Chapter 55 Cancelled
Coban's POV
I walk on the stage. Not wasting no time. I want to get back to her, my mate. And face it, it's been a very long day and I'm already exhausted.
"Ladies, Gentlemen thanks for your patience. This years tournament is cancelled. I can't promise that another attack won't happen. My main priority is your safety." I say as I continue to explain everything that happened and what's going on.
When I'm finished I go to leave the stage "My king, do you know who was behind the attack?" Alpha Blake asked with a grin.
Does he really think we don't know he was behind this. "Yes Alpha we do." I answered with a smirk and left it as it was.
"King Coban" Elliott said as he was walking up to me. "When you asked me to backup the feed, I did. But I had a feeling something was going to happen." He said and then grinned.
"I took a laptop to the basement and notified Manuel at the guard shack to turn his laptop on. We got the feed the entire time I was in the basement." He said as he handed me the laptop.
I watched the feed from the timeframe he had up on the screen.
Damn he's good. He will be getting one hefty bonus.
"Sir, warrior Manuel saw this on the screen as well, he then took a dozen of warriors and to make a long story short, their in the old dungeon." He says with the widest grin ever on his face.
"Great Job. You two will definitely be getting a bonus. I appreciate you both for going out of your way." I tell him.
This has been a very long day. I just want to go to bed. To hold Trixie.
Before anyone else can stop me and ask more questions I slip out and head up to my room.
I'll deal with everything else tomorrow.
"Where's she at" I asked Caden.
"She's in the shower. Calvin and the others came to visit her. They just left a few minutes before you came in." He said.
"Good. Maybe we can enjoy our night with her and won't get interrupted."
"Yeah, well I think everyone already showed up while you were downstairs." He said as he rolled his eyes.
I guess they have already been interrupted. Better him than me. I laugh.
"Everything alright downstairs with" he left it open leaving me to fill it in.
"It went" I pause "as good as it could. I cancelled the tournament. I'm sorry I didn't discuss this with you brother. I was gonna link you but I didn't want to interrupt what could be happening." I wink at him.
"Your the only one that didn't want to interrupt. No it's ok. I totally agree. I wanted to cancel as well. It's not safe. We also have two big ass holes in our place, dozens of injured men and a blown up dungeon. We have enough to deal with." He says with understanding.
"Oh hey Coban" Trixie says shyly as she comes out of the bathroom.
I look over towards her.
Damn. She looks amazing.
She has a pair of very short pink silk shorts on with a pink silk top to match that shows her stomach as she's trying to towel dry her hair.
"Mate is beautiful." Conan purrs
"Hey love" I say as I walk over to her and grab her waste, wrapping my arms around her.
"Coban" she squeals as she's wiggling trying to squirm out of my arms.
" You have rogue guts and god knows what else all over you. I just took a shower." She pouts.
Caden gets out of his bed and walks over to us laughing.
" Brother, go take care of your rogue guts." He says as he takes Trixie's hand.
"Darling, come, sit. Let me dry your hair." Caden says to her in a loving voice.
I walk into the room after I'm now clean, with nothing but my boxers.
Trixie turned her head towards me. Her mouth open as she stares.
"My love, do you like what you see." I say to her in a husky voice.
"Uh, oh." She stammers as she turns red and looks away.
"My love, this" I say as I motion down at myself
"belongs solely to you. You can stare as long as you would like." I say as I move up behind her and whisper in her ear " you can even touch as well."
"I wasn't staring!" She says as she tries to smack her hands at me.
"You were drooling, darling." Caden laughs as he comes back into the room.
"Both of you. You might as well have nothing on." She says as she's looking between us.
"That can be arranged darling." Caden winks at her.
"Love, it's been a long day. Why don't the three of us head to bed." She looks up at me with those beautiful hazel eyes. "Where am I sleeping" she asks shyly.
"With us darling. Is that alright?" Caden asks.
"Us. All in one bed. Will we fit?" She asks.
We all head to my room and lay down. My brother and I on each side of her.
"Come here my love" I say as I gently pull her closer to me. Tucking her head into my arm. Caden comes up behind her and wraps himself around her.
"Are you comfortable my love. Is this alright." I ask her.
"Uh huh" she says as she turns slightly laying her head more on me while rubbing my chest.
I take my hand and lift her chin so she's looking at me.
"Can I have a bedtime kiss." I ask her.
"Of course my King" she purrs.
Our lips meet. Slow gentle. I nip at her bottom lip. She opens and I slide my tongue in her mouth. Our tongues dance exploring eachothers mouth. Our breathing picks up, the kiss gets heated. After a few minutes we pull apart, panting.
Damn. Her kisses are perfect.
"My Queen, your other king needs a bedtime kiss as well." Caden says to her as he tilts her head to him.
