CHAPTER 79
Whoever this woman was murdered my grandmother and made her a pile of colorful gems."
One of the aunts came over and asked to talk to me privately. She led me far from the room.
"Sasha, listen to me she has not won. I can put the gems back together and stop what she did to you. But we have to make a sacrifice to do it."
"What, no, you're not ......." she stopped me.
"No, Sasha, we need a baby lamb a baby goat and a baby cow." That made me feel better, but where was I going to find babies. I ran back to the room and asked Sebastian to follow me. We ran out of the castle, and I opened the fog. we ran right to Alpha Colts office. I did not knock on his door. I just ran in
"We need a baby cow, goat, and lamb now!" I yelled.
"Sasha!" Alpha said sternly.
I turned to find Nancy and Tyson looking at me.
"Nancy, you're home." I said. Then I saw the mark on her neck and the one on his.
"What is the about Sebastian? I'm in the middle of something."
"Sorry, Alpha Colt, but we need. Exactly what Sasha said to save her life." Sebastian told him.
"What the hell is going on up there?" Colt asked.
"It is a long story, Alpha, and I promise to tell you everything, but we need the animals now."
"I have a lamb and goat just born yesterday. Let me see if Jaxson has a cow. Don't worry, Sasha. I understand what you need them for."
He pulled out his phone and talked to someone. Nancy got up and hugged me.
"You got mated and marked? Dad must be having a bird." I said. Nancy smiled and nodded. Alpha Tyson asked me where i needed them.
"Bring them here, and we will take them to the witches in the castle." Sebastian said.
"Witches, in the castle?" Alpha Colt yelled.
"Later, Alpha time is running out on my very life." I told him.
"You go back. I will bring the animals," Sebastian said.
"But the fog?" I said.
"I will tell you later, Sasha, just go hurry."
How could he open the fog? Only grandmother, Quin, and I could. I ran down to the room they were in. They are coming was all I said. The three aunts that were unconscious were now on their feet, and everyone was doing something. I stood over the tray of crystals, tears falling from my eyes. Then I turned and went over to the cage, putting out my hand. The gold threads flew to the old woman neck.
"How long?" I screamed at her.
"How long what dear?" She replied. The threads tighten a little.
"How long have you pretended to be my grandmother?" I snarled.
"Oh, that. Since before you learned how to make doors, I taught you that. Don't you want to know who I am, child?"
"I really don't care." I told her.
"Oh, but Sasha, you should care. You should care very much." She smiled.
"Why, when this is done, I will kill you myself."
"That is where lies the problem Sasha if you kill me, one of your daughters will die as well. I am your grandmothers twin."
"She took Henry from me. So, I had them kill him. But Sebastian saved him. That sister, who I thought was dead, lived in hiding.
But thanks to you, I found her, and here we are."
"What does that have to do with my children?"
"There can be only one Oracle Sasha." She said. I did not understand what she was saying. The witches all stopped and looked at me. Morgan had tears in her eyes.
"Why did I not see it? How could I have been so blind?" Hurry, we must save them.
The old lady laughed and laughed.
"Don't listen to her Sasha there has always been more than one Oracle. She is lying to you to confuses you and who you are." Aunt Tilly said. I used the golden threads to seal the old woman’s mouth.
Sebastian arrived with the animals and put them in a different room. Morgan and her aunts worked through the night. I sat with Quin and Lucas. Sebastian left, then came back.
"Now you know who you are, Sasha." He said, sitting down.
"Did you know?" I asked him.
"Yes, but I was told you had to discover who you were on your own." He said, smiling.
"But what does it mean?" I asked.
"Your real grandmother will explain it to you." Sebastian told me.
"If it works," I said.
"Have faith and believe Sasha." Was all he said.
NANCY'S POV
"Mom, no for the tenth time, please." I begged. She gave me a stern look.
"Nancy, I will not repeat myself again. We are inviting everyone to this wedding. It is something your father and I have waited so long for." I sighed. There was no way out of this. Tyson and I were lucky they were letting us live together. The deed was done. We were mated and marked. This wedding thing was a human thing.
"Stop sulking and come look at dresses. Look at this dress by E. It is to die for." Mom was right, but the cost and it had to come from Paris.
"It is too much money, mom." I told her.
"Will you stop about money, please, your father and are paying for it all. You know that lady who saved you. E. is her niece."
"Mom, . Please don't. Her dresses are beautiful, but I want something very simple. Nothing flashy. Just a simple white gown.
No big train on it. A nice vail. With a tiny tierra."
"But we can afford much more than that."
"That is the point mom, you and dad can. You're a huge established pack. Tyson's and my pack is small. We make our living from the soil. We are simple people. I want a simple wedding."
"I must apologize, Nancy. I understand now. We will make it beautiful and simple, but we are still inviting everyone." I threw my hand up in the air.
"You won one battle with her today." Nella leaned over and whispered to me.
"Now, what are we going to serve for dinner?" Mom asked. When there was a knock at the door. I got up to answer it. It was Tyson. I gave him a big smile.
"Mom, I have to go for today. I love you."
"Tyson, you have the worst timing. We were just getting to the food." Mom said.
"B.B.Q. " Tyson said as we left. I could just imagine mom face when he said that. I started to laugh.
"What?"
"You probably just gave my mother a heart attack."
"Nancy, my beautiful mate, you have the wedding you dreamed about all your life. I want you to be happy."
