Saving Werefea

We are raised to be pure, flawless and obeying. On our 17th birthday all of the names of the young girls in town go in to a draw, 3 girls are chosen to be offered to the beasts for our towns protection for another year. We are made to believe we will be killed by the beasts if our virginity has been taken, it is essential to our towns survival to live conservatively until we are handed over to the captors. My 17th birthday lands on this years beast moon. It will be my first year being entered in to the draw, my parents never prepared me for any of this. They left me with my aunt as a child and died before I was even a teenager, leaving me to learn for myself. That is, until I meet Collin and he shows me the world of magic my parents had kept from me. If I’d never been offered to the beasts I’d never learn who I truly am.
