Stella's point of view
"Hello?"
"Hello, good morning" an unrecognizable male voice greet from the other end.
"Good morning" I replied.
"Am I speaking with Miss McCartney?" he asked.
Ooh, he knows my last name, then who is he?
"Yeah?" I answered unsurely with a small frown.
"Congratulations, Miss McCartney, your application into lala-land's private lesson has been approved"
Lala-land private lesson? That's the name of the private lesson? Really? Who comes up with such a funny name?
I glanced at Megan and she was silently asking me who's it, but I signaled her to wait.
"Are you sure you called the right person?" I asked. "Because my application was rejected earlier this morning" I added.
"Yes, Miss McCartney" he replied. "About the rejection, it was a mistake from our evaluation team and we've just rectified it, we're sorry for the misunderstanding"
They have an evaluation team? How standard is this private lesson exactly?
"Miss McCartney?"
"Oh, yeah, thank you, thank you very much" I thanked him.
"Be sure to resume class on Monday morning, have a nice day Miss McCartney" with that he hanged up.
I threw my phone on the bed, and reached for a pancake, then shoved it in my mouth and took a large bite, but I paused abruptly when I caught Megan giving me a questioning look from my peripheral view.
I chewed quickly, and faced her.
"I guess that's the assistant that rejected our application letter, he called to inform me that my registration is successful and I can resume...."
My words were left unfinished as I was suddenly engulfed in a bone crushing hug, and Megan was still squeezing me to herself as if our hug isn't strong enough.
"I'm so happy for you, Ella" she said.
I rolled my eyeballs.
"I just got accepted into a private lesson, Meg, I wasn't given a spot in YUMMY KISS" I reminded her in case she has forgotten.
She let go of me and looked me in the eyeballs, with her hands firmly on my shoulders.
"Honey, it's one step at a time" she said. "I know you're perfect, a sex expert, but I believe there's something you still don't have yet, and that's why you haven't gotten a spot in YUMMY KISS.. let's just hope this lesson will patch up that flaw"
I broke into a smile and nodded in agreement, then pulled her into a hug.
"You sure knows how to lift my mood"
"Of course, I'm your best, best of the bestest friend" she replied and we laughed.
Just then the doorbell rang, I pulled away from the hug and gave Megan a questioning look.
"Are you expecting someone?" I asked her.
"Uh, yeah, I have a surprise for you" she grabbed my hand. "Come with me" then she got up, and pulled me along.

Third person's point of view.
Ferguson was engrossed on the photo he was staring at, to the extent he didn't hear Rob knocking on the door, so Rob gently pushed the door open and let himself in.
He stood in front of Ferguson for a few seconds, but his presence wasn't noticed until he cleared his throat.
"What?" Ferguson asked with an offended frown.
"Uh, I have given Miss McCartney a call and told her she's successfully registered into lala-land's private lesson" he reported.
Ferguson didn't say anything but stared at him with a raised eyebrow, as though he's expecting Rob to continue talking, which he (Rob) did.
"I told her she can resume classes on Monday morning"
His statement made Ferguson's frown deepened slightly.
"Is something wrong with your brain, Rob?"
"Sir?" Rob sounded confused.
"She should resume classes on Monday?"
Rob nodded, which seem to infuriate Ferguson and he slammed the file he was holding on the table.
"Why can't she resume tomorrow? Why can't you use your brain?!"
"Uh.. I think you're the one not using your brain here, sir"
"Sorry?!"
Ferguson growled with narrowed eyes, and Rob quickly realized what he's just said and he bowed his head immediately.
"I mean, tomorrow's saturday and you don't usually host classes on saturdays and sundays, sir" he quickly explained himself.
"Oh"
"Yes, sir"
Ferguson leaned back on his chair and sighed deeply, he looked speechless.
He wondered why he's so eager to see her; Is it because she was fierce in bed? What's so special about her?
"Right, Mr Alfonso, Matt is waiting outside to see you" Rob said as he gestured at the door.
Deep frown lines returned to Ferguson's forehead at the mention of Matt's name.
"What is he doing here? I said he's fired, didn't you relay my message to him?"
"I did, but he insisted on seeing you" he replied.
"Throw him out!"
"Yes, sir"
Rob turned to leave, but Ferguson stopped him when his eyes landed on the audition CD laying at a corner on his table, he picked it up and stared at it for a moment.
"Let him in" he said.
"Yes, sir" Rob replied and rushed out.

Stella's point of view.
Megan flung the door open, and I flinched back slightly when someone shouted.
"Surprise!!"
My eyebrows furrowed at his familiar voice, I rubbed my eyes a few times and looked at him in great shock with my jaw dropped.
"Are you happy to see me, darling?" he asked as he spread his arms open for a hug.
"Jimmy!" I exclaimed excitedly, then jumped into his arms. "You didn't tell me you're coming out today"
"Yeah, I wanted to surprise my baby" he replied as he pat my back gently.
Jimmy and I are childhood friends, we've both been through hell together.. oh, we're friends with benefits too, mainly because he understands why I'm addicted to sèx.
He was arrested last year, and sent to prison for involving in a fight and murdering someone, but I know he was framed because the Jimmy I know wouldn't even hurt a fly.
"Ahem" Megan coughed lightly. "Are you guys gonna come in?" she asked wagging her eyebrows at us, which I decided to ignore or I'm not gonna hear the end of it.
"Come on, let's go in" I grabbed Jimmy's hand, and pulled him inside with me.
