Quincy wandered around the school alone when Carlotta called. Quincy answered, "Captain, you are training in the western playground again. I will go over now!"
Carlotta had nothing else to do with Quincy, so she must call to ask him to go to the playground to move clothes.
Carlotta said with contempt, "You think like a loser. Holy shit! I don't think the whole school has anyone more like a loser than you. I'm not calling you to move things today. Now, come over to GD drink station right now."
After that, she hung up the phone.
Quincy was puzzled. What else could she possibly want?
He quickly walked out of school.
GD drink station was a café selling fancy drinks near JM University. Normally, only relatively wealthier students from JM University would visit it.
Quincy walked into the shop and spotted Carlotta. Carlotta was still dressed beautifully in a youthful style: jeans, flat shoes and her brown hair and sophisticated makeup.
"Captain, are you alone?" Quincy said in surprise.
"What's wrong with me being alone" Carlotta was a little pissed off.
"Sir, would you like something to drink?" A waiter came and asked respectfully.
"You don't need to ask him. He hasn't been here before." Carlotta said to the waiter, "Just get him a cappuccino."
Carlotta sipped her coffee while scanning Quincy with her eyes, quietly considering whether Quincy was suitable for her plan in her mind.
As for Quincy, he felt uncomfortable being stared by Carlotta like this and was skeptical about Carlotta's sudden visit.
There was a glimmer of smile in Carlotta's eyes as if she was very satisfied with Quincy.
Carlotta looked at Quincy and said, "I'll cut to the chase, I want you to be my cousin's boyfriend!"
"Boyfriend!"
Quincy was slightly shocked. Quincy had heard from her that Carlotta's cousin was over age and unmarried. Her family was pushing and the point is she's pretty.
"Captain, be serious." In Carlotta's eyes, he was just a poor loser. How could she possibly let him be her cousin's boyfriend?
"I'm not joking at all!" Carlotta glared at Quincy, "My cousin doesn't have much demand regarding her boyfriend as long as he is an honest and compliant person, then she would consider. I think you meet the standards perfectly!"
"But" Quincy's heart was filled with suspicion.
"But what? Don't act like I am taking advantages of you when I ask you to be her boyfriend!" Carlotta said dominantly, "If you have something to say, swallow it. Just shut up and be her boyfriend!"
"Alright, you sit here. My cousin will come over in a bit. Behave yourself!" After saying that, Carlotta took her phone and walked outside to call her cousin.
"Hey, are you almost here?"
"Almost. I'm 1 or 2 kilometers away." Carlotta's cousin was driving over. "I asked you to help me find the person, have you found him?"
"Of course. He's in GD drink station right now." Carlotta said proudly, "Sis, I assure you that the person I've found for you is a total loser. You can't find any one worse than him in our school! If you meet him on the street, you absolutely would think he's a worker from a construction site instead of a college student!"
"That's good! Now I am more confident that I could score Dalton Brooks. "Her cousin said happily.
"Sis, I don't understand. If you want Dalton, why do you have to find a loser to pretend to be your boyfriend? Dalton is just at your fingertips if you want him, right?" Carlotta did not understand what her cousin was doing.
"You are so naïve. Dalton is a manager. He earns a million yuan a year, much more than me. Although he likes me, he still holds the initiative. If I want to turn this situation around, I have to make him feel insecure. Only in this way can he propose to me as soon as possible."
"But why do you have to find a loser?" Carlotta still couldn't figure it out.
"Silly girl, think about it. If even a loser can be my boyfriend, but he, Dalton, can't. Doesn't that mean that Dalton can't even compare to a loser? He will be jealous. In this way, he will cherish me more and we will be closer soon."
"You are the smart one." Carlotta finally understood her intentions.
Less than a minute after she hanged up, a black Buick stopped at the entrance of GD drink station. A tall woman got out of the car. She had long wavy hair, slender figure, and her two long legs were wrapped in black stockings!
As soon as she got out, she immediately became the center of attention. The passers-by all looked at this beautiful woman who looked like a model.
"Sis." Carlotta called out to the beauty and quickly walked towards her.
"Let's go. The person you brought here is inside, right? Let's go in now." She thought for a moment and then told Carlotta, "You didn't tell him about our plan, did you? Don't tell him yet. It looks more real so that Dalton won't find out!"
"I'm not stupid." Carlotta smiled. "But when I think that a girl like you have to pretend to be that loser's girlfriend, I feel worry for you."
"It's nothing. It's just for show." The tall girl seemed quite calm. "I'll use him for a few days. When I got Dalton, this guy will be useless. I'll dump him at that time. I hope he looks ok though. After all, I'll have to face him for the next few days."
"He looks alright. Let's go inside now." After saying that, Carlotta and her cousin walked into the shop.
"Quincy, my cousin is here. You're still sitting here, drinking!" Carlotta shouted at Quincy's back.
Hearing that, Quincy quickly stood up and turned around.
Quincy was shocked when he saw her cousin. The girl who came in was Lacey, the lobby manager who had embarrassed him at Citibank!
When Lacey saw Quincy's back, she also felt that the boy her cousin had found was really a loser. However, when she saw his face and recognized him as the boy in the bank that day, she was shocked.
That day, she heard with her own ears that the account manager said that the supreme card belonged to Quincy himself. This meant that Quincy's assets were at least 30 million!
Afterwards, she also asked the account manager how much money did Quincy have in his account. Through what she had heard, Lacey drew a conclusion that Quincy's wealth was beyond her imagination!
The guy in front of her was a super-rich man, so Lacey was bewildered and didn't know what to do.
"How do you do?" Lacey's gaze was filled with respect and she was modest in front of him.
"Come here and pull the chair out for my cousin. Don't you know what you should do?" Carlotta said as she stared at Quincy with her eyes wide open.
"It's ok. I can do it myself." Lacey stopped Carlotta with her eyes, pulled out a chair and sat down.
Carlotta felt a little strange. What's wrong with her cousin? Quincy is just a poor loser. Couldn't she scold him? Didn't Lacey herself want an honest and compliant boyfriend? Didn't she just show her how honest and compliant this guy was? Why did she look so unhappy?
She thought maybe Lacey wanted to be nicer with Quincy first so as to manipulate him!
"Lacey, let me introduce Quincy to you. He's a sophomore in our school. He's quite honest. I think he's suitable for you." Carlotta looked at her with a wicked smile on her face.
Seeing that Quincy didn't know anything, Carlotta felt especially happy. This boy didn't know that they were using him. He thought Lacey really liked him. Carlotta couldn't wait to see his miserable face when Lacey dumped him.
Carlotta also introduced Lacey to Quincy, and then started choosing some fruits and desserts. However, because there were many guests today, the waiter didn't come up to their table.
"Quincy, what are you still sitting here for? Find us a waiter." Carlotta fiddled with the table and glared at Quincy.
"Sit down. I'll go take a look." Carlotta asked a super-rich man to call for a waiter. Lacey found it inappropriate. She was even upset about it.
Carlotta pulled down Lacey, who was about to stand up, "Lacey, sit down. There is a gentleman here. Isn't it embarrassing if he let us do such things?"
Carlotta glared at Quincy discontentedly, "Go! Are you really that shameless? Do you want my cousin to go?"
Carlotta had always treated him this way. Quincy was already used to it. Without saying anything, he stood up and walked towards the front desk.
After interrogating at the front desk, Quincy went to the bathroom. He had just finished washing his hands and was walking out when he found Lacey standing in front him, looking at him with a fawning smile.
"Mr. Quincy, I'm really sorry. Carlotta is not polite. She actually treated you like that. I apologize to you on her behalf..." Lacey said in panic.
"It's fine. Carlotta has always treated me like this, so I don't care." Quincy smiled faintly and then looked into Lacey's eyes, "Do you know who I am?"
Quincy remembered that Lacey didn't believe that he was actually super rich when he left last time.
Lacey nodded.
Although she did not know what Quincy's identity was, she was certain that Quincy was an unimaginably rich person!
"I don't understand. A girl like you, why do you have to find a poor loser to be your boyfriend?" Quincy asked curiously.
Lacey didn't know how to answer. If Quincy knew that he wanted to use him to chase after another man, then it would be over!
Quincy was much richer than Dalton. Lacey felt that this might be an opportunity for her. If she scored Quincy, she would marry up to a higher class and become a wealthy lady!
In almost an instant, she came up with an idea. She would take advantage of this opportunity to pester Quincy, and she must get him!
"I misunderstood you at the bank last time. I felt very guilty and hated myself for being a woman who judged people by the money he had. So, I decided to find someone with less favorable conditions to help me be a better person. Of course, if I get along well with him, I will continue to develop a serious relationship with him and get married."
Lacey said sincerely. She wanted to show her kindness in front of Quincy as much as possible to impress him.
