It was morning and finally Mikey's birthday.. I have been thinking so much about Astrid. She has always been in my mind and we have been talking a lot on the phone too. Text and all that. It was 4 am, and everyone was probably still pretty much asleep. Lisa was so deep into her sleep. I stood up to smoke, stood by the balcony with black shorts, and stared carefully at the busy street and the lights popping in my eyes.
"Ah, will you be awake, Astrid? You should be babygirl."
I whispered under my breath and placed the smoke on a plate. 
I sent her a text and in less than 3 minutes I got a reply.
"Hey, big boy, why are you awake at this time? Hmmm, hopefully it isn't what I am thinking, huh?"
I smiled and shook my head when I saw that.
"Can I call you or is he there?"
I replied and got a reply almost immediately.
"Well.. He is fast asleep. We had a little disagreement, so he is on the couch."
I chuckled.
"Oh, boy, Astrid, you are a clown. Now, why you do my man like that?"
She sent an emoji laughing hard.
"It's so hard, babe. I wish I could hold you in my hands and smack your butt."
"Hmmm.. You can hold Lisa, no?"
"Thanks for the reminder, but I know that, and still wanna put my hands around you. This has been the longest two days in my life.. One more day and I will be with you, babe."
It took a while for her to reply and I concluded that she fell asleep, but I got a reply and it was a photo.
She was in a white silk top which was also see-through and her breasts stood firm, her nipples standing very hard, and she also stuck out her tongue.
Slowly I had crazy thoughts. I locked the door leading to the balcony and covered the curtains. I sat on the wooden chair on the balcony, pulled down my shorts and my dick was hard and warm too. "Why aren't you saying anything?"
"Don't you like the picture?"
"Are you jacking off to my pictures, Mateo?" I grinned hard when I saw that one.
"Fine, I guess the picture was so hard you had to fall asleep, huh?"
That was the last one, and I had to reply fast, hoping she was still awake.
"Hey, mama, I am right here, and you are right I just finished jacking off to your sexy ass. I wanted to know what it was like fucking you again, and it is the best feeling. I can't wait to hold you."
"Well, well well.. Who would have thought! Well, it'd cross my mind though. And I miss you too, Daddy. Can't wait to have you back here.. One more day, huh?"
"Astrid, I want to propose something, and I hope you take it."
"What is it?"
I held my phone and thought about what I was about to say and shook my head. 
"What is the worst that could happen? She would say "No?"
"I have been thinking about this, babe. When I get back I do not want any more sneaky moves between us. I do want us to be in a room and scared that someone would come in."
"So, what are you saying, Mateo?"
She replied and added a heart emoji to it.
"I wanna spend a weekend with you at least, huh? When I get back, I want us to spend nights and days, just the two of us.. I have been thinking about it, and it would be the best. I will make all the arrangements, huh? Please, Astrid."
I waited for about 5 minutes and still not a single reply from her. She had clearly seen the text but didn't reply.
"Well, at least it was worth the try, Mateo."
I said to myself and tapped my chest like a brave soldier.
(8pm that present day.)
Mikey's birthday party started quite late and it was bustling everywhere around the penthouse. There were so many people and gifts all over the place.
"Mike is so loved.. I mean for a lawyer, he sure has lots and loads of friends, I must say."
I stared back at the person standing and talking beside me and I flickered my eyes because I wasn't sure who it was.
"Um.. You are?"
"Zade.. One of Mike's friends. Remember me?"
"Oh, pardon my manners, there are just a lot of people here."
He nodded and we shook hands.
"Your brother, Douglas, must be very good friends with Mike, right? I have been seeing them together a lot.. It feels good to know Mike has good people around him.."
"Well.. Mikey and Douglas seem pretty close recently, well, rightly so, I mean, Mike is Doug's lawyer and also the family's lawyer, so I wouldn't expect anything less."
I grinned at him and he nodded.
"It has been a hell of three days, right? Mike really gave us one of the best weekends I must say.. Wow!!!"
I also nodded in agreement. I had to agree. It has been from one party to another, it was the best.
"I even got to meet the Caden brothers in real life.. Y'all are the standards in lots of homes.. Successful.."
"Um.. Zade, right?"
I had to stop him before he got too far and mention my parents.
"I appreciate that you love my family.. That is really nice. Thank you."
I shook his hands and walked away. I was pretty pissed about not hearing from Astrid throughout the day, so I had to keep my head in check.
"We want everyone to face their fears tonight!!! If there is someone you like, have feelings for, or wanna fuck!!! Go and face your fears by telling them!!!"
Dave screamed into the microphone, and everyone cheered loudly. 
"After tonight you might not get the opportunity again, so do it!!!"
I noticed the body language between Doug and Mike. I mean I get that they are close but Doug hardly allows anyone to touch him especially in public, but Mike's hands were over Doug's neck, and Douglas seemed fine with it.
"What is going on between you two?"
