Chapter 148 Teaching the Bastard a Lesson

Chapter 148 Teaching the Bastard a Lesson
Grayson’s POV
I don't give a fuck if Hanz spreads rumors about me. I don't care if he slanders my name. But I can't stay silent when he messes with Quinn. When he interferes with Quinn's life, which I guard closely, it means he's waving a flag of war at me.
I've already tried to dispel the rumors he spread about Quinn before. The ones about a one-sided acquisition of his relationship with Quinn.
But now there are new rumors because of a viral restaurant fight on social media. Now people think that Quinn is being fought over by two Alphas, Hanz and Owen.
Fuck it all. Go to hell, all of you!
Who wouldn't be mad? I am Quinn's real boyfriend. I am her fated mate. But because of Hanz, I am ignored. And now everyone is judging Quinn as a cheap girl for flirting with two Alphas at once.
Imagine how furious I was when I read the news in the car. I, as her real boyfriend and true mate, was never even mentioned in the news alongside Quinn like this. Not even dating rumors, not even other news.
Meanwhile, the men who have hurt Quinn's heart are always in the gossip news.
Argh fuck! I'm really gonna finish Hanz off tonight. I'm gonna teach him a valuable lesson outside the rink.
That's why I told Quinn I’ll come home late. Because I wanna meet Hanz, not because of extra practice.
Oh, I feel so guilty towards Quinn for having to lie. But if I'm honest, she'll definitely get mad at me and forbid me from doing it. I know very well how Quinn will react to things like this.
Quinn doesn't want me to get involved in violence, and I try very hard not to. But this time, I can't let Hanz laugh out there after wreaking havoc on our relationship.
I feel like I have to respond to these rumors now or they will get worse in the future. And the only thing I can do without exposing our relationship to the public is to get rid of the rumor monger, Hanz, directly.
Because if I just deny it through the news, I don't think it will be strong enough to drown out the rumors that have already spread like wildfire on social media. Hanz himself must provide clarification, in the form of a video.
After all, the rumors have succeeded in tarnishing Quinn's name. So as compensation, I want Quinn's name to be restored. And the way to restore that name lies with Hanz, where he must refute the statements he has made himself. That way, the argument at the restaurant will no longer matter.
And based on information from my trusted source, Hanz is at a nightclub. So I'm on my way there.

I wrapped myself up tightly. I did this so that no one would recognize me.
I was able to get in by handing over a card borrowed from someone I asked to investigate Hanz. And of course, after that, I didn't look for Hanz on the dance floor. Instead, I went straight to the VIP room.
A werewolf like Hanz wouldn't want to mingle with humans. He wants to be seen as higher in status than humans. And that's why I was sure he would be in the VIP room.
The only problem was that I didn't know which room Hanz was in. My spy couldn't see him enter because Hanz's bodyguards were watching him.
But it didn't matter, it was easy for me to find him. Because I could easily recognize his scent.
I didn't forget the scent of someone who tried to destroy my partner's life.
And without hesitation, I broke down the door of the room I suspected.
The door flew into the table and destroyed everything on it. And because of the commotion I caused, all the women accompanying Hanz ran out screaming.
Meanwhile, Hanz was still sitting in his chair with his legs crossed and a glass of alcohol in his hand.
I didn't wait for him to come to his senses to attack him. As soon as all the women were out, I ran towards him and jumped over the table to kick the drink in his hand. My shoe stopped just a few millimeters from Hanz's cheek.
"Everyone except this man, get out!" I shouted.
The other patrons, whoever they were, ran out. They didn't wait for my second warning, which was good for them because they didn't have to feel my anger too.
And after the room was completely empty, leaving only me and Hanz, I finally lowered my foot and sat on the table in front of him. I didn't forget to throw one of the bottles at the CCTV camera, breaking it.
After that, I put one foot up on the sofa and took off the mask and hat I was wearing. This made Hanz's eyes widen.
"What the hell are you here for?"
I grabbed his neck. "I'm here to bring you hell because you brought hell to Quinn!"
Crazy as he was, he laughed. "Ah, so that's what this is about. I'm actually not guilty."
I choked him even harder. "I don't wanna hear your defense. I want you to record a video, clarifying that what you told the public about your relationship with Quinn was a lie."
Hanz coughed and his face began to turn pale as he struggled to breathe. "It's useless to clarify now. The rumors have spread far and wide."
"Nothing is pointless! Do it or I'll ruin your career, Hanz Miller."
"You can't do that. If you could... you wouldn't do that."
I pressed my thumb deeper into his neck until I could feel his pulse. "You know, I hate confident jerks the most."
"Security will be here soon and arrest you. And you'll be labeled as a senior who is jealous of juniors."
"Shut up and do what I say!" I took out my phone and opened the camera.
"I won't do it! I want to make it worse. Because this is the only way I can bring you down if I can't beat you on the rink!"
I punched him in the face with my phone. I didn't care if it broke or cracked his head. "Don't make me drag you in front of the public and expose your rottenness in the media."
Hanz tried to remove my hand from his neck. "Damn it, let me go!"
I didn't listen to him. I searched for his phone and found it in his pants pocket. I pointed it at his face and turned it on.
But he kept turning his face away, preventing the camera from capturing his face clearly.
I released my grip and pushed him against the wall. "What do you want, you bastard!"
"Give up in the next games, and I'll make that video."
