Few minutes later, Lucia and Juliana came down to eat.

“ Where is master?, Is he not joining us for breakfast.” Juliana asks Lucia.

“ He won't be joining you for breakfast.” Natasha cuts in.

“ Good morning Lucia” he said, flashing her the most seductive smile he could produce.

“Morning” Lucia said, to get up from her seat to hug him.

She is putting on a pair of skinny gray jeans, Pair the bottoms with a flowy, loose-fitting blouse of subtle pattern. She Completes the look with comfortable flats.

He pecks her cheeks and asks her how her night was, if she really sleeps well, where she will love him to treat her to lunch.

He asks all these questions while holding on to her waist, one could mistake them for a lover.

“ Are you done eating?”he asks.

“ Yeah, just finished my meal” she replied, smiling sheepishly.

“ Let's get going then” he said as he offered her his hand.

“ Okay, let me grab my purse” she said, walking back to the table.

“ See you later,” She said but paused. “ Come to think of it, I don't know your name!” She said in disbelief.

“ I'm Lucia the Luna of moon rose pack, and he is Sean the beta of moon rose pack” she said, pointing to Sean.

“ I'm Juliana the vampire princess, descendant of the great Dracula. People know me as the vampire goddess.” She said casual.

“ That's obvious, nice meeting you Juliana.”Lucia said, stretching her hand for a handshake.

" If you will excuse me” Lucia said as she picked up her purse and walked back towards Sean who was already standing by the magnificent door.

Sean opens the door for her, smiling brightly and Lucia did the same.

“ What's with those two, are they having affairs or what?” She said, forking the snacks on her plate.

“ What's the matter Mi lady?” Clara asks out of concern.

“Nothing” Juliana said, forcing a smile. I just kind of lost my appetite. She said, dropping her fork.

“ I will be in my room” she said.

In her room, Juliana seems restless, pacing around, sitting on the couch, laying on bed.

She would sometimes dishevel her hair. She feels like she is going crazy.

Likewise, she reached for the intercom, punched the button and ordered Clara to come over to her room.

Two minutes later, there was a knock on the door.

" Ask me anything Mi lady” Clara said calmly.

“ Here is my question, what does it mean to be a mate in your world, I mean the werewolf world?” She asks.

“ It means the moon god has to join your soul together with your mate's soul so that you can cherish each other for life.” Clara explains.

“ Sean said I could reject him. What does he mean.” She asks.

“ That means you break the oath of the gods, and you are free to marry any other person.” Clara answers.

“ Is it possible for one's mate to be…. in love with another… person?” She asks reluctantly.

" Did Lucia have a mate?” She asks, rolling her eyes.

Giving a sigh of relief, Juliana instructed her to prepare a dinner dress for her. Because she wants a private meeting with Sean that night.

They arrive at Alpha Erik's mansion (Castro's mansion) and go straight to his supreme office (the place only the higher rank werewolfs can enter) situated in the penthouse house.

“ Why are we going to the supreme office?” Lucia asks, surprised as they ride the elevator.

“ I arrange a meeting with him.” Sean responded.

“ About what, if I may ask” she said searching his face.

“ About Juliana.” He replied, " Hell no.....!!” Lucia said, almost screaming.

“ I know it won't be easy to help him see the reasons to why I have to keep her, but trust me, it's for the best. It is rather now or never.” He said, huffing in desperation.

“ I just can't let her live a hidden life forever. I want to be able to proudly walk down the aisle with her, and complete our marriage ritual in the Mount Rose Clipasto (A church where all “moon rose” werewolf rituals are held, a sacred place where the Moon god daughter Clipasto Rose was born).”

“Alright” she said, sighing and locking her fingers together with his fingers, flashing him a smile to reassure him they were in it together.

The went through the security thorough screening be for heading to the office entrance, Sean used his access card to unlock the door soon they found their self in the office the room with ample space. That accommodate a large, beautifully designed desk as the centerpiece of the office. With a plush armchair with some stylish chaise lounge where you can take breaks or have casual meetings. A chandelier was hung on the roof for the lighting.

They both take their seat and wait for the Alpha.

“ Were you able to venture into her past?” Sean asked in a low voice.

Checking his wristwatch for the time, he started tapping his feet on the floor anxiously.

“ Sean, what's up buddy?” Erik said greeting, Sean. Then, he noticed his weariness and snaps his finger to get him (Sean) To listen to him (Erik).

Sean jolted back to the present.

He stands up to hug his friend, as it was their tradition anytime they met.

“ What's the urgency of the situation” Erik asks after greeting Lucia by kissing her hands.
