Griselda POV
The pain was unbearable as I lay helplessly barfing blood around my face and arms.
My eyes were swollen from tears, and my cheeks were bruised to the point where you couldn't recognize me. Yet, he continued to kick and kick my stomach, showing no mercy simply because I defied him.
"Aren't you going to apologize, huh?" he hissed as he pulled my hair back with such force that I cried out in pain. He yanked my right arm, causing me to stand up and stumble a little.
I quickly regained my balance as he punched me in the face once more. The punch knocked me off balance. I fell to the ground and hit my head on the kitchen table "'s counter.
I hissed in pain and looked down, not daring to look at him. I knew what would happen if I looked at him, my gaze fixed on the granite tiles.
He knelt down and looked into my eyes, and I flinched as I unintentionally looked into his cold, dark eyes, which seemed to be filled with hatred and anger.
I quickly looked away, hoping he wouldn't notice me staring at him, but my plan failed as he noticed that my gaze was still on him.
He yanked my chin towards him, causing me to look into his dark eyes once more.
"Do you remember how your father wanted me to marry a slut, you worthless piece of trash,? Now you are meant to obey my orders like a little slut you are, I hope am understood?"
I didn't respond, so he stood up and punched my stomach again.
I was surprised that I didn't pass out after he had been abusing me for the previous fifteen or twenty minutes.
I couldn't feel the pain anymore and just lay there staring straight ahead.
He sighed, knowing I was not going to ever speak so he knelt down once more.
"Are you not going to speak?" he inquired.
I just stared blankly ahead, not daring to give him the satisfaction of apologizing to him.
"Even with blood on you, you still look beautiful," he said.
When his hands made sudden contact with my face, I flinched and my neck snapped right.
I cradled my face in my hands and stared at him through glassy eyes.
He smiled and nodded in satisfaction; this is what he wanted, for me to crack and break down in front of him so he could laugh at my weakness.
"My, my, look at you laying on the ground naked, with bruises on your body and tears streaming down your cheeks," he mocked.
More tears streamed down my cheeks as he said that "He didn't allow me to wear clothes in the mansion because he wanted easy access to my body whenever he wanted.
Every time I walked into the mansion naked, I felt ashamed while the guards would follow my every move with their lustful gazes.
Whenever he was in a good mood, he would throw me to the floor and let his guards use me for their own enjoyment and pleasure, watching me cry out in pain with an evil grin on his face.
Almost two years ago, I was a normal girl living a normal life, or as normal as it could be with a mafia father. But my normal life was shattered when my father revealed to me that I was to marry his most trusted man.
I initially refused to marry a man I barely knew, but my father insisted "He abused me until I caved and said yes.
He treated me nicely for the first few days, as a boyfriend should treat his girlfriend, but that seemed to change when I refused to give him my virginity.
That night, he forced himself on me, taking what was most important to me.
After that, he continued to rape, abuse, and torture me until I cracked and broke down in front of him every day.
He would abuse me and then apologize by taking me forcefully, thinking I liked it.
I despised whenever his hands made contact with my skin. It would feel like leeches were crawling up my skin and sucking my blood until I felt weak and helpless.
"Come on, just apologize, and I'll stop torturing you for the day," he said, breaking me out of my reverie.
When I didn't respond to him, He will stand, and almost immediately, his shoes made such hard contact with my stomach that I cried out and cradled it with my arms.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, just stop, please, please, please stop," I pleaded.
"That wasn't so difficult, was it?" he chuckled.
He knelt and cradled me in his arms, carrying me bridal style.
"W-what are you doing?" I stammered.
"What do you think I'm doing? I won't leave you alone for these men I call my guards to feast on you while you're naked." "He sighed, annoyed.
I remained silent for the remainder of the trip upstairs, until he arrived at my room, opened the door, and placed me on the bed.
"Get some rest, tomorrow I have great plans for you that I will enjoy, but you, I don't think so," he said roughly, putting up a smirk across his face.
After that, he left me alone with horrible thoughts of what was to come the next day, but exhaustion soon engulfed me in it "s warm embrace, and I let sleep consume me, hoping to never wake up.
