Chapter 4
*beep beep beep*
I turn off my alarm and saw that it's already 10 in the morning I need to get ready. I still have class. I got up and walk to the bathroom. Did my morning rituals.
When I finished my morning rituals. I go to the kitchen and saw auntie cooking. I greet a good morning and she did the same.
"auntie, where's mina? i didn't see her in her room."
"oh.. Mina woke up early and go to the Library to study, And wow you look really beautiful nayeon" auntie said
"oh.. okay, and of course I know I'm beautiful auntie" I smiled at her compliment and flipped my hair. Auntie just chuckled. I continued to eat. I look at my watch and start to panic when saw that time. I'm going to be late.
"waaahhhhh, Oh my god. I need to go auntie, I'm going to be late" I kissed auntie on the cheeks and run towards the door.
"okay, be careful on the alright!" I heard her shout
"NE!!!" I respond
*skip time*
I arrived at the university on time. I sat on my seat. The professor isn't here yet.
*rinngg rinngg*
"nabongsss!" I heard the person shout in the call
"what is it that you want Jimin?" I said in a irritated tone.
"why so cold nabongs?" I rolled me eyes
"I'm going hang up now, your wasting my time jimin" I was about to hang up when heard him saying wait.
"wait wait wait. Don't hang up" I could imagine that he was pouting right now.
"I have question" I didn't response and wait for his question
"uhh.. I-I-I"
I saw Ms. Lee Jieun enters the room. Everyone was in aw when they watch Ms. Lee Jieun walk elegantly to her desk and smiled at everyone. Everyone is falling for her, even me
"I need to go now. Your question is going to wait" I said and hang up not waiting for his response
"okay, class settle down and were going to start our lesson" Ms. Lee Jieun said and smiled
I smiled.
Mina's P. O. V
*beep beep!!*
I felt my body hit the floor. I have my eyes closed tightly. Is this the end. This isn't how imagine my life would end. I didn't even say my goodbyes to my only family.
"what the fuck are you doing?" I heard someone curse. I still have my eyes closed. I heard footstep walking towards me and grabbed my arm that made my eyes open
I squint my eyes, I have a hard time seeing the person in front of me because of the blinding light of the sun.
When the person covered the light. My eyes widen when I saw the person and I held my breath. Am I seeing an angel? Am I really dead and this person is an angel.
"you look stupid get up!!"
Eh? The angel curse at me.
She grabbed my arm and stand me up and dragged towards her car. I saw that the car is 2 meters away from me. I'm still confuse at what's happening, this girl is dragging me towards her car.
The girl opens the door to her and said
"Get In!"
"Eh?" I said not processing what she said
"what are you stupid or what? Do you want me shove you inside the car?" she said in an irritated tone.
The thought of being shove inside the car made me scared and got myself inside the car. She close the door and go to the other side and got in.
She started driving. A minute have passed, none of us start a conversation.
But I can't take it anymore . I want to ask where we are going. Before I could say anything. She spoke.
"Were going to the Hospital"
"why?" I ask
"I want you to see a doctor If you have a injury" she said in a cold tone
After that we didn't say anything. It became quiet again. Actually it's okay for me when things are quiet but today it's not okay. Maybe because I'm inside a strangers car? Yeah Maybe that's it.
"Can I ask a question?" I heard her say
"you're already asking one. So what's the point of asking" I quickly covered my mouth. Me and mouth again. I expect her to get angry and pull over to to kick me out of her car.
But it was different. I saw her smirking at me.
"okay. Why are you in front of the Chou Company? And spacing out"
I sighed again when I remembered why I was there in the place.
"you see I have a upcoming meeting there. I need to convince the CEO of the company to be an Investor to my University. I know it will be hard to do that. But I need to do it, My scholarship is at stake and I can't afford to lose it" I could feel my tears welling up in my eyes
The girl beside me is quiet then she took a hard turn which made me shock at her sudden action.
"wh—why are we going back?"
"quiet!" she said
*skip time*
We arrive in front of the Chou Company. She told me to wait and got off the car. She run to my side and opens the door. I blush at the gestures she made. And I step out of the car. I heard her close the door.
"Follow me" she told me in a bossy tone.
But I still followed her. We went inside the building. Everyone is greeting her good morning but she didn't responds, she just walk straight. And when got into the elevator everyone eyes is on me. Is it really weird to be with this girl.
I stared at the girl, Her eyes is closed. She must be tired. She look familiar like I've seen her somewhere before.
"If I'm an ice cream I will surely melt with your stare" she said and opens her eyes and met my stare
I blush and look away, But before I look away I saw her smile.
*Ding!* the elevator opens
She got out first and I followed her behind. She stop in front of office and opens the door, she went inside and I followed her.
My eyes widen when I saw the name on top of her the desk under her name It's say CEO.
"y-you're the CEO?!"
She face me and smiled" I forgot to introduce myself" she held out her hand for a hand while smiling and said.
"My name is Chou.. Chou Tzuyu" EEHHHH??!!
