Ian's p. o. v
I didn't know what to call it or what was happening, for the first time the effect of my curse wasn't affecting me.
As much as I hated the omega slave, she was easing my pain away!.
I never talked about the unbearable pain to my pack members, the only ones who knew about my condition were Nana, Blade, Sherry, and Neo, my Beta.
I never asked for this yet I was born into such a horrible curse.
According to the witch who had come to attend to me, the alpha that was cursed a long time ago was a direct link to my bloodline.
I slowly looked up and noticed how the half-moon was brightly shining.
"Shit," I whispered silently.
The pain and attacks I was beginning to have were because the full moon was approaching.
I glanced at the omega who was breathing slowly and resting her head against my chest reluctantly.
She really had either courage or stupidity. How could she not fear me after all I had done to her?.
"Because she belongs to us." Axel answered strongly, snapping me out of my daze. Fuck!. I was growing soft at the moment.
I lifted my hand to shove her to the ground when Axel growled loudly stopping me halfway.
"We need her to ease our pain and make us sane at the night of the half and moon." He said strongly.
I frowned then kept quiet. Well, he was right, this was the first time the unbearable pain was going down. And if she could ease the pain so easily, that meant the night of the full moon she would do the same. I wouldn't hurt my pack members or be chained down like a wild animal.
I looked at the girl carefully then smirked when she slightly turned and shifted showing her beautiful face.
My heart began to pick up and my gaze went to her busted lip.
I moved my free hand and traced my fingers on her cheek lightly.
"Black is beautiful, and indeed it is. Her skin color makes her look even more beautiful." I whispered then flinched when I felt footsteps approaching me.
I stood up with her in my arms and turned to face Neo. I could smell his disgusting scent which was mixed with Sherry's but decided not to show it.
I knew how my beta loved fucking her yet that didn't bother me at all.
"Alpha." He called.
"Yes," I answered.
"I was worried about you, seeing how it's the half-moon and...."
He cut his sentence short when he stood in front of me and looked at the omega in my arms.
"Alpha, was she causing you trouble?. Is she badly injured and unconscious?" He asked loudly, causing the girl to open her eyes.
"Way to go fucker, I didn't want her awake!" I spat through our mind link then cursed silently.
What the hell was I even saying!. Damn it.
"Alp... ha." she called In a low tone.
I didn't know what to do or how to act. I deliberately let go of her, dropping her to the ground.
She gave out a loud whine and then looked at me furiously.
"Alpha...." He called trailing off.
He wanted to know what was going on at the moment. I too didn't know what I was doing with her.
The lady stood up and gave a slight bow. She slowly began to limp away and that made me concerned.
Was she hurt!.
"Yes she is, you dropped her!." Axel spat.
"What the hell is with you!" I spat back.
He kept quiet and chose to keep it that way.
"Wait, omega slave." I called loudly to stop her movements.
She turned and looked at me with tears filled in her eyes.
Damn it, was crying her hobby!. By now she would have adjusted to me being the way I am!.
"Yes alpha." She answered in a cracked voice.
"As of today, you will no longer be my wife's slave but mine." I said calmly.
"What!" Neo asked on top of his voice as the omega dropped her mouth wide open.
"Your room will be next to mine and at the night of the full moon you will be sharing my bed without question." I said then moved and stood in front of her.
"My beta will show you your room and once you settle in, I will give you rules to follow. I don't need you, but I do find you useful, that's why I'm taking you in." I said then walked past her.
I could hear her sobs and it made me feel bad, but what shocked me was her words.
"Thank you, goddess, he still needs me, that means there is still hope." She cried.
I went into the pack house and went straight to my room.
Immediately I opened the door and shook my head.
Sherry was laying on the bedside naked with her long hair let down. As my eyes trailed on her body I felt nothing and that came as a surprise to me.
I wasn't in love with her but I desired her sexually. We were compatible in bed and we were attracted to each other. But now I felt nothing.
"Alpha." She called seductively and sat upright making sure her large breasts were bouncing a bit.
"I came here to serve you for the night." She said seductively.
I smirked and took off my shirt. There was no way I was going to turn her down.
I was a man after all and an omega girl wasn't going to change that.
I walked to her and pushed her flat on her back.
When my eyes went to a hickey near her breasts I backed away from her. She quickly sat upright with a lot of questions on her face.
"Alpha, is there a problem?" She asked in a respectful tone.
"The hickey on your breast?" I asked back, making sure my act was real.
She quickly looked at the hickey then at me.
I knew what she was thinking because she wasn't hard to figure out.
There was never a day I cared about her relationship with my beta or delta. She did what she wanted and at times had bite marks and hickeys on her skin. I paid no attention to them and still fucked her. But now my question came as a shock to her.
"Did you allow someone to fuck you first before me?. Even after knowing very well that I was pent up through the journey?" I asked.
She quickly stood up and bore her neck.
"Please forgive me alpha, I was at fault for serving the Beta first before you, I will never...."
"You are becoming useless." I spat, cutting her off, then turned and walked out of the room.
I hated to admit it but she wasn't the lady I wanted to fuck. She wasn't the omega slave.
I couldn't get aroused.
