie Powers will be apprehended tonight and brought to justice. She ruined a beautiful night tonight because she sound travels and she was able to figure out that everyone was distracted so again I am truly sorry that this had happened and I promise you That no matter what you guys are safe here we just need to keep an eye on all of your children make sure they're safe. Make sure they're fed and lay them down for the night. I need a couple of my men from my pack. We are on a hunt now to go and find Stephanie and her goons.
