Steeling Amethyst

**R18. Not for years 17 or less. Violence. Death. Smut (the dirty kind).** < "What was it you said? That I could… never arouse you even if I tried? That the very attempt would make you laugh?” His eyes narrowed darkly and she allowed herself the risk of smiling. “I don’t see you laughing. In fact, correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t you just call my name? My name, whilst you believed yourself to be in the arms of another. My name.” "And you’re not scared at all? You pulled this ridiculous stunt without fearing what I could do when it pissed me off?” "And that…” Flustered by his chilly smile, she shrunk away from the bed, forcing a smile of her own. “Is why I tied you up.” > *** Amethyst is a sheltered princess who longs for strength and adventure. Thoran Steel is a hardcore barbarian with a vendetta against her kingdom. He's just what she needs to live it up a little! With a past of being sickly, she finds herself desperate to prove to this cold-hearted criminal that she's just as tough as him! To protect her kingdom and become a hero! Even if it means shedding her princess identity to wrap herself in barbarian furs. When that innocent goal leads to turbulent adventures far away from home, deep in the midst of barbarian fights, robberies and unbelievable nights around bonfires, Amethyst realizes that she has certainly bitten off more than she can chew. Especially when she finds her goal changing from convincing Thoran that she is strong to convincing herself that she could resist his effortless seduction.
