"I cant even believe na I had to spend my birthday with that jerk. Argh. Hindi pa din ako maka move on until now and you!" Sabay duro nito saakin.

"You have the guts to buy him that freakin watch?"

I secretly rolled my eyes. Its been a week already since her birthday, but until now she's still talking about it.

"I needed to give him something para tigilan nya ako and please its been a week already"

Kalee pout her lips and take a sip of her latte. "Gosh. Whatever"

"Hey!" Napalingon ako sa tinawag nya and it's Grayson.

He's handling a box of Donuts. Kaya pala biglang nag twinkle yung mga mata ni Kalee.

Napa iling na lamang ako. Kapag sa pagkain talaga.

"Hi. Donuts for you"

"How sweet of you naman" Kunwari pa sya, knowing her kaya lang naman nya tinawag si Sandro dahil may bitbit itong pagkain.

"Want some coffee?" I asked him. Umiling ito.

"No."

Did I tell you? Tapos na yung punishment namin kaya we no longer need to clean the gymnasium.

"May pasok kayo?"

"9 am" sagot ni kalee.

"10;00 am" I answered. I skip my first class because its history. Makaka tulog lang ako don for sure.

"See you later" Iniwan na nila akong dalawa dahil may pasok na sila. I still have 1 hour so I went to the Library to sleep.

Nag stay ako sa dulo kung saan walang masyadong dumadaan para tahimik.

"Hi"

"The hell?"

Sandro is sitting next to me, he's listening to some music.

I look around and look for another chair pero halos puno na lahat.

"Sit down" hinatak nya ako paupo.

"Dont you have any class?"

He convulse his head. "You?"

"10 AM."

"You rest here for a bit"

Si sandro ba talaga ang nasa harapan ko ngayon? Ang ayos kasi nya kausap ngayon.

Umupo nalang ako and put a earphone para hindi nya ako guluhin.

But he kept on poking my cheeks.

"Stop it" I whispher.

He's grinning right now.

"Stop it, Sandro" I want to scream right now but I can't. Im so scared of getting kick out here in the library.

"Do you have some snack?"

I rolled my eyes. May ari ba ako ng resto?

"Foods are not allowed inside the library"

He look at me blankly and take a sigh. "I want to eat"

He looks like a child right now I swear.

Kinalkal ko yung bag ko and I found a sneaker.

"Want this?"

Mabilis pa sa alas kwatro nyang kinuha ang sneaker sa kamay ko. Napa iling na lamang ako. Para syang patay gutom hehe

"Water?" Hindi maka paniwalang tumingin ako sakanya.

"Bakit saakin mo lahat hinahanap?"

"QUIET PLEASE!"

Napayuko ako.

"Water" pag uulit pa nito at inilahad ang kanyang palad sa harapan ko.

Kinuha ko ng tumbler sa bag ko at ibinigay sakanya at ininom nya lahat iyon.

"So you had your name on it" My tumbler is a customize one. Kalee and I bought it when we went to Japan last christmas break.

"So refreshing" he said.

Kukunin ko sana yung tumbler ko sakanya, bigla nya nalang ipinasok iyon sa bag nya.

"Hey, yung tumbler ko"

"Let me borrow your tumbler"

"No!" I said.

He look at me "It just a tumbler"

"Sandro"

He stick his tongue out at iniwan ako sa loob ng library.

"Next week will be your midterm examination. I hope everyone will spend their time reviewing. Do your best in everything guys. I know you'll make it. Konting push nalang and everyone of you will graduate na"

"Hay, hell week is waving"

We just need to spend another sem, on the job training and 2 major examination to finish this degree. I can't wait to have my On the Job training in Paris next sem.

"Saan mo mabalak mag OJT?" Lumingon ako kay Steven na naka tingin saakin ngayon at naghihintay ng sagot ko.

"Paris" simpleng sagot ko.

"Ohh. Ang layo naman?"

Paris will always be favorite place to go. I always spend my summer break in Paris.

Paris is the mecca for exquisite food in France, the number of Michelin-starred restaurants scattered across the city is impressive. The most famous French food are croissants and baguettes. But the range of food options is incredibly mind-blowing.

"Secret"

He rolled his eyes like a girl and pinch my cheeks. "Ouch!"

He loves doing that.

Steven stick his tongue out. "Can I come with you?"

"Hell no!" Mabilis na sagot ko.

He chuckle "Ang bilis sumagot ah. Akala ko ba friends na tayo?"

"Yeah yeah whatever" labas sa ilong na sagot ko.

"Class dismissed"

Kinuha ko ang gamit ko at naunang lumabas kay Steven. Nakaka ilang hakbang palang ako when he called my name.

"Reese!"

Lumingon ako. Naglakad sya papalapit saakin at inakbayan ako.

Ano tayo? Tropa?

"Want to grab some snack with me?"

I look at my watch. Its already 4:30 in the afternoon and I don't have any class na.

"Please? Symon already went home. I dont have anyone"

"Okay" I give up, gutom din naman ako. Huhu

Ginamit namin yung sasakyan nya. Dinala nya ako sa unli wings. There's a lot of people inside.

"Im telling you, they serve the best wings" Parang kumikinang pa yung mga mata ni Steven habang nagsasalita. Halatang paborito nyang kumain dito.

Who would have think na a millionaire like him likes to eat in this kind of resto?

Sabagay, si Sandro nga sa lugawan ako dinala. Speaking of him, hindi nya talaga binalik yung tumbler ko.

"Dito mo siguro dinadala yung mga naloloko mong babae"

He laugh so hard kaya napalingon lahat saamin ang mga tao.

"Hell no! I didn't even had a girlfriend"

"Don't give me that look Reese Allison. Im telling you the truth" he added because I was looking at him like you think I would believe that?

"Yeah yeah if you say so"

"First 3 flavor muna po"

I look at the menu, they have 15 flavors available.

"What do you want?"

"I'll try Soy garlic"

He smile "Tama ang pinili mo!"

Madalas siguro dito si Steven dahil kilala na sya ng mga staff dito. Binigyan pa kami ng pwesto na naka tapat sa may AC.

"Soy garlic, classic buffalo and honey bbq"

While waiting, I look around and they also serve a coffee and other beverages here.

Im gonna bring Kalee here. For sure magugustuhan nya.

"What's the real score between you and Sandro?"

I look at him. "He's still messing around. Sandro has been telling everyone na Im his girlfriend"

He chuckle "What do you think of him?"

Kunot noo akong tumingin sakanya.

"I don't like him. Im letting him do anything he wants so he'll stop bugging Kalee and Grayson."

"You like Grayson?"

Natawa ako. "I dont like anyone, Steven"

He chuckle "Maybe you're just denying it"

"I'm not denying anything. I don't like Sandro because he's a real jerk and a pain in ass. Para syang bata."

He laugh so hard. "You're right. He may act like a thug but he's so soft inside. If you only pay attention to him. You'll understand him."

Steven is right. Sandro maybe a pain in ass but I can see na he's soft. I think he's just afraid to show his true self.

"Kinulang ba sya sa pagmamahal sa pamilya nyo?"

"No, kapag nasa bahay si Sandro para syang maamong tuta. Sa school lang naman sya ganyan. Symon and I tried to talk to him but ayaw nyang makinig. He's so hard headed."

"If you only knew the real reason maybe you'll understand him." He added.

Steven really looks sad right now.
