I rushed out of his study room , Then I decided to head back to my room , Just then I saw lady Alice waiting patiently for me down the stairs .
" I have been waiting for you "
" What is it, Lady Alice "
She didn't even border to hide behind does fake smile anymore .
" You had the guts to talk down on me in the presence of the king , How dare you "
" I don't think I understand what you are talking about "
" Don't play smart with me valerie, You think you can insult me and get away with it right , Besides you were busy fornicating with the King and you expect me to keep quiet about it , Let me remind you of one important thing valerie you are nothing but a maid the earlier you realise that the better for you"
I stood there staring at her without saying a word , When she finally got tired of talking she took a deep breath .

I know she was trying to scare me but I simply can't fall for that rubbish she just vomited out of her mouth ,I remember Edwards words to me .

Oh my God I was beginning to get pissed of with him constantly try to stop me from leaving I turned to look at him.

Immediately valerie walked out on sir owen ,he stood straight with both of his in his trouser pocket and a smile appeared on his lips , But No one could tell what he was thinking at that moment .
I got into my room and laid on my bed the thought of what happened today between Edward and I kept flooding my mind ,I couldn't stop myself from blushing , I decided to stay indoors for the day because I wasn't really in the mood to face lady Alice ,I really didn't know how long I slept but when I woke up it was already very late in the night ,I got up from the bed and stepped out of my room to go get water from the kitchen .
When I arrived at the kitchen ,I discovered that the maids had already gone to bed so I sat down on the chair then poured myself a glass of water ,I got up to look for something to eat when I heard someone's voice from behind .
" Why are you up so late at night "
I was frightened at first ,My heart was beating so fast in my chest .
" oh my God you frightened me sir owen what are you doing here "

" Ah I see ,I was thirst so I decided to come get a glass of water to drink "

I was damn hungry so I picked up some carrot to eat .

I tired to object but he refused to listen to me before I could say anything else he had already started cooking ,I sat down watching him cook neatly and when he was done ,He passed the food to me , At first I was scare ,He bought his seat closer to mine and started eating with me ,I was Really enjoying the meal until I heard Edwards voice .
" I think am Missing out on a little party here"
