“Umm… fuck off,” Claudia spat while rolling her eyes, prompting Sebastian to let out a loud chuckle.
For the entire night, Claudia and Sebastian banter and flirt with each other after finishing the entire pizza and milkshake. At a few minutes past midnight, Sebastian notices the sleepy look in Claudia’s eyes, so he decides to end their playful teasing for the night so that she can rest properly.
Claudia lies down on the bed, tucks herself beneath the blanket, and shuts her eyes, allowing sleep to take over.

The morning sun peeks through the window, its golden rays reflecting softly on Claudia’s peaceful face as she sleeps.
Slowly, Sebastian squints his eyes open, adjusting to the brightness of the room. Seconds later, he fully opens them and turns his gaze toward the calm figure lying beside him. A faint smile curves across his lips.
‘She really is beautiful,’ he muses inwardly, admiring Claudia’s face.
He reached toward her ear and tucked a strand of hair behind it, which made Claudia snuggle closer to him, her eyes still shut.
‘Why on earth do I even have the urge to have Claudia as my woman?’ Sebastian wonders, his thoughts clouded with confusion. ‘I’m not the type to get comfortable with one woman, so why do I want just Claudia alone?’ The more he questions himself, the harder it becomes to find an answer.
Sebastian has always been a playboy who treats women like toys. He has never been in a real relationship, but lately, something deep within him is pushing him to change, to leave behind the reckless life he’s used to and be with Claudia. ‘Could it be that I feel this way because I know she’s a virgin? Just like my father, I’ve always wanted a woman untouched by others,’ he pondered, his brows knitting into a frown.
He withdraws his hand from behind her ear and carefully slides out of the bed, making sure not to wake Claudia.
Sebastian headed straight to his room where he took his bath and freshened up for the day. Afterward, he went to the kitchen, pulled some eggs from the refrigerator, and turned on the gas cooker. Within minutes, he had successfully prepared scrambled eggs and toasted bread.
He placed the toasted bread on a flat plate and the scrambled eggs on another, then made his way to Claudia’s room. As soon as he stepped inside, he noticed that Claudia was already awake, sitting on the bed while messily scratching the scalp of her hair.
“Hey, good morning,” Sebastian greeted warmly as he took a few more steps into the room. On the bedside table were the empty pizza box and milkshake cups, so he pushed them aside and set down the two plates in his hands.
Afterward, Sebastian picked up the pizza box and cups and stepped out of the room, intending to dispose of the trash.
A minute later, he comes back into the room holding a cold bottle of water in his hand. “How was your night?” Sebastian asks, watching Claudia who was still seated on the bed, scratching her scalp as if her life depends on it.
“Good morning, Sebastian, and my night was great,” she mumbles, letting go of her hair. She takes the bottle of water from his hand, opens it, and drinks a few sips. “Are you going to the company this early?” she asks, noticing that Sebastian is already dressed and holding his briefcase.
He nods. “I have some business meetings to attend, and I also need to visit one of my business partners. He has been sick for a while,” Sebastian explains.
Claudia nods slowly. “So, will I be going to the company today?”
“Well, that’s if you want to. I can send my driver to pick you up so you don’t have to rush through your breakfast,” Sebastian explained.
Claudia smiles. She noticed today that he seemed more composed and mature in the way he spoke.
She slides down from the bed and walks over to Sebastian, lifting her gaze to meet his. “Then when will you be at your office?” she asked softly.
Sebastian sighs, pulling his phone from his trouser pocket as he checks his schedule. “We’ll probably see each other around three in the afternoon, so you don’t necessarily have to come to the company if you’re going to feel bored all alone there.”
Claudia exhaled loudly. “Then where should I go if not to your office?”
“Hey, how about I give you my black card so you can go shopping for yourself? How does that sound to you?” he asked with a sly smile.
Claudia nods and winks at him. “That sounds fun,” she mumbled, then turned and walked toward the bathroom.
Just as she opened the bathroom door, Sebastian suddenly called out, “Claudia, where’s your phone?”
“It’s in the drawer of the bedside table,” she replied swiftly. “Why… why are you asking all of a sudden?” Claudia went on to question.
Sebastian ignored her and walked over to the table. He pulled the drawer slightly, grabbed her phone, and closed the drawer. Since Claudia’s phone had no password, Sebastian typed his number into it and called his own line so he could save her number on his phone as well. He then set her phone back on the bedside table.
“I’ve saved my number, so please, call me if you need me, okay?” he purred, placing his briefcase on the bed. He opened it, pulled out his wallet, removed his black debit card, set it on the bedside table, and then closed his briefcase.
“My driver will be here soon. Take whichever car you want and have fun,” he added, walking over to Claudia.
As Sebastian close the distance between the both of them, be grabbed Claudia’s right hand, planted a kiss on it, and walked away.
The simple gesture made Claudia’s knees weak as she swallowed hard. ‘Why does he always make my heart skip a beat?’ she wondered, unaware of the danger that might await her.
