Chapter 15: ~ Goddess Bloodmoon
"Apparently, word of my impending marriage has spread across the planet," Luca said, looking at the invitation sent through the crystal ball-shaped communication device.
"That's right, sir. After Miss Laurel's return from here that time, Mr. Arsy seemed unaccepting and angry. He asked Mr. Zepon to call an emergency meeting of the rulers immediately," Darish said.
"And as per your orders, I sent someone to follow and watch the movements of ministers Lester and Polo. They don't seem to accept your decision and are now trying to make a deal with the sixth lord," Aresh explained.
"Then, tighten up Bel's security again. I don't want anything to happen to her," Luca said.
Aresh nodded, showing the seriousness of the order. "We'll add surveillance around Miss Bell, making sure no one can get close without being detected."
Luca frowned, thinking for a moment. "Now, we must find out what their plans are. If they're trying to deal with the sixth lord, it could be a threat if Gordon comes to attack us."
"Do you want me to send a spy to infiltrate their meeting?" asked Aresh.
Luca shook his head. "Not yet, we need more information before taking that step. We need to be prepared for any eventuality."
"I will immediately order the troops to increase patrols around the main mansion," said Aresh.
Luca stared far out the window, thinking of all the possibilities that could happen. "Yes, all right. The main thing now is to awaken Bell's power. Darish, have you given Bell all the books related to the bloodmoon goddess?" Luca asked.
"I have, sir."
Aresh, who had been hesitant, finally expressed his curiosity.
"Are you sure that Ms. Bell is not an ordinary human? Or is it related to the goddess Bloodmoon who has been missing from planetary civilization for a hundred years," asked Aresh curiously.
"We have to confirm that. That's why, before we confirm it, don't let this estimate leak out. You guys just spread the word that I'm obsessed and in love with Bell. Let them think I'm a fool and a selfish ruler," Luca said.
Aresh frowned, trying to understand Luca's plan. "But if they think you're stupid, what if they take advantage of the situation?"
Luca smiled wryly. "Precisely that, Aresh. Let them think I'm helpless. In helplessness there is power we can use to capture their movements."
"I understand. We'll give them news of the diversion, but we still have to track their every move and find out who Ms. Bell really is," Aresh explained, starting to strategize.
"As well as investigate Bell's possible connection to Bloodmoon. If true, that could change everything," Luca added, his tone sharpening.
"I'll gather as much information as possible," Aresh replied, determined.
"You can also find out from the magic tower about Bloodmoon, do it with hidden movements," Luca said.
"Do it. And make sure everyone gathers under the umbrella of ignorance I created. Remember, don't tell anyone about this research." Luca emphasized the importance of secrecy.
"I'll make sure, all in confidence," Aresh replied with a serious face.
"Yes, we just need time to unravel this mystery." Luca looked out the window, preparing himself for any eventuality.
"I'll make sure all your assignments go well," Aresh replied firmly.
"Alright, do your best," Luca said, his voice firm but full of worry.

"Hah! What are all these books. Why are they so thick and there are so many of them, it's really annoying," Belinda complained when Luca gave her a bunch of books about the goddess Bloodmoon to read and study.
"But why do I have to read all this? There should be a faster way. It's like torturing myself!" she complained.
Belinda leaned her head on the table and recalled the happy moments she had with her parents and friends. The beautiful moments that she never forgot as a child until adulthood.
While staring at the ceiling of the room, Belinda missed the cheerful laughter that surrounded her in the past. She remembers being on campus, surrounded by laughing friends, or gathered around the dining table, listening to her parents' stories that always made her feel safe.
"Every Saturday night, we'd watch movies together," she thought, a small smile gracing her lips. "Dad would make popcorn, while mom prepared our favorite snacks. It was always a time to look forward to."
Suddenly, the image of her parents' faces made her heart ache. "I miss you guys," she whispered softly, as if hoping they could hear. The warm memories combined with a deep sense of loss, like two sides of an inseparable coin.
Belinda tried to distract herself, but the sweet memories kept coming back, reminding her how important the relationship she once had was.
"Are they safe there? Are they okay?" thought Belinda who could only shed her tears full of pain and longing there.
A sense of worry and longing filled Belinda's heart at this time, she kept thinking about the state of the people who had been in her life. Tears were unstoppable as she thought about whether they were safe and well in a faraway place.
Belinda's battlefield in dealing with these feelings is inevitable, but it also illustrates how strong the empathy and love she has felt for them is. Hopefully Belinda can find the peace and answers she seeks in the emotional journey at hand.
"I hope you are doing well there. So that the struggle is not in vain here to be able to protect the earth from the monsters that are here," Belinda murmured.
The woman looked at her palm. "Is it true, I have something to do with that Bloodmoon goddess? If so, do I have some kind of power or magic?" she murmured.
Belinda pondered those words carefully. Anxiety and curiosity began to creep into her mind. Did her connection with the goddess Bloodmoon bring her extraordinary powers? Mysterious flashes of light were visible from her palms, hinting at hidden magical potential. With growing determination, Belinda is ready to embark on a new journey to uncover the truth about herself and face the monsters that threaten the earth.
She lifted her head and began to open a book with a cover depicting a woman with flowing silver hair, eyes that shone like the full moon, red with a glowing yellow gold blend. And palms that radiated light.
A goddess of peace who fell in love with a ruler of Ravis. A figure who has the extraordinary power to bring prosperity and peace to a planet. Subconsciously, Belinda became interested in reading it and read page by page thoughtfully.
Gently, she opened the first page, her eyes immediately drawn to the words "Bloodmoon," the legendary goddess of the Ravis nation. Her fingers carefully turned each page, absorbing the story of Goddess Bloodmoon who fell in love with the ruler of Ravis, only to be betrayed by the man she loved in the end.
Her great power to bring prosperity and peace to the planet. Belinda was transfixed, each word taking her deeper into the legend, making her lose track of time and the quiet surroundings.
Every now and then, she paused her reading, contemplating Bloodmoon's power and sacrifice, as she looked out the window, letting the sunlight shine on her awe-filled face. Every detail about Bloodmoon's life, from her struggle against evil forces to the unrequited love she felt, made Belinda feel as if she herself was a part of the story. Even the goddess Bloodmoon died because she was sacrificed and betrayed by the man Ravis whom she loved.
Silently, a desire grew within Belinda, a desire to have the courage and strength of Bloodmoon. With eyes sparkling full of inspiration, she closed the book, bringing it back to the shelf with more respect than before, as if she had just put it back in storage
"Why is the goddess stupid. Even though she has great power, why should she fall in love and end up being betrayed like that. It's really sad," Belinda muttered.
