Chapter 73 Lockdown the palace

A Ruse. He's probably right. But what, are they going to attack. With us upping security for the celebration, it would be stupid. It would literally be a death trap.
"What do you think the distraction is for." I ask Coban.
"Not sure, it could of been for Trixie not to get crowned." He says as he shrugs his shoulders.
"Is my Queen hungry?" I ask Trixie as we get into the ballroom.
"Love, I'm hungry, but I'm in need of a little dessert before dinner. I feel my sugar getting pretty low." Coban says to her with a fake pout.
"Would you like a piece of cake?" Trixie asks with concern.
Damn this girl is way too cute.
Coban walks up behind her and grabs ahold of her waste with both his hands and leans down to whisper in her ear. "Love, cake would be alright I guess but pie is what I'm craving."
Oh the minute she caught on was priceless. Our beautiful girl turned a few different shades of red.
"Coban". She gasps as he kisses and sucks on his mark on her neck.
"Coban" she moans quietly that only he can hear. He continues the assault on her neck.
Damn that scent. Shit. It's making me rock hard. She's aroused. "Brother she's aroused. Her scent." I say to him through our link.
"Mmmm it smells wonderful." He links back while continuing to suck and nip on her neck.
"Coban, oh please" she moans through the link.
"What love, what do you want?" Coban says huskily.
"Please, oh" she moans.
"Hey brother, let's feed her. She hasn't ate yet." I say to him trying to stop the site before me as my pants get tighter.
"I guess your right. I'll just finish my dessert later on tonight." He said with a wink as he pulls away from her neck. She lets out the most adorable whimper. Damn this girl.
We get us our plates and we sit down to eat.
"Cal when are you going back to your pack?" I ask him.
"I was thinking, we would all leave tomorrow. There's alot to straighten up." He says.
"What time Cal. Don't you think your going to leave without saying goodbye." Trixie says as she points her finger at him.
"After breakfast. You already know I'd never leave without saying goodbye, dear child." Calvin says with a smile.
"Cal, with everything going on here in the palace, we're sending Elder Matthew and Elder Maggie to lead your Alpha Ascension." I say to him.
"Thank you My King." He says as he bows his head.
"Rox, are you going back with them in the morning." Trixie asks her friend.
"Uummmm, I don't know. Uhhh." She says shyly as she looks over at Darien and Lucian, their both shaking their heads "NO" at her.
We all finished our dinner and sitting around talking. Everyone took turns wishing her a happy birthday and handing her gifts that they got her.
"Dove, would you do me the honors?" I say as I stand and hold out my hand to her.
"Of course babe, I'd love to." She says as she puts her tiny hand in mine.
They dance floor was crowded. Barely any room to move around. I was holding her close to me, her head laying on my chest. All of a sudden, Trixie literally whirled us around and pulled herself up higher on my chest using her arms around my neck for leverage, as a server crasher into Trixie and ran off into the crowd."
"What the Hell!!!" I scream.
"Coban a server crashed into Trixie and fucking just ran off!" I say to my brother through our link.
"That was Lydia. I also smell silver!" Drake said to me.
"Drake confirmed it was Lydia and he smelled silver."
"Dove, hey dove." I say hysterically to her as I'm now holding her up. Her body limp.
"Brother, Trixie went limp in my arms as soon as Lydia crashed into her!!!" I scream through our link.
"What the Hell!!!" Coban screams. "Where are you!!"
"Kevan, lock down the palace!!!! Find Lydia!!!" I scream through the link.
"Darien, Lucian, with me now!!!" I order them.
I lift her up bridal style and I notice my hand wet. Then the scent hit me. BLOOD.
"Coban!!!! Trixie is bleeding!!! I'm taking her upstairs, heavily guarded. We can't trust anyone right now. The safest place is in our quarters." I scream to him through our link.
"Darian, you and Lucian follow me up to our room. Get about ten warriors blocking the stairs, ten more at the elevator blocking our quarters. I want a dozen more on our floor and two placed outside of our quarters to our room. You and Lucian will be in the room with us!!!"
"Eugene, meet me in my room. Trixie is hurt. She has blood coming from somewhere on her back. I can't stop to check!" I say to Eugene through our link.
Damn. Fuck. Why her.
"Trixie, dove, please hang in there." I say to her.
"Please sweetheart, talk to me. Please just say something!!"
