Chapter 46 Now that I know my enemy is your enemy too

My eyes were huge as Jenna and I trailed Beast back to our spot and slid into our booth.
“Holy shit, that was way too close. I was convinced they were part of the group we dealt with.”
“No, that was Atlas. He runs the Jackals, the whole national club. Their main home is in North Carolina,” Beast explained.
“I nearly messed everything up with him. My first thought was that he and those other guys missed the party and needed to be handled next.”
“Do not worry, Poca Loca. I do not think he suspected a thing. Butcher told us he is in New York to talk with Cap about the rumors he was selling women. He showed up at their clubhouse right after you and Jenna finished. Now he is looking into what went down. Word is, his club and the Caruso Mafia just had a war. I do not know all the details, but the story is a lot of men died on both sides.”
“I will text papa and ask if he has heard anything,” Jenna said.
I looked toward the way we had come, but there was no sign of Viper, Butcher, or Torque.
“I am going to run over to Tami and Bull’s RV to see if we can use their shower. Come with me, Jenna.”
“I do not think you should go anywhere until Viper and Torque get back,” Beast said.
“He may be my man, Beast, but he does not give me orders. Come guard us if you want to, not that we need it. But Jenna and I really need to get clean and into new clothes.”
I let out a laugh as Beast muttered under his breath. He gave Rockstar a nudge to get his attention and told him to come with us. The four of us walked over to where the Vengeful Angels were camped. I had my beach bag with clothes for me and Jenna and our property vests. We found Bull, but Tami was not around.
“Hey, Bull,” I called out. He was watching some of his brothers wrestle on the sand. When he turned, his eyes sparked with something new. His stare landed right on Jenna.
“Absolutely not. Her man would tear you into pieces. He is not like Viper.”
When I said that, Beast’s head turned fast toward me. He looked at Bull, then back at me, and a slow grin spread across his face.
“Why do they call you Bull?” Beast asked.
Bull gave Beast a look. “If you want to know that, you will have to join a party with me and my girl.”
I rolled my eyes. “Poor Tami would be split in two by your monster dick and Beast’s monster at the same time. She would not be able to walk for a week.”
“And how would you know that, Poca Loca?” Rockstar asked.
I gave him a knowing smile. “Because I have had both of them.”
Rockstar stared at me, his mouth hanging open. “Does Viper know about this?”
“Man, he was right there with me,” Beast said.
“Me and my girl too,” Bull added.
“Jesus, you are all a bunch of freaks,” Rockstar said.
“You would not want to have a threesome with me, Rockstar?” Jenna asked, her voice sweet.
Rockstar’s expression brightened. “Are you offering? Would Torque let me near that sweet pussy, Jenna?”
“Fuck no, I would not, asshole. Why in the fuck would you even ask that? Her pussy is mine and only mine,” Torque snarled as he, Butcher, and Viper walked up to our group.
“We saw you all heading this way and followed. What are you doing over here?” Butcher asked me.
“Jenna and I need a shower. I came to ask Bull from the Vengeful Angels if we could borrow his RV.”
“Sure, Sugar, you can use our RV. Can I watch?”
I looked over as Tami walked up and started laughing. “You are such a perv, Tami.”
“You know it, babe. Hi, I am Tami, this is my man, Bull,” she said, holding her hand out to Jenna.
“Hi, I am Catalina’s sister, Jenna. This is my man, Torque.”
“And I am Beast. Your man said we could party together,” Beast said, taking Tami’s hand and kissing it.
“Jesus, Beast. Leave the girl alone. I am Butcher, President of the Lords of Chaos,” he said, shaking hands with both Bull and Tami.
“What about me? Does anyone want to introduce me?” Rockstar asked.
I laughed. “This is Rockstar, our resident clown.”
He smiled and shook his head.
“Come on, girls. Let us get you that shower.”
Forty minutes later, Tami, Jenna, and I came out of her RV. Jenna wore a cute peach jumpsuit with white flip-flops and her property vest. I had on a green sundress and white sandals with my vest. Our hair was up in high ponytails.
“That is more like it,” Viper growled when I walked up to him. He pulled me close with an arm around my shoulders.
“Butcher, what happened with that guy at the pop-up?” I asked.
“He has no idea. We steered his thoughts somewhere else. I brought up some old trouble to keep him distracted.”
“I am sorry. I saw their patches and just… panicked for a second.”
“What is going on?” Bull asked.
“Just ran into an old friend. I do not get along with him, and Chaotic here thought she should defend me,” Butcher lied smoothly. I looked at Bull, and his face was full of confusion.
“Bull, remember I told you about my need to make things right? Well, I do that for anyone I care about,” I lied to him. Jesus, all these lies. But I was not about to tell them Jenna and I wiped out a whole motorcycle club for our own.
He looked at me for a long moment, then nodded. “You are a good woman, Catalina.”
I felt my face grow warm.
“Well, well, well. We keep running into each other,” a voice said from behind our group. I saw Bull’s whole body go rigid.
“What in the fuck are you doing in my area?” Bull roared.
“Bull, it is a beach. I am allowed to be here,” Atlas said.
“Find somewhere else to walk, you fucker. I told you if I ever saw you again, I would kill you. That is about to happen.”
Bull threw himself at him. Atlas grabbed him, and they crashed to the ground. I saw the two men with Atlas start to move in, but Rockstar and Beast jumped into the fight and began throwing punches.
“What the fuck is happening?” Butcher demanded.
“That is Atlas, Mal, and Vice. Atlas runs the Jackals nationally. Bull’s president, Jinx, got arrested and is doing five years for something that went down at the Jackals’ clubhouse. The Jackals did not back Jinx up. They gave him to the police,” Tami explained quickly.
“What happened?” I asked, wincing as Bull took a hard punch to the face. Rockstar and Beast had knocked out Vice and Mal, and now we were all standing in a circle, watching Bull and Atlas beat on each other.
“I do not know. It is club business,” she said. She let out a cheer as Bull grabbed Atlas by the head and slammed it into the ground, leaving him stunned. Bull got up and started kicking him. A crowd had gathered, mostly Vengeful Angels, and they were shouting for Bull. When Atlas coughed up blood, Bull finally stopped.
“Get the fuck out of here, Atlas. I am in charge while we wait for our Prez to get out. I am not scared to go to war with you,” Bull yelled.
“No war, Bull,” Atlas said, getting to his feet with a pained groan. He nudged his men with his boot, and they slowly came to and stood up. “It is not our fault Jinx got arrested.”
“The fuck it is not! He went there to talk about an alliance, and some fucker thought it was a good idea to challenge him. You could have stood by him when he killed the guy. You could have gotten rid of the body before the cops arrived. The police should never have been called!”
“No shit. He was a hanger-on, and he was at the party with his friends. Thought they were cool for hanging around a motorcycle club. They were all drunk, Bull. Jinx did not have to accept the challenge.”
“Like you would not have if some asshole challenged you?” Bull shouted.
“Fuck, it was a messed up night. Everything happened so fast,” Atlas said.
“I have half a mind to let Catalina carve you up for me. You would do that, darlin’, right? For me?” He said, looking straight at me.
“Yeah. Anything for you and Tami, Bull,” I said, my voice tight.
“Do not put her in that position, Bull,” Tami scolded him.
Atlas let out a nasty laugh. “No bitch could ever take me out.”
Viper let out a roar and launched himself at Atlas.
“Jesus, fuck!” Atlas yelled as Viper’s fist connected with his face.
“Call my woman a bitch again, and I will pull you apart with my bare hands,” Viper snarled.
“Atlas, you just can not seem to go anywhere without making people want to hurt you,” Butcher said calmly.
“Fuck you, Butch. Let’s go,” Atlas said, motioning to his men as he stormed away.
“We have got to stop saying things like ‘carve’ or anything about knives around that asshole,” Viper said to Butcher.
“Yeah. Hey, Bull,” Butcher said, turning to him. “Let us talk about an alliance. Now that I know my enemy is your enemy too.”
