CHAPTER TWENTY FOUR
Bella's POV
I wake up this morning to go and do my chores in the Queen's residence, As I closed my door is looked ahead of me I saw Melissa in the passage who's also going to do her chores as I her , I walk up to her and said "you don't even bother to call me when you know that you are going to along pass my room" I said to her
She looked backward and forward before she answered "I'm really sorry about that, I don't want madam Lucy to see us together there together and you know about her rules that none of us should be seeing gossiping together or talk together and moreover I thought you would have get there before me that's why I didn't bother to call you My friend"she said smiling
"Who told you that we're friends yet and why don't you come since all this days so that we can do what we want to do?" I questioned her
"it really skipped my mind and also the work in the mansion is very tedious, I don't have much time to come and visit you in your room and you know that I have to be very careful around the madam Lucy, you're even lucky that she asked you to go early" She explained
"Oh! Really?, when did you left there and also you know that I don't work as a maid before, I just arrived here in the mansion so maybe that's why I was excused among you guys that day" I said feeling bad
"Well, lucky you but all I know is that you will soon join us on the extra work, I know you have already knows about it, am I right?" she said
"I have already knew about that since day I have sat my foots into the mansion but I hope they won't not regret the it action because by the time I'm through with them they won't even be able to set off from it" I said murderously
"Don't bother about that, you know that since we have been together now, we will do anything in our power to torture her and I don't want you to think that since we're nobody that we won't be able to do anything, just keep and watch" Melissa said
"Have I told you that we're friends yet? And moreover you haven't take the oaths that I told you about or have you forgotten?" I asked to know what she will say
"I just told you everything that happened when you got here, isn't it? I said the work is tedious because it weak me and I also told you about madam Lucy, I don't want her to caught you and I together or see me entry your room and I'm sure you know what that means?" she said
"I'm sorry about that, I just want to hear what you will say and also we're are not taking any oaths again, I just want to know if you are not one of the Queen spy because I know that she would have put a spy amongst us that's why I said that in the first place so I'm using this medium to tell you that we're friends for now and I want you to always remember what this friendship means to us, I hope you get me?" I said to her
"Really? Are you kidding me right now? I thought you mean what you said then I don't know that you are joking but why do you sound so serious when you told me then? Well, I'm not a spy for anybody not even Queen Anna and I want you to believe me so that we can accomplish this mission" Melissa said
"Seriously I meant it when I said that we should take a oaths so that there won't not any means of betrayal and for what you said that you can't be a spy, Anybody can be a spy and you're not exceptional even me, so don't say you can't be a for for anybody and I want you to know that we will accomplish this mission without any hindrances whatsoever that might come our way"i said to her
"Since we're working together now, let's focus on how we will make our plan a concrete one so that our efforts won't be abortive" Melissa said
"We would target any day that madam Lucy won't be at the mansion so that we will know how to plan our mission and for it to be accomplished" I said
"Let's us quickly go and do whatever we want to do now before she comes here and I don't want her query this early morning, I'm sure you don't want that too" Melissa said and laugh
"I don't want that either, let's go" I said
When will arrived at the Queen's residence, I saw Terri in a nice suit and also Queen Anna dressed nicely and I kept wondering in my mind "where are they going to that Terri dressed neatly like this? Is he going to the work already? I thought he said the work hasn't been given to him.
I will ask him when he get back because I know he has been lying to me, he thinks that since he is the one that make the Queen change her minds towards me by accepting me back to the mansion.
"Do you want to stay here forever?they have already gone to where they are going Or you want to follow them to wherever they're going to ?" Melissa said and I snapped out of my thought.
I looked at my front and saw that their car have already gone and it was no more in sight.
"How will you say that I want to follow them out? Did I know where they are going to?" I said and entered the Queen's room while she followed me too.
