Jones wasn't here to fight as Marcelo expected.
But Marcelo was still certain he was either the one who had burnt the truck filled with goods or he's working with someone in plans ruin his business , someone wats to take over his position. They all want to be the mafia lord.
It won't have mattered if this position wasn't enthrusted to him, it was. It was by his uncle, his mother's brother who wanted Marcelo to avenge his sister's death, Marcelo's mother's death.
And now he is certain Jones is linked to something that could take him deeper to what his life goal was. His goods had been attacked for the past two weeks, and he sensed a relation. It must be the same person, or related to his mother's murder.
"Who's this beautiful lady" Jones chuckled, sizing Theressa with his eys from head to toe.
"What are you here for?" Marcelo had to hold the urge to not punch his eyes. He couldn't stand somone else having eyes for what he owns.
Marcelo was proud seeing Theressa's stance, she didn't have her usual expression confused, curious, scared.
All plans have been made, I wouldn't let Theressa get hurt even if Jones still has plans on attacking us,
"I come in peace and even though she's gorgeous. I'm not planing on taking her" Jones lifted his arms in surrender. Marcelo scoffed, he already had a lover, such a fool. That's his weakness, who gets a lover while living in our type of world?
"You've been making little visits" Jones began before sitting on the couch Marcelo sat.
Marcelo had sent his men to spy on him, and his schedule looked too clean to be true.
"I guess you know everything then, so let's get straight to the point. What do they want?" Marcelo questioned.
"I thought you would pay a sum to get some news outta me" Jones chuckled.
And then Marcelo had to play the card as he displayed a weakining photo from his phone.
"Ba-" Jones whispered, eyes widened, hands reaching out to Marcelo's device like he could get hs lover out from it.
Theressa on the hand made no move at the moment, her stance was really good. The absence of curiosity made her look firm, her eyes were firmly facing forward waiting for Marcelo to be done.
"What did you do?"
"Nothing much, Just held down your men from tearing down this building ad holding on to your lover, someone has to pay for what you've done. You burnt my goods Mr Jones".
Marcelo stated, glaring at at Jones who's already shaking, no longer seated. Marcelo had gotten his weakness.
"I wasn't alone in this, I was just following orders" Jones managed to stammer out . Exactly what Marcelo wanted to hear.
"By who?" Marcelo questioned. Mr Jones was conflicted. He seemed to be weighing the consequences of his confession but as he opened his mouth to speak, a bullet went piercing through the window glass to his chest. As he coughed out blood falling to the ground. It was so fast no one saw it coming.
Marcelo wasn't shaken by what was in his front. His eyes squinted at the window glass trying to make out the ninja that had done this, they found out about their meeting. But how? How did they know Jones was going to betray them. Jones had no balls against Marcelo. True. But he was loyal to all he worked for.
Theressa had lost it. The composure she had managed to built crumbled to the floor as she fell to ground, clasping her mouth with her hand preventing herself from screaming.
"Bring her along" Marcelo ordered as Kayden walked in. It was clear Theressa couldn't walk on her own and Marcelo wouldn't be a fool to wait and see what next would happen in the building once Jone's men finds out their boss is dead.
And so in no time he was out of the building and then back Newyork
"Why am I here?" Theressa questioned.
Marcelo and Theressa hadn't said a word to each other until they had gotten to Marcelo's mansion. It was an untracable location. He had intentionally moved in to a place a very hard to locate.
"Get in" Marcelo ordered not waiting for Theressa response.
"Take her to the room" Marcelo said to Miss Kim, one of his sole enemies, a ticking time bomb he has to watch closely.
"I'm not going anywhere till you answer me"
Theressa was back, the stubborn Theressa that needed to be placed in her place. And so Marcelo jacked her up, lifting her over his shoulders as he took her the stairs himself. Ignoring her will and tossing to be brought down to her feet.
Marcelo had aggressively dropped her on the bed pinning her hands over her head.
Her bambi eyes were widened. Marcelo felt her freeze under his touch. Theressa wasn't ready; he could sense it.
Marcelo has never waited for this long. He usually had sex with his female secretaries the first day of their meeting and if they were not to his satisfaction, he would fire them.
However, he never forced any of them, they had to show that they craved for him but it never lasted this long for those one's.
But Theressa is different.
She had a switch of craving him one minute and the next she shuts him out.
And for some reasons, he felt a pang of regret, letting Theressa into his fucked up life. As much as he wanted Theressa to toughen up, he also wanted her to keep her innocence and be safe.
He had brought her to his mansion, he never did that with anyone, he was concerned about her safety and so he sent his men to look after her major concern, her mother and now he brought her to his mansion not once but twice.
And worst of all, he brought her to his room, because he knew she was too frightened, too frightened to sleep. Never in his life has he done this not even with -
"You can make use of the bathroom" Marcelo stated as he got off Theressa.
Silence engulfed the room for sometime as Marcelo unbuttoned his shirt. "Why don't you just do it?"Theressa's soft voice went through Marcelo making his insides turn.
"You're not ready" Marcelo simply responded
"I am" Those two words had caused Marcelo to turn to Theressa whose dress was off her milky skin full on display, her hourglass shape profound as she was knelt on the king sized bed. Like a slave awaiting her master's return.
The only word Marcelo could process in his brain as he was lost in what Theressa was displaying not just her body but she was being submissive. He loved that. He loved to bring people to submission but the feeling was intensified with Theressa.
Theressa is being submissive to him and it would take a lot for him to hold back.
