Chapter 123 Untitled Chapter

Chapter 123 Untitled Chapter
“Since we are now business partners,” I sat down on the chair and crossed my legs. “You, Sabrina, will be given a personal office.”

She nodded her head, crossing her leg. “Of course, I need my own office. What were you thinking before? Dump me anywhere?”

“Can you just wait until she is done before you talk?” Hans glared at her.

“Second, Sabrina must always come to the office at 6:00 AM. If she comes late even for a second, she will be punished by deducting a part of her profit.”

“What!” she exclaimed and gasped shockingly. “Are you kidding me? I can't come into the office by 6:00 AM.”

But she could barge into my room at 6:00 AM, right?

“That is the rule, and it is written on the document. You must come in by 6:00 AM and close by 8:00 PM.”

“Come on, Amelia. This is a joke, right? How do you expect me to wake up so early and get ready to come to the company by that time? My skincare takes two hours. I also spend time inside the shower, scrubbing my body perfectly. To dress, I take one hour, and for my makeup, I take another hour, and there is no way I would close by 8:00 PM because I go to bed by 7:00 PM.”

“Your princess life is over, Sabrina. Since you came into this pack to work, then you must drop that act because you are not a princess here; you are under me now, and you must do everything I ask you to do.”

“Do you know what?” She sprang up and picked up her bag. “I don't think I want to work here anymore, and I can't invest anymore. the rules you just mentioned, I would never do it.”

“Not so fast. Just sit back on the sofa. I only listed two rules, and you are already giving up? What if I mentioned the whole thing to you, and then you are going to commit suicide, right?”

Hans chuckled softly, his eyes fixed on his phone.

“Hans, talk to Amelia. I will never do any of the things she just mentioned. I didn't come here to slave; I came to enjoy my life and explore new things.”

“Follow what Amelia said.”

“No, I cannot,” she snapped at him. “Nobody bosses me around, not even my own father!”

“Okay, that is fine. I cannot force you to work under me, Sabrina. If you want to cancel the contract so badly, then you have to compensate the company.”

“What are you talking about? We haven't even started the business, and you are talking of compensation?”

“Of course. It is written in the contract that whoever terminates the contract before the duration, then that individual would compensate the company with 12 million.”

“Are you nuts!” She yelled, getting up from the sofa as if she were pinched by a needle.

“Yes, so it is left for you to decide. Drop 12 million and leave, or sit down and follow my rules.”

“I cannot give you 12 million just because I want to terminate the contract, Amelia. It isn't like I don't have the money; I have a lot of it piled up in my account, but I will never remove a dime from it and give it to you.”

What a stupid girl.

“Then do you want to work under me?”

She hissed loudly and crossed her hands. Is she a snake? She has been hissing a lot.

“Yes!” she sneered. “I will, but you should know that I will not follow some of your rules, and I won't call you alpha. Your name is Amelia, and that is what I will call you.”

Well, that is okay with me. If she likes, she can decide to give me a name different from Amelia. The only thing I am after is to teach her how to behave properly, and before Sabrina leaves this pack, I swear she must know how to respect those who are above her.

“Hans? Please give me a few minutes. I want to take Sabrina to her office. When she is settled down, I will come back to you, my love.”

Sabrina picked up her bag and swung it on her shoulder.

“Hans? I want you to come with me and keep me company in the office because I don't know what else Amelia is planning to do to me. I don't want to be left alone with her.” She pursed her lips.

“No, go alone. I won't go to the office with you. You are going to start working, and you must always stay there alone unless there is a meeting.”

I just love Hans for how straight he always gives her answers to her stupid demands.

“But…”

“No buts,” he interrupted. “Go with Amelia,” he commanded.

Sabrina sighed deeply and turned towards me in anger. “Congratulations, Amelia. You have finally succeeded in coming between me and my favorite cousin.”

Pfft. Who cares?

“Come with me.” I chuckled and left the office.

Sabrina followed me like a little puppet, and I took her to one of the offices on the 5th floor. That way, she wouldn't be able to see Hana or hear his voice or even think of going to his office to stay with him.

“Are you saying this is where I will stay?” She asked as soon as we got inside the office.

It was a small space, which used to be the storage room for the record department, but on my command, I had it turned into an office yesterday night.

“Yes. Do you have any complaints?”

She dropped her bag on the desk.

“This place is so tiny, Amelia. What am I? a pet to be raised in this place? I want a bigger office. something as fancy and big as yours.”

“Come on, Sabrina. You know that is impossible. How can an alpha’s office be the same as a subordinate’s? You know that is impossible, right?”

“But this place is so tiny.”

“If you are not interested in it, you can leave!” I snapped at her, clutching my hand to avoid summoning my powers.

“Stop throwing tantrums and settle down, Sabrina. In the next hour, I will send someone to get you because I must introduce you to the shareholders of this company.”

Without wasting any more seconds hearing her tantrums, I left the office and shut the door.

That was just the beginning, Sabrina. You haven't seen anything yet.
