Chapter 32
Kane looked up.
Not far away stood a man who was a full six feet seven inches tall.
His arms and neck were covered in dense tattoos, his muscles were bulging, and his eyes looked fierce.
Almost everyone who saw this man showed fear in their eyes.
Behind him followed a chubby kid with bandages wrapped around his arm—it was Peter, the classmate who had just bullied Winnie!
Winnie's face changed slightly as she tugged at Kane's sleeve. "Dad, let's get out of here quick."
"Winnie, don't be scared. Daddy's here."
Kane smiled and ruffled Winnie's hair.
Just then, Peter pointed at Kane. "Dad, that's the guy who beat me up!"
"Won't even step forward—what a coward!"
Peter's father, Billy Richardson, looked at Kane and sneered a few times. "Peter, I'll teach this guy a good lesson for you in a bit!"
"Dad, you're the best!" Peter said with a laugh.
"So you're the one who beat up my son?" Billy walked up to Kane.
"To be precise, your son bullied my daughter first. I was just teaching him a lesson."
Kane smiled faintly.
"So what if my son bullied your daughter? As long as your fist is big enough, you can bully whoever you want. Who told your daughter to be a coward like you?"
Billy mocked, "Cowards are born to be bullied!"
Kane could take insults directed at himself, but insulting Winnie was absolutely intolerable.
"You're asking for it!"
Kane lifted his leg and kicked out!
The kick landed on Billy's body.
Billy instantly flew seven or eight yards and crashed heavily to the ground!
Everyone showed expressions of disbelief—they hadn't expected Kane to strike first.
And what's more, the one knocked down first was the boxer Billy!
Peter was scared silly!
"You dare sneak attack me? Believe it or not, I can make one phone call right now and make you disappear without a trace?"
Billy got up from the ground, his face terribly dark.
In his view, he had only been knocked down because Kane had ambushed him.
"I don't believe it!"
Kane shrugged.
"You just wait!"
Billy immediately made a phone call!
Before long, the deafening roar of engines echoed through the air!
Motorcycles came rushing into the campus!
On the motorcycles were gang thugs!
They were carrying weapons like baseball bats, circled around the playground, and all surrounded Kane.
"Break your own two legs, and I'll let you off!"
Billy threw a dark metal baseball bat in front of Kane, acting all high and mighty.
"What if I don't?"
Kane sneered.
"You're asking for death!"
Billy's pupils contracted, and the thugs behind him prepared to make their move.
"Stop!"
Natalie suddenly rushed over. "Billy, this is a school—you can't do this!"
Billy hesitated for a moment, then said, "You're lucky. How about this—do you dare fight me one-on-one?"
"Of course, if you don't dare, bark like a dog three times in front of your daughter!"
Billy showed a mocking smile.
Natalie quickly said, "Don't be impulsive—I've already called the police!"
"I accept this bet!"
Kane agreed.
"Are you crazy! If you fight him, you'll die!" Natalie's eyes widened in disbelief.
"At least you've got some guts!"
Billy smiled and waved his hand. Everyone stepped back, clearing a large space.
Peter mocked, "Winnie, my dad is way better than your dad!"
"My dad is the best!"
Winnie snorted, though she was clearly feeling uncertain.
She knew Kane was capable, but when comparing Kane's build to Billy's, they weren't even in the same league.
Peter said, "Then do you dare make a bet with me?"
"Whoever loses has to get on the ground and bark like a dog three times! And the loser has to recognize the other as their leader!" Peter sneered.
"That's boring!"
"You just don't dare bet!"
"Fine, let's bet! My dad is the best!" Winnie said stubbornly.
Kane heard every word of the bet between Winnie and Peter.
Don't worry, Winnie—I won't lose!
"Soon your daughter will be on the ground barking like a dog, and I'll beat you until you're on the ground barking too!"
Billy laughed loudly, clenched his fist, and charged at Kane.
Bang!
Kane kicked out—his move was extremely simple.
Boom!
Billy flew backward like a kicked ball, sailing over ten yards and crashing into a nearby goal!
Some kids were playing soccer there.
The ball didn't go in, but a man did!
The children stood there dumbfounded. "What just happened?"
The scene fell deathly silent, and everyone showed shocked expressions!
"Oh my God! How is this possible?"
Peter's eyes widened.
Natalie couldn't believe it. "How is this guy so good at fighting? Did he learn this in prison?"
"My daddy is the best!" Winnie cheered and rushed into Kane's arms.
Billy scrambled up from the ground in embarrassment.
Seeing the looks from everyone around, he became angry from shame. "You just wait—I'm calling my teacher now!"
"When he gets here, he'll definitely kill you!"
"Billy, you've already lost. You should keep your word—this ends here!" Natalie said sternly.
"Did I say that?"
Billy shrugged and simply refused to acknowledge it.
Natalie was furious—how could this guy be so shameless?
"Fine, then have your teacher come over quickly. After I deal with you all, I still need to go to the parent-teacher meeting." Kane smiled faintly.
"You just wait!"
Billy quickly dialed a number.
"You're nearby?"
"That's perfect—I'll wait for you here."
Billy's tone was respectful.
He hung up the phone and looked at Kane arrogantly. "Just wait—my teacher will be here any minute!"
"Let me tell you, my teacher is one of the top fighters in the underground boxing ring, ranked in the top three in all of Harborview City!"
"Don't run away scared!"
"Is that so? I'll wait for him here." Kane said calmly.
Kane's calm demeanor made Billy eager to see Kane's terrified expression when he met his teacher.
Before long, a Mercedes stopped by the edge of the playground.
A burly figure got out of the car and walked over.
Kane looked at the imposing figure approaching and couldn't help but frown—why did this person look so familiar?
"Wolf King!"
Even Billy quickly bowed in respect!
"Who dares bully my student on my turf? Does he have a death wish?"
Wolf King's face darkened, looking very imposing. "Today I'm going to smash his head with one punch!"
"Wolf King! It's this guy!"
Billy pointed at Kane's nose and shouted.
"It's you!"
Wolf King looked at Kane angrily.
Everyone thought Wolf King would fly into a rage, but unexpectedly, Wolf King's legs went weak and he knelt before Kane!
Wolf King looked at Kane with terror written all over his face.
He hadn't expected that the person who beat his student would be Kane.
"Wolf King, why did your legs go weak?"
Billy quickly stepped forward.
