Chapter 57: His Name is Ollie
“If you’re going to change, you’d better get going.” Iza said to Aden.
“Nah, I’m good.” Aden answered. He realized that she was eyeballing him, “what? If you got something to say, just spit it out.” He sighed.
“I don’t like you. I’m glad that there is no bond between us. I only put up with you because you’re my mates twin and my best friend’s and Alpha’s brother.” She said, “I don’t trust you. Tarby and Saf are the only reason you’re not in the cells.” She told him.
“I know,” He said, “I know no one trusts me. I know that Zoltan wants me as far away from La...” he paused, “Safyer as possible.” He snorted. “I don’t blame him after what I did.” He sadly stated. “I know not to go near her if one of you isn’t around.” He told her.
“Good, you better remember that.” Iza warned. “Brother of my mate or not, you hurt him or Safyer ever again and I will rip your head from your shoulders and cut off your dick and fed it to the dog.” She growled at him.
“Who’s growling out here?” Tarby asked walking into the living room.
“No one,” Aden said first, “you must be hearing things.” He grinned.
“Yeah, okay.” Tarby shook his head, “c’mon let’s go they’re waiting on us.”

“Sunshine, you ready?” Zoltan asked as he stood outside the bathroom.
“The door opened, “yeah. I guess.” She frowned.
It didn’t matter to him if she wore a burlap sack, she would always be gorgeous to him. She was wearing a pair of his sweatpants, t-shirt and her favorite pair of bunny slippers.
Everyone thought she was the toughest wolf, well Lycan, in the kingdom to the outside that was who she was. To him she was his sweet vulnerable little sunshine. She’s his world and he will be there for her to let her be herself with him and be the tough Lycan Queen she’s expected to be.
He caressed her cheek, “you look beautiful.” He smiled.
She smirked, “that’s the bond talking,” she lightly pushed him.
“Nope, it’s all me saying this.” He pulled her into his arms.
She leaned her head on his broad chest letting his heartbeat relax her. She sighed, “okay, I think I’m ready.”
“You THINK you’re ready?” he chuckled.
“I’ve just... I have a lot of information to process. Now, my mom has found her second chance mate.” She sighed rubbing her face.
“Well, you go out there and meet him. Give him a chance and see if he can make your mom happy. If not then, you can rip his head off and play a game of soccer with his head.” He grinned.
She giggled at him, “really? A game of soccer?” she snorted.
“You can play a game of football instead.” He shrugged with a smile.
“You are one weird noodle.” She said pushing him and walked outta their bedroom. Zoltan cuddled and went after her.
As they got closer to the living room, they heard voices talking, “hey guys.” Safyer greeted.
“Hi, sweetheart.” Klare smiled, “are you feeling better?”
“Yeah, again, I’m really sorry about earlier. I, we, should’ve handled it better. We just...”
“It’s okay.” Klare hugged her daughter, “and yes, you should’ve handled it better.” Klare agreed.
“Now that everyone has had a chance to calm down, we need to meet Klare’s second chance mate.” Zoltan suggested.
“Yeah, sorry mom.” Tarby and Aden said squishing her in a huge sandwich style.
Klare giggled, “kids, I’d like you to meet Oliver Major Dunbar. Ollie, this is my daughter, future Wolfen Alpha Queen, Safyer Sabel Lutz and her mate, future Wolfen Alpha King, Zoltan Blade Kane.” Zoltan shook Oliver’s hand. Safyer gave him a tight smile and shook his hand.
“Your highness, it’s an honor to meet you and your mate.” Olver said bowing.
Safyer cringed. “Please, just call us by our first names when we aren’t in formal settings.” Zoltan told him.
“Yes, please,” Safyer said giving Oliver a half smile.
“Those two,” Klare pointed, “are my twin boys, Tarby and Aden. And Aden’s mate, Beta General Izabell (Iza) Lutz.” She introduced them all.
Iza waved hi and Tarby shook Oliver’s hand. “I’m sorry bout earlier.” Tarby said scrunching his face.
Aden extended his hand. “I guess it’s nice to meet you. If you hurt our mom, and...”
“Aden!” Klare snapped at him.
“Klare, it’s fine,” Oliver said, “I’d probably be the same if my mom found her second chance mate.” He smiled at her.
SLAP!!!! “Owie!” Aden wined, “what was that for?”
“You’re being an ass.” Safyer narrowed her eyes at her brother. “Remember, you’re still on parole.” She told him.
“Sorry.” Aden mumbled.
“C’mon everybody, let’s sit,” Zoltan suggested, motioning to the sofa.
“Yes, please have a seat.” Safyer agreed.
They all took a seat, Zoltan and Tarby pulled their mate onto their lap. Safyer growled, “Iza and I can sit on our own.” She raised a brow at him.
“Yeah, we know but we like it better when you’re sitting on our lap and are close.” Zoltan smirked.
“Yeah, I’m sure you do.” Iza wiggled her brows.
“Oh YUCK! I don’t need that in my already pounding head.” Safyer groaned.
Everyone looked at each other then back at Safyer, she closed her eyes and rubbed her face. Zoltan chuckled and pulled her closer, “I’ll help you forget about that later.” He whispered in her ear and lightly sucked on her ear lobe.
“DUDE! SHE’S JOUR SISTER!” Both Tarby and Aden took turns saying.
“So, what, she’s, MY mate.” Zoltan said placing kisses all over Safyer’s face, making her giggle.
Klare’s heart was filled with joy as she watched two of her three pups with their mate. She did wonder what was ahead for Aden. Would he be given a second chance to find his fated mate or would he have to settle for a chosen mate. She knows his actions and behavior will have a lot to do with what the Goddess decides.
