The one night secrets

I never intended to run into him again. I had a passionate one-night encounter with a stranger five years ago; the man's touch pierced my spirit. We never looked back and never swapped names. He was gone by daybreak. I found out I was having his kid a few weeks later. Without him, I created my life, took care of my kid by myself, and gave my all to my work. Until the harsh hand of destiny chose to play. I am now facing my new business partner, Johnson Kingston, a millionaire and nasty CEO. My heart freezes the once his sharp eyes meet mine. However, it pales in comparison to the way he gazes at my daughter. His daughter. Everything is going to be destroyed by the secret I worked so hard to keep. Because Johnson wants power, not just answers. And then he murmurs, "Salome, you ought to have told me." You can't flee now because it's too late. I understand that losing my freedom could not be the only thing I lose. I might end up losing my heart again.
