Milo and Rocco were excited, "Bravo."
The broadcasting room was filled with admiration messages.
"Handsome Guy: This is what a rich second generation should be like!"
"Successful Businessman: What a great man! He must be someone with lots of experience!"
"Playboy: Give him a thumb up! He is much better than some self-righteous rich second generations. Excellency, can you tell me what kind of business you have?"
Yair had been silent for a long time.
A system message jumped out.
"One Day is out of the broadcasting room."
Yair slipped away, and the others began to laugh at him.
"Amani, who is Excellency?" A girl appeared in the live stream and hugged Amani.
This girl had long hair and a pointed chin, with a faint makeup. She was very beautiful and behaved naturally in the live stream. Her charming gaze towards the camera made people's hearts throbbing.
"Babies, this is my roommate Vicky, a famous beauty in our school. Subscribe me and I can give you her WeChat (an instant-messaging application) number." Amani held Vicky's hand and said sweetly.
Vicky was watching Amani's live stream. When she saw Excellency sending out 11 Transcendental Warships in one go, she was no longer calm. Of course, she was interested in this rich guy. If Excellency was Amani's friend, she wanted to know him.
"Amani, you haven't answered me yet. Who is he?" Vicky directly sat in front of the camera, wanting to let Excellency to look clearly at her.
Amani shook her head, "I really don't know. He just came today. Excellency, are you still there?"
"Yes," Excellency answered.
Vicky was delighted and excited. She blocked in the front, "Excellency, you were so handsome. You actually gave so many gifts in one time. Actually, I'm going to start my live stream as well. Will you come and see me then?"
"Quincy, stop watching. Vicky is so greedy that she immediately takes action when meets rich people. What a shameless girl!" Milo admonished Quincy. Quincy was definitely watching Amani's live stream.
Quincy ignored him and was still staring at the screen.
"Vicky."
Amani stopped Vicky in displeasure. Why hadn't she known that Vicky was planning to start a live stream? Was she snatching her fans?
Vicky ignored Amani and continued, "Excellency, I'm still single. I think we might hit it off. If possible, we can get to know each other better."
Her bashful expression was truly charming.
Excellency answered, "Are you still single?"
Vicky was slightly shocked. Being single was somewhat abnormal for such a beautiful girl like her. In order to gain favorable impression, she had to pretend to be single.
It would be definitely more attractive to men.
She pretended to be timid, "I haven't had a boyfriend yet."
"Vicky, didn't you just break up with Quincy and are dating Vincent now?" Amani asked.
Amani knew Vicky was hypocritical. Normally, she didn't care about it. Now that Excellency had given her such expensive gifts, how could she allow him to be cheated?
Vicky did not expect to be caught in a lie directly. She felt extremely embarrassed and only smiled.
"Actually... Vincent and I are just... good friends. As for Quincy, I went to help him do experiments out of kindness. As for my relationship with him... It was fake news..."
Vicky finally came up with an excuse. In order to show her "purity", she could only tell lies.
"Excellency, if you want to know more about Vicky, my WeChat number is..." Before she could finish, Excellency was out of the broadcasting room.
Amani and Vicky were both down.
Quincy turned off the phone and looked at the wall absentmindedly. He was recalling the scene of what Vicky had said.
After all, he had been with Vicky for a year. Vicky's words stabbed into his heart like a dagger.
It turned out that their relationship was all fake!
He forced a wry smile.
Vicky loved money so much. If she knew that he was a super-rich second generation, what kind of reaction would she have?
The next morning, after class, Quincy and the others returned to the dormitory. Just as they were about to lie on the bed, Alden came back with sadness, "Something happened!"
"What's wrong?"
"Something happened to Krista." Alden looked at them worriedly.
"What exactly happened?" Quincy knew that it definitely not easy, otherwise, Alden would not be so down.
"Didn't Krista slap a man yesterday? Guess who that man is? It's Maggie Taber! The Young Master of the TS Group!"
"What? The TS Group!"
Milo was shocked, "The TS Group is ranked in the top 10 in the JM City. The TS Convenience Stores all over the streets belong to the group. These stores are only a small part of their businesses! Krista is really unlucky this time."
Quincy glanced at Milo and the latter shut up consciously. Quincy turned to Alden, "Isn't Krista's family quite powerful? There's nothing she can do?"
Krista's family also had accounts at Citibank. They should have some backstage support.
Alden frowned, "Her family also runs a company called SL Company. It's no match for the TS Group at all."
"Furthermore, Kyla told me that Krista's company has received many notifications from their partners to terminate the cooperation. Her father is driven desperate." Alden was also anxious.
Rocco looked at them with a solemn expression, "It must be TS Group. I've read about TS Group on the Internet. The boss, Matthias Taber, is Maggie's father. There is much negative news about him. And he is vicious."
Alden's phone rang. It was Kyla. Alden was more down after the call.
"Alright, I'm coming. OK. Bye." Alden hung up the phone.
"Krista received a call from her father. It was indeed caused by Matthias Taber. He directly showed his hand. As long as Krista accompanies Maggie tonight, this matter would be over! Otherwise, the SL Company would disappear!"
"I could read that Maggie's gaze toward Krista was abnormal. If so, Krista would be tortured by him. Damn, they are really shameless." Milo scolded indignantly.
They all understood what it meant for Krista to spend the night with Maggie.
Alden suddenly stood up, "Let's go find Kyla and discuss how to help Krista."
They hurriedly walked out.
After registering, they went directly to the third floor and pushed open Krista's door.
Although the girls dressed beautifully outside, the environment in the dormitory could not be complimented.
Kyla, Scarlet, and Karissa all sat beside Krista with worried expressions. Krista was crying.
"How's it going?" Alden asked Kyla.
Kyla pulled them to the side and whispered, "Her father knew that she had caused such a big trouble and scolded her heavily. She had been crying for almost three hours. Her father said that if she really couldn't solve it, she must go and spend the night with Maggie!"
"Holy shit, what a terrible father!" Milo felt annoyed.
"Her father had lost his temper. About seven or eight partners came to cancel the cooperation. Whoever would lose his temper. Actually, her father secretly called me to calm Krista. He would continue find someone and see if he could solve this problem!"
"Krista, stop crying. If they go too far, we can call the police!" Alden comforted her.
Milo directly took out his phone, "Call the police? Do it now!"
"Don't!"
Only then did Krista looked up. Her watery eyes had already turned red. She was not as arrogant as yesterday anymore. After all, they were thinking for her.
Krista wiped her tears and said with faint voice, "It's useless to call the police. It would be even more troublesome!"
Krista was also from a wealthy and noble family. She had also heard about some methods used by the nobles to deal with such matters.
Calling the police would probably anger Matthias. Once he was completely enraged, it might be 100 times worse than it was now!
"Find more connections. If we can get in touch with some higher-ups, there are still chances. I'll call my Dad and ask for help." Alden went out to make a phone call.
Kyla, Scarlet, and Karissa all went and made phone calls as well.
However, they all knew clearly that with their own connections, it was indeed impossible and hopeless to deal with Matthias, such a powerful man!
"Don't worry. It will be fine soon!" Quincy suddenly said.
