Chapter 122 122

Chapter 122 122
One minute she was there, the next minute she was gone and a eight foot horrendous monster stood there drooling all over the place walking towards us. Then it was gone Raven sat in the chair smiling at us.
"Holly shit," Garrison said.
"I'm amazed, it looked so real." William said.
"Now, what I want to know Lance is did they find the person who shot the arrow to begin with?" I asked him.
"So far they are coming up empty handed. They have checked almost every house. The Rouge camp. And nothing yet." Lance said.
"No one crossed over into the boarders or came through security. It was one of us. I then showed them the letter we got a few days before.
"You have no idea who?" William asked.
"None." I said.
"Everyone is being told Raven was hurt badly and I just got a minor wound." I told them.
"I have a question Titan. How many of your people have these types of ability?" Victor asked.
"Victor not all of our people have ablites, some and I should say very few have different ability but nothing like what Raven can do. Raven is a protector not a killer. Her heart is pure. She only wants peace among us all." I told them.
Gentlemen, I have been told Lunch is ready. Let's not keep the ladies waiting." Lance said.
"One more thing, please keep this to yourself we don't want everyone knowing the things Raven can do." I said as they left. Once they were gone I waited ten minutes to take Raven back up to our suite. Raven went to lay down her stomach was upset. I got a cup of coffee and some reports and sat in the chair in our bedroom. Just incase she needed me. I still had to show her the surprise I had for her, but it could wait until she was ready.
TALA'S POV
I climbed up onto the roof and traveled from top to top until I had an excellent view of the Bride and Groom. The ceremony was so long I nearly fell asleep. Then saw my shot and shot the arrow that was dipped in wolfsbane. I saw her go limp in his arms. I ran as fast as I could before they started looking. Going into my window I put the bow and arrows with the wolfsbane under the floorboards. Changed into my night gown and went to bed. Damit the window. I got up and closed it so it was only open an inch . Then laid down to sleep. But I could not sleep I had to much adrenaline pumping through my system I had to calm down. I heard Ivy come in she was crying. I heard her come upstairs and open my door. I pretended to be sleeping. She closed the door and went to her room. I had finally fell asleep when there was loud banging on the front door. Someone yelling to open the door. I sat up in bed. I heard Ivy go down and answer the door.
"Who else lives here?" a man asked
"Tala, she is in bed." Ivy said.
"Get her up and down here now, " the man said.
I heard Ivy start up the stairs. I came out of my room holding my head.
"Ivy, what is going on, all this yelling is hurting my head more." I said to her.
"Both of you down here. Go search the house."  He told two Warriors.
"Ivy, where were you tonight?" he asked.
"I was at the ceremony, I came home when they told us to. Is Luna and Alpha ok?" She asked.
"No idea Ivy they are both in surgery we will not know anything for a while. We hope she does not lose the pup." He said to Ivy. I was in shock I did not know she was pregnant.
"Excuse me, your name?" He asked me.
"Tala," I said still confused.
"Where were you tonight?" He asked.
"I was home here in bed. Ask Ivy she saw me go to bed I suffer from severe headaches." I told him.
"So you never left the house tonight at all, Tala?" He asked.
"No I have been sleeping until you started pounding on our door." I told him rubbing my head for good measure.
The warriors who were searching the house came over to the man questioning us.
"Nothing sir" one warrior said.
"Thank you ladies," the man said and left. I turned to Ivy.
"What was that all about?" I asked.
"Luna and Alpha were shot with a poisonous arrow, it went through Luna right into Alpha. People are saying it was close to his heart." Ivy said starting to cry again.
"Did, I hear you say she is pregnant?" I asked.
"Yes, not very far along. I heard." Ivy said as she went and put the kettle on.  I found this very interesting. Would I have shot her with the poisonous arrow if I knew, I was not sure. But what done was done. Hopefully she dies and he can live in pain for the rest of his life for casting me aside all those years ago.
"What are you thinking about Tala?" Ivy asked. I smiled sweetly.
"Was just remembering our school days. Alpha then would have never let this happen. We respected each other then and cared about our elders." I said.
"Didn't you have a thing for Titan back in the day?" Ivy asked.
"Hell no, we just grew up around each other my parents were always up at the pack house with Luna and Alpha. So we had play dates I guess they call them now. We would run around the pack house having fun. We were in the same classes. Then Lance and his parents came along and my father decided I was to old to be rough housing with boys and left me home with my grandmother. It was what it was." I said.
"Must have been hard though, did you not feel rejected?" Ivy asked. What was she going on about. Was she thinking I had done it. She was not that smart.
"No, of course  not I started hanging around girl my age. Life went on. I told her hoping she would drop it.
"Well I'm going back to bed they said they would not stop looking until they find out who it was. I feel sorry for that person Alpha is going to kill them. Have a good sleep Tala I will see you at breakfast." Ivy said going up to her room. I washed out my teacup and stood on the front porch. I had a good view of the hospital from my porch. I could see all of the bodyguards walking around through the glass windows.  A warrior walked by the porch and yelled at me to get inside.  I went in and up to my room. I don't know what time I fell asleep, but I had heard not heard warrior chatter as they made their rounds.
