Chapter 94 94
Once they were in the hall and the door closed I looked at each of the girls individually before I spoke.
"I hope you have learned something this week. I have gotten reports from the trainers it seems none of you have been to training in a year. You will report to training tomorrow morning at six in the morning and every morning from now on. None of you are allowed to associate with Jessica from now on. Your grades better pick up in school, and you are to get job after school. Your parents will no longer pay to have your hair, nail or spa appointments. You will earn the money yourselves. I hope you learned something about the people you are supposed to be you may all leave I will see you all back here in a month’s time. Your dismissed." I said.
"They bowed their heads and left with out a word. Lance and I got ride of all the chairs but three and then I told Lance to bring Jessica and her parents in.
"Alpha is there a reason you made us go outside?" Sam Jessica’s father asked.
"I felt the others did not need to hear Jessica's reprimanding. Please be seated.
"Let me start by saying I can have witnesses brought up to give accounts of the events if you like. You just let me know."
"I don't think that will be necessary Alpha." Sam said.
"Where do I start with you Jessica? I would like to know in Your words why you think your better than anyone else in this pack?" I said to her. Jessica looked at her father then her mother.
"I was born here. I was groomed by my mother to be the perfect mate. How to be the perfect Luna." Jessica said.
"I see, then I will ask you Ester, who asked you to groom you daughter to be Luna to give her such expectations?" I asked.
"You need a Luna. Alpha, I though with Jessica's beauty, and proper teaching she would make a wonderful Luna for you." She said.
"You are aware of your daughter’s behavior the past few months is totally unbecoming of a Luna."
"She is protecting what is hers." She said.
"Who told you that she would be Luna?" I asked.
"Well you must have been attracted to her to seek out her company." Ester said not answering my question.
"Attraction no. A friend maybe. I talked to several of the girls as a friend. Never did I make any advances on anyone. Nore did I promise anyone anything. Jessica was someone to talk with once in a while like everyone else in this pack." I told her.
"Jessica can you describe the characteristics of a good Luna." Lance asked.
Jessica looked at him with anger. Jessica sat there not saying anything.
"Jessica your Beta asked you a question," Ester said to her. Jessica rolled her eye.
"A Luna is empathetic, loyal, trustworthy, kind and loving, will fight to the death for her pack." Jessica said. I chuckled I could not help it. Jessica looked at me with daggers.
"Let me ask you Jessica was your describe as a Luna describe you in any way?" Lance asked.
"Why is Alpha laughing at me.?" Jessica said with a raised voice.
"I do apologize Jessica; you sounded like you were reading from a textbook. Please answer Beta Lances question." I said.
"Yes I believe that does describe me." Jessica said.
"Sam and Ester please honestly you are both aware of Jessica's behaviors to some of our new people?"
"She had the fight with Kendra and that new girl who cut her." Sam said.
"Ester?" I asked
"Yes, what Sam said." She answered.
"Wow I find that interesting, since the young woman who lives here in the pack house has been here Jessica has done everything in her power to degrade her. Oh, that fight with Kendra was Kendra protecting the young woman upstairs." I said to them.
"Jessica?" Sam asked her.
"No one will accept a blind Luna, father." Jessica said.
"Alpha?" Sam questioned.
"Yes Sam Raven the woman I have been waiting all my life for is here and yes she was beaten so bad because they knew she was a sky fire child they tried to take her take her eyes. So yes she is blind. It changes nothing she is my mate and soon your Luna." I told Sam.
"I'm sorry for my daughters’ behavior. Congratulations on your Luna. I look forward to meeting our new Luna." Sam said.
"Dad, she is blind how can she do anything. Let alone fight for her pack." Jessica said.
"How can you disrespect and bully a blind woman, Jessica?" Ester asked.
"Ester, you knew she was here, Luna Loria asked your sister to make her bouquet. Also, you know that Bre is her personal assistant. So please don't act like you did not know when you and I both know you did." I said with little emotion in my voice.
"Alpha I did not know she was blind or that Jessica had bullied her. That is very disrespectful."
"As for the woman who cut Jessica, their fights were staged but Jessica went to far that day, and the woman fought back she is serving her punishment still."
"Jessica?" Ester asked.
"She came here to kill Raven; I was helping her get into the pack house." Jessica said.
"So you were helping her to kill our Luna?" Sam asked shocked.
"I'm ready to hand down my ruling on this. Jessica you are to report to training at six in the morning every morning. You do not go to school any longer so you will get a full-time job to support yourself you will be moved into the young women population until which time you prove yourself able to have one of the cottages with three roommates. I better not hear of any more problems from you. Also, Raven saved your life two days ago. Someone gave her back her blade with a note that said 'Kill Jessica ' " I said and showered her and her parents the note.
You are dismissed. I told them. The women left but Sam stayed behind.
"Alpha please thank Ra..., Luna Raven for saving my daughters life for me." He said.
'I will Sam, your due for a promotion next week we will talk then." I told him.
"He is?" Lance asked.
"Good thing someone keeps track of stuff around here." I laughed.
"Go have the afternoon off Titan I'm sure this has given you a headache." Lance suggested.
“And the contractor will make it worse." I told him. Then went to the elevator to go up and convince Raven to lay down with me.
I walk into the room Bre was hanging up some of Raven's clothes in the closet.
Raven was on the couch listening to her audio book. I stood and smiled at the site of my mate in less then a month we would be husband and wife, and she would wear my mark and I hers.
