Chapter 20

DAISY

“Remind me why we're here again?“ Suzy's terrified voice jolted through my frozen body.

Honestly? I had no idea either. Over the week, I've been so excited about my invitation to this party. I've done nothing but dream of it, talk about it, plan for it. It'd taken over my mind so much that I thought I was obsessed.

There was only one reason I could think of. I wanted to witness a greater shade of sophistication. Logan loved parties. He loved the sophisticated life. I was below the bar when it came to that. Maybe that was why he can't see me as more than just a sex slave. I thought coming here would help up my game. Then maybe, Logan would finally look at me differently.

But standing here right now in the middle of the craziness and buzz made me realize how much of a bad idea this was.

“Look Daisy, we don't fit in here. I told you this was a bad idea,“ Suzy whined.

She'd tried relentlessly to talk me out of coming here, but my mind was made up. I even had to lie to Logan that we were having Suzy's birthday celebration at the coffee shop. That was how badly I'd wanted to be here.

And for what? I don't see why it'd been such a big deal for me. I'd just been so blinded by my need to impress Logan. You could count this as one of those foolish things you do for love.

“Relax, Suzy. Let's just enjoy the party, alright?“ I tried for some positivity, as she wasn't giving me any tonight.

“Enjoy the party? Girl, admit it. This was a bad choice. And how are we supposed to enjoy the party when we ain't even dressed for it?“

And right there, I felt a hard jab to my ego. As much as I fought not to, I couldn't help to look down at our outfits.

They were gotten from Delta Faggot's wife. We didn't have anything to wear so she'd lent it to us. Although Suzy did tweak it a little, it still looked like rags, compared to what everyone else had on.

“Let's just leave,“ Suzy tugged at my hand, insisting we get the hell out.

I was gonna take the steps when I caught sight of Henry, at a corner with his friends.

No disrespect to Logan, but Henry was some Greek god. Tonight, he had the gait, the looks, the smiles.

My gaze draped down to his outfit and I felt stupid once again for coming here with rags.

Henry was stunning – actually, that wasn't close to describing his looks tonight. His long-sleeved striped shirt had no buttons, so his bare chest was out for his million admirers. His neck was adorned with gold necklaces, and his ears glistened from the earrings. His pants hug loosely around his waist. The outline of his groins was visible.

I gulped, hating how stunned I was. My God, how is he especially handsome tonight?

“Girl…“ Suzy tugged harder.

“But we just got here. Look, there's Henry.“ I pointed. “Shouldn't we at least say Hi?“

“Are you being serious? Don't you realize what would happen if you go over there?“

“What?“ I asked absentmindedly, still admiring him.

“You'll get ridiculed. They're gonna laugh at how stupid we look. So please, save us the shame, and let's get going,“ Suzy pulled harder, forcing me to take the steps.

“Wait. He just saw me,“ I gasped, as Henry glanced my way. Almost immediately, his gaze returned to me and he smiled. He whispered some words to his friends and headed my way.

“Daisy! Let's go!“

“I can't. He's coming here.“ I said nervously, anticipating his approach. I jerked my hand off Suzy's grip and rubbed them frantically. God, why was I so nervous?

“Hey, Daisy. I'm glad you could make it.“ He smiled, twirling the drink in the glass he held. His gaze took me in from head and toe and his eyes twitched. “Well, you look good.“

“Yeah right,“ Suzy mumbled, still poking my back.

“Thank you.“ The flush on my cheeks was obvious. No way I could conceal it.

”Join us?“ he gestured at the small bar he was sharing with his friends.

“Uh…sure.“

“Say what?“ Suzy gasped and pulled me aside. “Are you crazy? Going over there is suicide,“ She whispered harshly into my ears.

“But I can't turn him down. And I honestly wanna have a feel of this party. What's so wrong with that?“

“Everything. If–“

“Something wrong?“ Henry joined us, looking between the both of us questioningly.

“Nothing. Let's go,“ I said, and linked hands with him, ignoring Suzy's persistent demand that we leave.

We got to the bar and I was offered a drink.

“Uh,“ I chuckled nervously, staring at the whitish liquid. “I don't take alcohol…“

“It's okay. This isn't alcohol. Just some good wine. Go ahead and taste it. I'm sure you're gonna love it.“ Henry said.

I nodded and hesitated so much. He didn't seem upset. He just patiently waited till the took a sip of the liquid. And then another. And before I knew it, I'd emptied the glass.

“Another glass?“ He asked, but it sounded more like a demand as he was already handing out a full glass to me.

“Uh…“ My gut feeling wouldn't let me take the glass. But with so many intent stares, I didn't wanna make a fool out of myself.

I obliged him and drank up the second glass, the third, fourth and fifth. I'd barely finished the sixth when I was struck by a heavy tide of dizziness. I lost my footing and fell into his arms.

“Are you okay?“

“No…my head hurts,“ I slurred, wincing at the painful throbbing in my head.

“Here. Let me get you to bed,“ I heard him say and soon, I was carried by strong arms.

I was fighting to get back my wits. My inner mind screamed for Suzy and more than ever, I wished she'd come to rescue me from this hell.

“Here, “ Henry cooed, as my body came in contact with a soft mattress. How did we get in here? I wondered.

“Suzy…“ I was slurring again and I wasn't sure why.

“Your friend probably left. She was feeling out of place. But here, have this,“ He was force-feeding me another liquid, but this time it was just water.

It cleared my haziness a little and I was able to get my words together without the endless slurring.

“What is this place?“ I asked, taking notice of the lavishly decorated room he'd carried me into.

“My room.“ He smiled. “Tell me, what are you doing here?“

Huh? My brows creased at his question. “You invited me…“

“Yeah, but Logan would never let you come here.“

“Why not?“

“Because he doesn't share his toys, not even the disposed ones. That's how much of a greedy asshole he is.“

I shook my head rapidly, fighting hard to get my wits together. I was having a bad feeling and I needed my wits.

“But you're here and that can only mean one thing. You want me.“

“Huh?“

“Quit with the pretense, Daisy. I've been watching you. All those times you sneak into the restrooms with Logan, I was right there. The dude has you around his fingers. You'd never defy his wish.“

“What are you saying?“

“Logan would have demanded that you don't show up here. But you're here, so that means you stopped giving a fuck about him. Do you understand now? I picked up on the fact that you're kinda daft and need everything spelled out,“

His last words evaded me as I tried to analyze the situation.

So Logan would never want me here, but I'm here. And that's because I'd lied to him. Holy shit! This was a bad move!

“I gotta go,“ I struggled to get down from the bed, but he wouldn't budge and just remained seated in front of me.

“Relax. We're gonna have lots of fun. I promise you that.“

Fun?!

“I don't wanna have fun. I wanna get out of here–“ My words were cut short as he sealed his lips on mine. I was yet to get my head around that, but his hands were already sliding into my panties.

I fought to break free from his hold but he pinned me on the bed with his body, yanking down my panties and plunging a finger into me.

I moaned, yet writhing to get off from the bed. His fingers curled inside of me and I let out a louder moan. He inserted another finger, thrusting in and out of me.

“Goddess, no…“ I cried out, but it was coated with moans. His face was void of emotions, as he expertly worked his fingers in and out of my pussy.

I was torn between pleasure and pain. Had no idea of reality until I felt him get off me and I heard a loud thud on the floor.
